We had carpet installed by this company in 3 rooms of our house last year. The problems started on…read morethe day of installation and they continue to this day. The installer damaged several parts of our home on the day of installation. From scratching numerous walls while bringing the carpet in the house, to chipping and breaking several pieces of woodwork. When confronted the owner initially denied responsibility but soon changed his mind and accepted responsibility blaming some personal issues his installer was dealing with for the poor workmanship. He offered to send his son over to repair the damage. When I told him that was not acceptable and that he needed to have a professional repair the damage, he became very rude and reverted to denying responsibility. I chose to do the repairs myself instead of having to deal with this rude, unethical, incompetent company any further. Fastforward a year and the poor workmanship continues to show its face. We have multiple bubbles in the carpet in each room and they are getting worse by the day. So if you are considering using this company in an effort to support a local business as we were, save yourself some money and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

We got quotes from a few places, but Michael was the only person who offered an in-home estimate. He answered all our questions, told us exactly what to expect, gave us an estimate on the spot, and was able to schedule us on relatively short notice. Communication was great. Michael & co were clear about how long the work would take, showed up when they said they would, and sent us pictures after staining and after the first coat of polyurethane. Their attention to detail really shows, and they did a great job wrapping appliances and smoke detectors too and generally cleaning up after themselves.
