With Michelle, they're obviously glad to see me when I come back, but they've clearly had an awesome weekend! I imagine my cats saying to me: "Oh hey, did you leave? Nice to see you, I guess." They're definitely contented and happy while I'm away, which utterly warms my heart. Michelle loves my cats and isn't too shy to say it! I adore the pictures she sends me and she clearly spends a while playing with them during every visit. She's even sent me pictures where she was clearly on the floor in order to stick a hand in their favorite tunnel, so it's active, engaged play time! I will be calling Michelle from now on when we are away!! Michelle went above and beyond what we expected. She came once a day, fed them, filled their water, cleaned their litter. She also brought new toys for them and played with them. She sent pictures to us via email every day after her visits, with updates which I really appreciated since I was missing my babies and nervous about leaving them for so long. We came Home to find our apartment in cleaner and nicer conditions than we left it. She had tidied up! Our cats were super lovey, which I think was due to Michelle's great energy. Jack Russells are notorious little crazed beasts, with an intense amount of energy. Having PITV as our walker has done wonders for Max. Elizabeth is his walker and is absolutely beyond phenomenal. She cares for Max as well as (or possibly better!) than we do. He's weird around other dogs, but she has worked closely with him and created an environment when he walks with ELEVEN other dogs in his group, without a hitch. Elizabeth sends us amazing pictures of Max every single time she walks him, and is excellent at communicating with us regarding his behavior (good and bad!). Paws in the 'Ville provides an absolute reliable, friendly service. We were brand-new dog owners when we started with them and Seana did everything we needed to assist us and created a huge level of trust. When we needed to switch walkers after one left PITV, Max had some issues transitioning - barking like crazy when a different walker came to get him and refusing to go with them. Seana worked closely with us until she found Elizabeth to work with Max. We felt completely supported throughout. I can honestly say that PITV is absolutely the best bang for the buck. It's beyond worth every penny we spend to know that Max is in extremely capable hands. Great communication, great community, great owner, great walkers. Our cat loves her - Adriane comes by the apartment once a day to feed him, clean his litter and play with him, and always sends us pictures and emails to let us know he's doing okay while we're gone. Adriane's very knowledgeable about animals and has had great recommendations for any pet issues we've experienced (hair balls, wolfing down food, etc) and it's clear that she loves animals very much. Working with Adriane has been very easy - we communicate over email, she's happy to come by the apartment to pick up/drop off our keys before/after our trips, and has been available every time we've needed a cat sitter. Her daily rate is very reasonable as well! We're moving out of Cambridge in a few weeks and one of the things we'll miss the most is having Adriane to take care of our cat. The staff always sent one update through the app each time my dog stayed with them. This is a great daycare for dogs who love to play with other dogs. It's a pretty stimulating environment for dogs, and Ian acknowledged that. My dog did daycare there and boarded with them for a few nights. I would describe my lil dude as pretty human oriented, has separation anxiety, and fancies himself to be an escape artist. The staff always made sure to give him some special attention and managed him in a way that prevented him from jumping barriers during pick up. Honestly, he can sometimes be a PITA and wants all the human attention. I think that can be pretty disruptive at a dog day care (sorry Ian and staff!) Regardless, I was most impressed with Diamond (I think that's her name) is super professional and compassionate. She warmly greeted my dog (and I!) every time we came in when she was working and seemed to figure out the quirks of my pup. TL;DR- BDW is a thoughtful, safe dog daycare. Keep in mind not all dogs might love a dog day care environment. However, give Big Dog Walkin' a try, especially if your dog loves playing with other pups. I would try their dog walking services in the future!

She is very professional, honest, and dependable. Anna absolutely loves Elise and gets very excited when she comes into the house to take her for walks. She is great at communicating issues when they arise and send me text messages and emails with pictures of Anna when I am at work :-) .
