Elle & the team at Dorchester Dog Walking are so much more than just a dog walking service. They truly take the time to get to know both you and your pup. They incorporate a lot of training, especially leash training into the walks and will give you a detailed run down of the walk, who they played with, where they went, etc. And they capture the BEST pictures. Elle came over for a meet and greet session a couple weeks after we brought our puppy, Lola, home. You could immediately tell that Elle cared - she was taking the time to get to know our dog and asking questions I never would have thought of (like where we keep towels in the house in case Lola got wet in the rain). Elle took Lola on daily puppy walks but it was more than just a walk. Elle got Lola (a 3 month old puppy) used to a leash, her city surroundings, basic commands, and eventually, other dogs. Elle and her team always go above and beyond, and having her as our neighborhood dog walker gives me peace of mind - Elle is extremely knowledgeable if you have a puppy concern or question and she really cares for the dogs in her pack (one time she checked in on Lola while I was at work and I saw on the camera that Lola had flipped her bed on top of her in her crate). When I first adopted my pup, Riley in June 2017, I was extremely nervous about my ability to find good care for him while I work. When she visited us for a meet and greet, she and Riley bonded immediately and we've been clients ever since. Elle and her employee Chris are extremely reliable and I get great text updates with Riley's daily activity and pictures! The pics are honestly the highlight of my day because I'm so glad he's out having fun instead of being stuck at home when I'm at the office. During the rare occasions I work from home I get to witness Riley's excitement for his walks/playgroup and how he greets Elle and Chriswith toys because he loves them. My English bulldog Cooper is quite the handful and not only did they constantly take into consideration his breed (when it came to whether conditions and other outside elements) but they took his personality into account as well.
