You've got to straighten it out or replace sections and posts. This year my old wood fence just got old and rotted. I called four fence companies and got estimates. I chose Agawam Jeff And Erica are unbelievable to work with. They were the most professional and down to earth team I could ever hoped to work with. Quality product that won't change year after year like Home Depot. When your fence has a tree limb fall and break it Home Depot carries a different brand almost every year. Sure it will work but it won't match. The color even white has many shades. The team at Agawam gave me a price that didn't change and a start date that was kept. The fence team took down my fence and removed it quickly. They methodically lined my yard and went over any last minutes changes or concerns I might have. They were quick, efficient and even constructed an awesome and very reasonably priced outdoor shower based on some pictures we showed them. We reached out to this Port Fence company again for another project and they were a little show getting here for the estimate, but were again very professional and we thought we were on our way. We waited a few weeks for the estimate, inquired about its ETA, then waited a few more weeks, then a few more weeks. I eventually called and left a message explaining that if they were too busy, no worries, just let me know or give me a timetable and maybe we can still make it happen...but to please let me know either way. No return call. Times are good now and people have money to spend and businesses get busy. Eventually times change and businesses struggle to find customers and build relationships...this Port Fence company really alienated not only a solid customer, but lots of other potential customers, including a large fence project on a 1mm dollar house the owners of which were clients of my wife (essentially a large referral pool vanished instantly). Just a really foolish unforced error and a bizarre way to run a business. But I digress. Agawam came, gave a solid bid, maintained great communication and did exceptional work. I was worried that their may be some communication issues as the workers seemed to struggle with English, but the owner explained what the plan was and these guys killed it. I think management might have changed since the poorer reviews were posted as the company was acquired by the owner of a landscape company, who I dealt with and, I believe, is on site at the beginning of every project. Reliable Fence is not a good company…read more They didn't have a foreman at the site. The crew couldn't communicate with neighbors and didn't know the property lines. Crew put their installation equipment on my fence without even asking me. The police had to be called since they had no staking of property lines. Reliable doesn't respect property lines of neighbors or do any due diligence before installing the fence. They rely on a their contract to have no accountability for important issues of property lines and permits. When I was shopping for a fence years ago, I didn't pick Reliable Fence since cheap fencing material. They broke the noise ordinance and worked 2 hours past the deadlines. Reliable Fence Management was not concerned about breaking the rules. Just as they were not concerned with ensuring property owner staked the property boundaries. Reliable Fence Management had no concern for their staff and sent them out to work in a storm with 20 to 50 mile hour winds with large trees near the installation area. Reliable Fence was reported to the department of labor for their unsafe work practices. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst Fence Company with lack of accountability. poor quality of materials, and no oversight of the workers.

Washington (company owner) came out the same day, and after some calculations, gave us a quote on the spot. His quote was incredibly competitive compared to others we recieved for the same work, and he was ready to start within a few days. He estimated 2 days for the project, and got it done in 1! His team worked hard all day. The fence came out beautifully, and they were very careful around my gardens and existing walkways. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.
