It's now mid-November, and not only are the windows still not installed, but the installation date was just pushed again to mid-December--almost five months after signing. We specifically reviewed the timeline because we wanted this done before it gets cold. We have booked dog daycare which has to be rescheduled, it affects our schedules, plans, and will massively impact our work, which is WFH. The measuring process was chaotic. The person sent to measure always gave last-minute notice and had to come out multiple times because they kept miscounting the number of windows--always short by one. Communication throughout this process has been terrible. You have to constantly follow up for updates; Zen never reaches out proactively or takes ownership of delays. Every update comes only after you chase them. When we brought up these issues, the company's response was to blame the original sales rep, who is "no longer with them." Convenient excuse, but the timeline and promises were in writing. Zen has taken no accountability for the misinformation or poor service. Yes, they may be cheaper than competitors, but you truly get what you pay for--unreliable timelines, lack of professionalism, and customer service that's downright egregious. Buyer beware!

We made the typical mistake of putting our grill a bit too close to our house. We expected to be able to notice at lest a little bit of a difference since we were just getting the small area repaired, but they did so good of a job, that you never would've guessed that anything happened!! The doors are less than a year old and have already warped and are coming apart. A screened in porch is not very efficient if it lets mosquitos in through the doors! Our Sales manager came out when we called, agreed that there were issues with the doors. We were suppose to hear from the contractor. A month and a half later after emails and several phone calls, he returned our call and said he couldn't get anyone out and told us to contact the owner. We then reached out to the owner. It is now another month with several calls to the owner and we have heard nothing. They will finish your job, take your money but will not stand behind their work. We did think about using them for our bathrooms, going to find someone else who will be around after the job is done.

I brought a residential winter storm window that needed a glass replacement. Upon arriving, was…read moregreeted by owner, who seemed like a very nice guy and was very cordial (which is reason 1 of 2 why I gave him a rating of 2 stars instead of 1 star). He told me he would be done with the job in 1 or 2 days because he already had glass in his shop. almost 2 weeks later, I called him and asked if the window was done. He said no and that he would need 1 or 2 more days. Another week went by and I heard nothing from him. I drove to his shop 4 times over the next 2 days and he was never there and the shop was closed. Finally, around week 3, I called him again on phone. He said the window was still not done. I explained that he had my window for 3 weeks and I wanted it back right away whether it was done or not (and I would take it to a different shop). He said he would do the job and have it ready within an hour or two, which he did do. He never apologized for the 3 week delay, simply gave me the window and asked for cash payment. The quality of this simple job seemed to be no problem (reason 2 of 2 for 2-star review instead of 1-star review). Bottom line - this was a very simple job that probably required less than an hour of his time and he should have had the window back to me in a day or 2 and he took 3 weeks only after I had to chase him down and threaten to take my business elsewhere. I will not be using Bryant Glass ever again.
