Food was hot, good portion sizes. Servers were friendly and welcoming. overall a great place to go!

The food was haphazardly prepared. Ordered their famous Cactus fries and asked for it to be well done and crispy. Got chips that were mostly stuck together, light coloured, soggy and soft, not crispy at all. Wasn't cooked right, they just threw the potatoes in the fryer and called it a day. It was a delivery, so I threw them in the airfryer for at least 10mins @400F to remedy just so I can eat it. Shouldn't be re-cooking. Since it was a delivery, it's a shame that I'd already given them some tip regardless of service/quality. Kids meatball spaghetti was too dry, too little sauce. Pasta was also too soft. read more

I really hate this place. They have nasty spaghetti and the pizza is just yellow puke they puked on the puke pizza.

Had a large group here, food was decent, service was decent. BP usually isn't my favorite place, but I'd come back here. read more

Unfortunate service - no refills for anyone at our table. Menu says portobello mushrooms are on the Mediterranean Pizza, but it's just garden mushrooms - a clear cheap-out move by the franchisee. (This is the second time in a row I've gotten this and both times it had garden mushrooms on it, so this was not just a mistake by the kitchen.) Ordered Chocolate Explosion for dessert. It was half the size it usually is. Guy at next table had same dessert and his was the normal size. Not impressed. I'm very forgiving at restaurants being a former server, but this was really bad. Great service, food was ready very quick and hot. We were given lots of mints when asked, would gladly come visit again!

I actually have been here 3-4 times and we have gotten pizza delivered a bunch of times, never had a problem, it's only BPs but man the pizzas are good and the wing deliveries are always fresh! read more

It was as bad as it gets..."sigh" and the idea of writing this saddens me. The simple things were my wife and mines fault, all very much simple fixes, with 2 changes/requests-total.. Utimatley, terrible managament with poor skills to be precise. Undercooked wings etc..to....blah blah blah. Doesnt matter but I professionaly did this for years and give it for hospitality. My family will usually meet up at BP for lunch or dinner a few times a year because of their varied menu - something for evryone, including vegetarians like me. Well the menu has changed, and the only option for me today was pizza or the Tuscan Linguini. So I had the linguini, like, JUST the linguini, the sundried tomato sauce was gross and inedible. On the plus side, the place was clean and the service very good, and my father liked the chicken parm. But I'm gonna look for another place for us to eat. read more
