Me and a few buddies went in for a pint and some food, the beer and appetizers were good and our server capri was great!

First off. I should of had hearing aids on as was ridiculous loud. Awful. My chicken club was so poorly put together. The sandwich was all bun and head of leafy lettuce. Worse meal there in a long time. Turn the darn music down, not sure why had to be yelling volume. Will be another long time coming back. read more

This restaurant is a good place to eat. Relatively inexpensive and not bad food. Not spectacular but good food. As restaurants are limited in our town, it is nice to have a regular that you can depend on. read more

I have to say that I am very disappointed. Ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap. What it had was the Thai chicken bites instead of a chicken breast, coleslaw and crispy noodles, nothing else, I read the ingredients very carefully. Nothing like advertised. The French Fries were not cooked all the way through, limp and very unappetizing. Even the gravy had a thick skin on it, looked more like pudding out of the fridge. Sorry, I will not be back. I can understand if they were busy, but we were the only ones in the place. read more

Seton's Boston pizza has the best Caesar's as I've been to Canadian brewhouse and there's tasted water down. No flavour in brewhouse Caesar but Boston's is the best by far! read more

The pizza burger is my go to. We don't typically like boston pizza but this location is excellent and wow'd us. I wouldn't recommend the salmon but the burgers are good. Steak and ribs were good. Beer prices are excellent. Daily specials and happy hour are decent read more

I'm always surprised at how bad the food is at Boston Pizza not to mention the prices are comparable to places like Earls, Cactus Club etc... I had the chicken parm today, with spaghetti and mashed potatoes. The chicken was rubbery, and hard to cut, the potatoes were ice cold and watery, and the "meat sauce" on the spaghetti was disgusting. Absolutely love this restaurant. The staff are so helpful and so friendly. We love coming here's the staff are eager to please and the manager checks everyone is ok (not something you see these days). The food is excellent too. Highly recommended. read more

Okay well, in all honesty my last visit dinning in was in late 2009, needless to say it received a large NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. Lately I've been trying to order delivery, however everytime I call I'm met with the same road block, "we don't have delivery tonight" I've called on weekdays, week nights, weekends, they never seem to have delivery. Though I swear I see that Boston pizza pt cruiser speeding around, running stop signs everyday.. The web page/ Facebook page state that the High River location Boston Pizza offers delivery. Perhaps a schedule outlining exactly WHEN delivery is ACTUALLY available, might be in order? Please give a past customer the opportunity to potentially be disappointed with you again. I have been there 3 times, only because friends wanted to go there. It is noisy, and crowded. Every time they have screwed up our order. Last time we walked out after sitting there with one beer in 45 min. No sign of our order, no waitress, no nothing. Finally called for someone in charge and said we were leaving. He said I'll get your bill, that's how much he cared. I laughed and said not with this kind of service, and we all walked out. Next time friends want to go there I will light up my BBQ. read more

My husband and I came for lunch today and we were told by the host/ manager that they had a new holiday feature menu. We both tried the turkey bacon soup and it was amazing! We had quesadillas and they were really good too. Overall it was less than 30 minutes and the service was fantastic. We're going to try the Christmas pizza next time we're in for dinner! read more

We were in this week visiting family and decided to go to Boston Pizza as we're usually quite happy with ours in west Edmonton. I must say however, the service here at this location was just outstanding! We ordered our usual go to dishes (jambalaya & brute sandwich) which were excellent but what really made the difference was our server and the overall atmosphere I guess. We felt like we were treated like regulars of the place even though it was our first visit. Our server (bar side, brown hair, petite) was very welcoming, smiley and asked us where we were from and what brought us to High River. Turns out she was from Edmonton as well so we had even more to talk about. What a great time. Thank you. read more

The food isn't that bad, but it isn't great. The food takes forever to get to the table even when there was only two other people in the restraunt. I wish they could improve this. read more
