Came out on a weeknight and had a great experience. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks full. Our appetizer of Onion Rings from the happy hour menu was a good choice. The dill dip was delicious and the serving size was decent for three to share. We also ordered a large pizza to share and it arrived hot and well topped. The crust was cut almost all the way through (why is that always the case) but we managed without mess. Not being familiar with this chain we found it a bit odd how big the toppings were. Happy hour sangria was delicious and highly recommend you enjoy one. Loads of TV's in the bar area but not too loud. read more

There's nothing good to say about this BP - I knew very well what to expect but there's little to choose from late nights in Osoyoos and figured as a default how bad could it be? Let me list it out: - draft beer was flat - Tuscan pizza looked good, had a sour aftertaste that was not from the tomatoes. What was it? I don't know. - Double bakes hot wings were decent but not as crispy as I've had them before - chorizo / bacon chorizo overall was ok but has an odd aftertaste like burnt plastic I don't fault the staff here, this is BP food quality. read more

Great addition to the area. We are American's who live on the border opposite Osoyoos with only one reasonable place to eat at. Boston's has great food, great drinks and amazing desserts. The white sangria is soooo good and the panooki / Apple crisp are the perfect end to the meal. Owners are nice people and they do fun sports night games and prizes. read more

my family and I have traveled to osoyoos from the USA twice now to visit family and both times have been told that there's either no room for us or not enough staff, not impressed with the pathetic service. read more

We had someone go in and write a name down for our group and they had said our table will be ready at 9:20. When we arrived the hostess was incredibly rude to us and stared yelling at us to leave as there was no room for us to be seated. We came in again about 10 minutes later to double check and she rolled her eyes at me. She was acting very unprofessional and I felt very disrespected as a customer. It was a good day to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view as we ate our burgers. You can look out onto the lake and see people swimming up to the buoys and small boats cruising around just past them. Service was good, food arrived sooner than we expected and the staff was welcoming. This place should be great, but it struggles to be good. Food is the standard BP menu, always as you expect it to be. Odd layout in lounge seems to make it awkward for servers. Allow me retort, I went in to order take out and the young kid gave me a menu and asked if I was going to order 1 of everything on the menu, I said excuse me and he actually said it again!!? Anyhoo, we got over that and I was with a friend and we ordered 2 veggie thin crusts pizzas, he rang it in and said, that will be $38.00. That's without tip! So all in, two "small pizza's" $40+??? Great location and convenient if you're staying at the hotel connected to the restaurant. This was my first time going to Osoyoos with my 1 year old and we wanted to eat somewhere familiar. Menu was decent and had a good kids menu. We went at off hours around 2/3pm.. Took the hostess 5+ minutes to attend to us even when we had a baby with us... She thought we were waiting to sit on the patio without asking us so did not bother asking to seat us inside when it was empty... We ordered and food was decent. We decided to give the restaurant a second try, we ordered takeout (they deliver to the hotel too but charge a fee)... Said it would take 15 mins and took 30 mins+ (especially with a hungry baby).. Took the food home and I was missing the fries (which was my sons favorite part) and one of the chicken strips wasn't cooked thoroughly. With that being said I quickly rushed back to inform the restaurant, they apologized and asked to make new food, I declined as I had a hungry baby and had already started feeding him, they did give me the fries... I asked if they would promo anything, they offered a coupon but I'm from out of town so it was useless to me, then they spoke with another manager and finally refunded me my meal. This is our second time trying Boston Pizza Osoyoos. We will not go back again. Food was not good, even the pizza which is suppose to be your specialty. The service was horrible. Everyone seems very new and the bartender could not open a bottle wine. (my husband did it) The bartender did try on two different bottles of wine, while a co-worker visited with a table for at least 15 minutes. They were not busy, one table and two couples at the bar. Foul language and sexual comments were uncomfortable. They never tried to tame it. This happen on our first try. We can't believe you let this happen to a national name. We came back to this location after having had a rough visit a year ago. After I posted my previous review, the owner contacted me personally and asked that we return the next time we were in town so he could manage our reservation personally. He was true to his word. We showed up and our table was ready for us, had waters on the table, and our server was an absolute delight. We ordered a few drink specials and some chicken wings and we were informed that the owner wanted to cover our first round. So in summary, while the experience last year certainly wasn't up to snuff, the owner took responsibility for the occurrence and did everything in his power to make it right. If they keep it up, I can surely see us coming back! read more

Had a great date night dinner with another couple! I had a hard time deciding what to drink and the waitress recommended the Bellini which was fantastic! Our appetizers came quickly after we ordered, the cactus cut fries were delicious and the dry ribs had lots of flavor, usually I find dry ribs to be tough and "dry" these ones were tender and juicy! This Boston Pizza has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. They messed up our first take out order, then two days later we decided to give them another chance and they gave us the wrong order. With the hopes of regaining my $50 we gave them a third try. One of the Managers was very confrontational, disrespectful and condescending. When I asked for his name he lied and told me it was Jason. It didn't sit right with me so I called the restaurant 10 mins later and he answered, "Good evening, Boston Pizza Ruvel speaking". So we will give them one more chance to make it right. This is our newest favorite place to eat. The view is awesome. It's been challenging to find this quality of fresh meals with my daughters extensive diet restrictions. Then there's the vegetarians in the family. We visit from Seattle where we are used a good variety of restaurants. A great addition to Osoyoos. read more

In a town where local restaurants located in town are generally hit and miss, with a few exceptions, BP is a great place to come for its consistency in quality and service. We have gravited to BP for casual dining for this reason. Glad they are here. read more

As soon as we entered,We were greeted with a smile and asked were we prefered to sit,The Lounge or the Restaurant,When the server came she was super friendly,She pointed out the Luncheon special,It was reasonably priced, My husband had his usual spaghetti and Meatballs,The portion is so large that he takes over half of it home everytime we purchase,I had the $10.00 lunch special and still took half home,I was very impressed with the waitress on shift,She went out of her way to make us feel at home,I suggested to her that she should be in charge of training the new staff,I have been in the Restaurant business for most of my life and know great help when I see them, You always hate to see them go especially when they are ready to move on, Hopefully the CEO of the company will notice she is management material. read more

We made reservations for a group of 20. Upon arrival, we had to wait 25 minutes before we got seated. After another half hour our orders were taken. Over an hour later a few people began to be served. I left after 75 minutes without ever having gotten my meal. The lesson is - don't go to Boston Pizza with a group. Ever. read more
