The notes and little jokes written on the bags definitely show an extra step and trying to spread a little laughter in a very trying time. We arrived just before noon for 6 people and only one server on so waited while they seated 10. Ordered and when the food came It was not up to snuff the chicken wrap was way too dry and cold, fries looked like they were thrown on, pizza ordered was dry, onion soup was in a very shallow bowl with nothing but crackers for $12.00!!! Horrible service! Last few visits were absolutely disappointing and unpleasant experiences. They had sent me two emails which say that We deserve free pizza for our anniversary. When we arrived there and after we explained and they served us with the pizza they said they can't give us for free and they charged us, even though that was the reason we came there in this specific evening. I had sent many emails and left many voicemails to the head office, which I received two phone calls (I believe from the same person) who each time promised me that the restaurant will contact me- needless to say that not the restaurant nor the head office never contacted me again after that, and all my messages/ voicemails since then are ignore. Also I went to the restaurant and asked to speak with the restaurant manager, they said she is not there and I left them my name and phone number for her to call me back- also never heard from her! Absolutely disregard and disrespect!! In other visit the server was very unpleasant and impatient. We had to ask her three times for a glass of water, before we received it with a very unhappy face and an attitude that she's doing us a huge favor! Will never go back there again! read more

Hungry kids meal came with 15 fries in one and less in other , same size pizza as regular kids meal for more money. Sauce to Bigger dipper sandwich was spilt all over . Ordered online tonight for Boston pizza penticton bc. Website is a nightmare. We get our order an hour later and its mostly cold. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza that barely had any chicken on it and was cold and chewy like it had been sitting a long time. Same with the cactus cut potatoes and the chicken from the pecan salad. Staff were extrodinary... but our tale doesn't start there. It starts with a hope and dream. Like many tales such as ours do. To find a pizza so pure of heart, the arch angel Michael would break his fast and rain tears of parmesean. Buts so begins this chapter. With the sun hiding from me, we became customers. A hostel; for food longing souls. No dissapointment. Just food. Food. Food. If I don't make this more pretentious my dad will be dissapointed. But he also was not dissapointed in the food. Unlike me not going to college. The taste of lactose filled his intolerant heart and he cried with joy, "this is great, why can't you be this good?" So I end this review much the way is started, with a sullen smile. But this time not from dissapointment but from fullness. Went here on my birthday. From the time we sat down until we got our food was over an hour. The waiter said "a few more minutes" then 10 minutes later he was no where to be found. Their excuse was multiple large groups. It didn't look overly full though. No discount was given for the wait and for my birthday they gave me a kids cookie? very disappointed... me and my family decided to go to Boston Pizza after a great day at the beach. we get seated and give our order and everything seems fine. we have an appetizer to start off and a group is seated beside us and another to the right of us and as we are waiting to for our dinner the two table groups beside us already had their appetizers, 2-3 refills and are already eating their dinner even though we where seated 25-30 mins before them. we ordered a medium sized pizza and the group beside us got their calamari, pasta, nachos and more... is pizza harder to make than calamari? our waitress is the real problem though as she serves the table groups before us, openly turning her back towards us and ignoring our needs as customers. Our table needed a refill and our appetizer plate taken away but she failed to even talk to us or acknowledge us. moments later she finally realized (after getting the bill for both tables) our pizza is long and she goes and checks on it and brings it out to us. (my father use to be apart of the service industry as waiter and cook) noticed our pizza was overcooked as he mentioned how our pizzas crust was crispy and our meat on it was burnt as our waitress either forgot or refused to bring us our food. even when she came out to give us our food she didn't give us a refill and never checked on us after that. i'm not the one to think others are racist or anything as i'm a pretty optimistic person but i couldn't help but feel discriminated towards (i'm a proud latin/indigenous woman)... wouldn't recommend this place if your not white. read more

Wow BP, it's an all time low. Slashed the menu; no more pizza burger, cheesy bread and half the pizzas are gone. What gives? We were a group of 6 including a child. Arriving for lunch, it wasn't overly busy; however our server seemed to be in over her head. While we waited for our other two guests to arrive we ordered drinks. I asked for a Diet Coke with a lime. I was served "a diet", no lime. Please note, I had ordered Coke, and was not reminded that they serve Pepsi. Our server continued to have issues. She wasn't able to remember for bring lime for one of the other guests either. Eventually, we were served by a runner and then a manager. We thought our server had given up on us as were being ignored by her and served by everyone else. Once the food fiasco was settled, our server neglected to put in an appetizer order as an appetizer and it arrived with the entrees, our server checked in on us. After returning with extra napkins, she asked how we would like the bill separated. We were still eating at this time... after the plates were cleared, we weren't offered dessert or anything else; simply had the bills dropped on the table and told that she believed she had them correct. All three bills were wrong. Corrections were made, we paid, and I don't think we even got a thank you. I can't believe I tipped. Needless to say, the entire group was in agreement; we won't be going back any time soon. read more

Ordered 2 medium pizzas from here last Wednesday. We were put on hold multiple times before we even got to order what we wanted.. Finally once we ordered we were told that our pizzas would be here in less than an hour. An hour goes by and still no pizza. We call the store just to make sure they were still on the way, and they tell us that our delivery driver JUST left with them. 30 mins after that, our pizzas arrive, with a $55 bill (For 2 mediums)... Open up the box and our pizza is rock hard and freezing cold. We phone up BP and ask to talk to management, tell them the issue, and they say that the owner will call us back to resolve the issue. It has now been 5 days and we haven't heard a thing from them.. Boston Pizza used to be one of our go-to take out & dine-in places. Not anymore.. Will not be ordering from them again. read more

Seriously thee best BP's we have ever been too. The serving staff were amazing. Every one was incredible. We were asked how things were by 4 different staff members. The food was so good. The wings were crispy and tasty. Pizzas were exactly right. We understand this is a new recent owner. Kudos. Every aspect of our time there was fantastic! Too bad we live in Edmonton Alberta or we would make this a regular stop!! read more

I want to say Thank you to Derek for helping me send a Birthday Dinner to my Grandfather. As I don't live in Penticton I wasn't able to take him for dinner, but thought if I could send them dinner at home would be a wonderful surprise. I organized it with my Grandma that they would be home. A beautiful dinner arrived for them, it was a little later than planned but well worth the wait. They loved the food especially the Big Dipper and had plenty of leftovers to enjoy later. Thank you to all the staff that made this possible. It was a wonderful Birthday Surprise!
