I brought my son and niece here after seeing the reviews and I'm always looking for new places for him to experience since he's on the spectrum and likes to keep busy, this space was a perfect spent almost 3 hours of fun! The commute was about an hour and it was so worth it! There is a very cute snack and coffee counter, seating area for eating/snacking and to give the kiddos a break, a nice sized sound proof party room with its own personal sandbox and it can also be used as a sensory room. Clean, easy street parking late night mid-week. Clean indoor, cameras everywhere so don't embarrass yourself doing something you know you shouldn't. Screen to keep score (button underneath your side of table to press). Replay buttons available if you want to see a replay of the point. There is merch, drinks and snacks you can scan QR code and pay for. Bathrooms on site, ball net picker-uppers so you don't have to bend over to grab the ping pong balls. Paddles on site, some are delaminating but I'm sure they'll glue them. Fun time, would come play again, amateur here but there was a group that looked like pros playing when we arrived.

There are no staff on site but they have camera surveillance. We booked online through their website & they allow you to book 30min sessions for $15. It's $30/hr and is the same price for 1-4 people. Once you book the session online, they grant you access to the facility ~5min before your session starts. To get in, it's just a button on the site and once you click it, it opens the door. They charge an additional $2-3 if you choose a specific table, so we just opted for random assignment and got Table 1. We just did 30 minutes and I felt like that was a good amount of time for us. I grew up having a ping pong table at home that I have still but it's been a while since playing & couldn't find any of the balls to play LOL. But anyways, this was super fun and I can see myself coming back if I'm feeling bored late at night. They also have drinks available in a fridge (extra fees) & can be purchased via QR code. Parking: Canal St has lots of meter parking available, especially at night. Free after 8pm & free all day on Sundays.

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.
