The Spray Deck is open from 8 AM to 8 PM daily. Wading Pool is open 6/15/2024 - 9/2/2024 10:15am - 5:45pm. Parking is maximum 4 hours, regardless of weekday/weekend/holiday. There is an ice cream truck there sometimes. $5 or $6 for a sugary treat. (It's almost just sugar water, no ice cream content.) No hand sanitizers outside of the porta potty, so bring your own. Plenty of free parking.

D There are tons of abandoned (okay: "donated") toys left around - for the sand box and for kids to ride on, play in, etc. which adds to the play options. I love the access from here to the pond; it makes taking a walk around the pond before or after the playground a nice option. Not to mention all the shops and restaurants right on Center Street as well. There is easily accessible parking behind the playground - it is the public parking lot in JP behind Blanchards. Found this & through it in the Bookmarks, was out yesterday & it was Hot so we decided to take a look... Pulled up right in front of the gate & parked which was great... Was instantly pleased just from looking from the street... Love that the whole park is gated and all the parents there used them every time they went in & out... (I have a 2 YO that loves to run away) There are TONS of tables (some in shade) there are 2 huge playhouse thingys, one is for smaller kids & my son LOVED IT. We walked over to try out the water sprinkler (which is hand activated) but he doesnt love water soo much... There is a cool see saw but he had no desire to try it out, so back to the slide we went... Hate that this park is soo out of the way from home, but if we are ever in the area guarantee we are stopping in.
