This was an unsatisfactory experience and not the level of quality I expect and have experienced from The Parking Spot name. I caution anyone against utilizing this partner location. Valet parking was a blatant lie. We parked ourselves, which we didn't mind to do. My primary complaint here was that we were still made to leave our keys with them, despite self parking. When they opened their storage location for the keys, it was a random desk drawer full of keys and no organization of them. When we were checking in, it was a disorganized mess. One woman did her best to check everyone in, the other 3 guys behind her were doing nothing. After checking in, we were told to get into a sprinter van, wholly unmarked aside from a sheet of printer paper taped to the inside of the window. It took over 45 minutes for us to get to the airport, with no traffic whatsoever. Thankfully, we weren't in any kind of time crunch. After landing back at the airport, when trying to get a pick up shuttle, it took an hour and multiple calls for the shuttle to arrive. This time, it was at least a proper shuttle with Hampton Inn marked on it. I saw shuttles for the Comfort Inn, ParkNBoston, PreFlightPark, and more pass upwards of 8 times before the Hampton Inn shuttle arrived. When went to pick up our keys, it took the guy at the desk 10 minutes of sifting through keys to find ours. Even went as far as dumping out a box of them. Overall, due to a lack of organization, totally unfriendly staff, and a total lack of urgency getting people to and from the airport, we will absolutely not be utilizing this location again. The price was favorable, but at the extreme cost of comfort and time.

The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A. Getting there on the T would have required shuttle to the airport, airport to the Blue Line, Blue Line to commuter rail, bus from commuter rail, and STILL involve a mile walk. So I call Patriot first thing in the morning and arrange for a pickup at the hotel for a particular time. They ask me my room number, all serene. I'm sitting in a foyer and can see the driver starting to call, presumably the hotel to let me know he's there. (Five minutes early, happily.) He got me to the church in good time and at a reasonable rate for a several mile ride, and made sure that I had a business card in case I needed a cab ride back. The cab was clean and in good condition -- not anything you can count on with cabs. I would certainly use Patriot again.
