Because of the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to pay for services rendered, I would not recommend this company to customers or contractors.

I contacted LTI and communicated that I had a flight planned to depart San Diego on June 20, 2026 to arrive at 6:30am (overnight flight across country, ~3000 miles) into Boston airport. Well they arranged for service on June 20 , not the 21st. I contacted them to correct but they are saying it's my fault. I told them they made the mistake and should reverse charges. I'm currently working to challenge their mistake. I asked them to provide the voice record so I could review and I'm willing to accept charge if I misspoke. No voice recording provided. It's very frustrating and today , I found they are not BBB accredited! It should also be noted that LTI added a 41 dollar tip for services not provided. Update: LTI agreed that they made mistake and communicated that they will not continue to process original charge.
