My simple key duplication..problem, the key required a special machine he did not have and called another location to see if they had the machine no luck. Eli gave two scenarios send someone over to my house to change the lock for $$$ or I just change the cylinder which I would have to order, etc.etc. Eli actually had a spare cylinder that he gave me for free. I am so appreciative because he did not have to do that all and I thought was genuine and extremely kind.
