If I was the manufacture I would no longer allow this shop to carry my $207 pants with this kind of customer service. I never get upset or ever post anything but this really upset me.

After two or three weeks, I emailed Roe to see if she would contact me for a make-up appointment. After about a week, she replied that she would try to "squeeze me in." This was very off-putting. Also, their pay-out policy is strange. I have been consigning clothes for a long time, and I have never dealt with a business like this where we have to beg them to take our things. Very disappointing. It would have been nice not to have to go into SF where there is a wonderful consignment shop. Guess I'm going to SF from now on.

I like exploring and discovering the unique brands they offer and appreciate that everything is reasonably priced. Cloverdale can be a quiet little town, but Erin Mavis always has a flow of customers come through then I'm there. The staff are friendly and welcoming; there's a real community feel! On my most recent visit I scored a pair of comfortable, light-colored, distressed denim, a cotton sweater, AND a luxurious pair of cashmere fingerless gloves.
