The judgmental looks, condescending tone, and the way she speaks to me, my mother, and anyone who comes with me is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should feel targeted, singled out, or treated unfairly while simply trying to shop. After dealing with this behavior repeatedly, it's clear this is not a one-time misunderstanding. Management should not allow employees to treat customers this way. It creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment and reflects poorly on the entire store. This is the first time someone actually cared to help me! I have to shout out David for all of his help, kindness, encouragement and teaching me about the vitamins and health!!
