Hands down, the service at this location was outstanding! I signed up through the app and was supposed to receive a free cake, but for some reason I couldn't redeem it when ordering online. The male staff member assisted immediately, unlike some other locations that simply say the cake is out of stock. He went the extra mile by contacting customer service and resolving the issue right away. In the end, we placed our order in person at the counter and were able to receive the free cake. One of the items we ordered was the Trio Bean Combination, which was delicious. Sweetness level and ice quantity can also be customized, which is always a plus. The café itself was clean and tidy, making the visit even more pleasant. The only downside is that there is no outdoor seating area. read more

Large promotions can bring big crowds, but businesses should be prepared to handle them properly. Unfortunately, during tonight's Bake & Chè promotion, the store appeared overwhelmed, which affected both service and dessert quality. Today, Wednesday, March 11, 2026, the store had a buy-one-get-one-free promotion that is running today and tomorrow. Because of the promotion, many customers showed up. However, the store did not increase their staff even though promotions like this usually bring a large crowd. As a result, the store seemed overwhelmed and service was slow. My wife and I lined up at 5:30 PM and did not receive our dessert until about 7:16 PM. We ordered the house special dessert. The dessert includes coconut milk, jelly, beans, fruit, and ice. According to the menu and pictures, it should include jackfruit. However, in our cup there was only a very small piece of jackfruit. My wife and I were really disappointed because the dessert was on special promotion, but the quality seemed to have gone down. Another concern is the cleanliness and layout of the store. The restroom needs better cleaning and maintenance. In addition, the store only has one trash can located near the entrance. When the store is crowded, it is very difficult to reach because customers would have to walk through or around other people just to throw something away. The store should consider adding more trash containers inside. We have included pictures showing the crowd inside the store, the dessert we received, and the location of the trash can so everyone can clearly see the situation. Based on this visit, we are not recommending this place at this time until the store improves its operations, increases staff during promotions, improves cleanliness, and adds additional trash cans for customers. I have been to their other locations on Bolsa and it's been my fav go to for chè . This spot seriously impressed me. The Vietnamese desserts are very flac-- everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made, with flavors that aren't overly sweet or heavy. I always order the house special and love how we can request it a less sweet. They are usually busy, you can order in advance or give them 5 to 10 minutes to make your order.
