We had an issue with our gas main and had to call CenterPoint to fix it, which while they were repairing it and had the gas off our water heater pilot light went out. We were inexperienced with turning it back on and after the CenterPoint technician tried to start it and failed, we called this company to help come and see if maybe there was some other issue. I called them on Friday night and they came over the following morning, which we greatly appreciated! Turns out everything was working fine and they were able to start the pilot light and showed us how to do it. They even gave us some additional tips about the water heater brands that are good and bad, flushing the heater and general life span of it which was info I had not known before. They also provided some future things we will need to address but did not press us to take care of those issues then and there.
