When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy". Ash was kind, well mannered, and cleaned up after himself. I will use him for our plumbing and air anytime there is a need. 5 star!!

We chose Botello not only because of price, but because the contact was clear about what he would do, and what he thought had caused the problems.
