My 13 years old dog Zorro started to limp and his back legs were getting very weal over the course of a few days. Our regular vet sold its practice so I had to call a new vet. Because my dog wasn't an established patient they would give us a an appointment in week or even with a longer waiting time. Englewood Animal Hospital answered the phone right away and they told me to bring my dog in anytime. So I was there in an hour,the vet tech was fast,polite and professional. She took our info and I was able to get my puppy checked on by the vet. Everyone at the office was kind and caring. The office looked like it was ar thr middle of renovation but nevertheless they did an x ray and blod work. To get the results it only took a few minutes. The doctor manually check my dog. He was caring and professional. The price was reasonable especially with the same day appointment. I definitely recommend Englewood Animal Hospital if you need quick and professional vet care.

I read reviews good and bad - then make up my own mind whether to venture in or on. I choose here to start. About a 15 - 20 minute drive- just incase, we ever need to be there quickly. I found the staff very friendly, very attentive. The reception ladies were helpful in getting the past medical history into their system and records updated... We met assistant Matty and Dr. Kathy. Both very personable, knowledgeable and caring for my SAMMi. We were both happy, when we left. Found the pricing to be fair. Lobby area clean and organized.

He said lungs and heart sound fine. She passed away at home less than 48 hours later. If I could see her stumbling around the office, everyone else had to notice this too. He picked up a virus from the room he was in as they do not take the care of time to disinfect after other animals are in there. After telling them this ( he had to go back because he was so sick ) they of course said that wasn't possible. It was possible and he was sick from the unsanitary conditions. $300 later we were on our way. Recently we were told to bring him in for a 930am appointemnt, only to be told he needs to be dropped off and picked up later. This was never discussed. They claim they told us, they did not. Sunnybrook Animal Hospital wanted no responsiblity. We waited for an hour with nobody checking on us, or giving us an update as to when the doctor will arrive. More than an hour later we left, no doctor in site. In fact, nobody at the front desk either. Nobody in site, anywhere. So we left and will not return. Customer service means nothing to them. On the way out a young man that works there started yelling something at us. I am hearing impaired so didn't hear him at first. He was screaming that we were banned. The folks at…read moreAD are very friendly and accommodating when we had to leave them there a few extra days over the Christmas holidays in 2023 due to flight cancellations. They also allowed us to drop them off early before their 8:00 opening which allowed us to get on the road for our latest trip. Their prices are quite reasonable and I feel very comfortable leaving our dogs there. They also have grooming services available which we plan to take advantage of in the future.
