My friend and I walked in looking to change the battery on a car, Richard seemed overwhelmed that day but greeted us and asked us what the issue was. We said "this car battery is bad and needs to be changed, it's under warranty". He replies "oh so it needs to be checked" I said "no, we already know it's not good (after going all week with multiple jumps)" Richard then says "okay so it needs to be checked" -____-. The only reason this isn't a worse review is because GERALD savedddd the dayyy!! He came outside to check the battery and was unfortunately inconvenienced by the waste of time as we told him we already knew the problem. I was helped by this older, bald white gentleman in a gray button up and I was looking for a specific head gasket sealant this one cost about $15. They didn't have it in stock which I was OK with, but I noticed he was very snappy and had an attitude the whole time I wanted to get the bars leaks head gasket sealer in specific. compared to all the other ones it's the best I told him and he rolled his eyes and gave me a whole attitude I almost wanted to tell him if he doesn't like his job, he can work somewhere else. lol especially at his age I'm a younger man 26 and I work in customer service as well and carry myself way better than he does with customers. There was no reason for him to act the way he did. Luckily there was another younger man there that was able to help me get the bars leaks stop leak that I wanted to the store next day no issues. Asked the worker that was ringing me up about it and he defaults to telling me "what's on the store floor is all we got..." and something along the lines of not wanting to dig through the back. So I went to the Sky Pointe location where they gladly helped me acquire 1 of 2 gaskets I needed and proceeded to call up this location to pull out the 1 they had in-stock.
