Gary told me that he only helps clients. I asked if he charged an hourly rate and if we could at least meet with him. I said that we were interested in becoming clients, but would prefer to at least meet first and discuss our current situation. Gary was reluctant to help me and stated that if I were one of his existing 400 clients he would probably be able to help, but that he thought I should just use the IRS online calculator. I explained that I had already done this and needed further professional help. Gary suggested I call someone else. I'm glad he is doing so well he can afford to turn down wealthy clients, but I'm very much not impressed.
