Went for date night, and started out with Karley the bartender who quickly greeted us and took our order for drinks and brought us menus, she recommended the Half off on pizzas, she was attentive to ensuring our drinks and food was satisfying to our needs. Dj Aldo was great, he played old and new hits. the atmosphere was just as you would imagine a small-town bar would be. People chatting and having a cold one and staying out of the heat. So Far not great. 2:00 pm on a Thursday. The places was relatively full. Only 2 people bartending and serving. I had to go up to the bar and ask if I needed to order there after sitting at a table for over 10 mins minutes. The one bartender did come over quickly after that and brought my beverage. It took another 10 - 15 minutes for my food order to be taken. I asked for a taco salad and was told they were out of lettuce so I opted for Fish and Chips instead. Waiting for that now for over 15 minutes.... To be continued since I have plenty of time. Got it.. I think the cook brought it out. Menu says hand breaded - perhaps by Cisco. Fries are cold, gummy and NOT crispy . Actually spit them into my napkin - those I tried to eat. Probably won't be back. read more

Jume 2023: i understand Bottoms Up has new owners, and they are in the process of remodeling. That's all good, and I don't mind dusting sheetrock dust from the table and chair to be seated. However my friend and I were sorely disappointed in the service and attitude of the staff. There were 5 or 6 sitting at the bar. One bar tender and a man who appeared to be the owner or manager. My friend and I walked through the entire bar to the pool table--- so we were easily seen. We dusted off and sat at a table out in the open. And played an entire game of pool. We often looked towards the bar but the bartender never even acknowledged our existance. Neither did the owner/manager. We were the only 2 people at a table. They were far from busy. We played 1 game and left. No one said good bye either. We won't be going back. A 2 star rating is being generous. read more

I was very disappointed today . my family has Been going for years and today the ac seemed not to be working or just set at very high temp as was stuffy and all the ceiling fans were not functional . normally ac is chilly so not sure what has occurred but I'm thinking when it's nearly 100 outside you want come into cool for a cool drink and Food. Only one staff bartender there at 10am so took nearly 15 minutes to get service. we were acknowledged , so thank you , but not served in a reasonable time. hopefully next visit there will be better or we might be finding new place for our breakfast and bloody Mary's read more

THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT!!! First time here; Folks; cranky Barmaid. Food; tasteless, canned, lukewarm food. Foam; beer was cool but not cold. It's a dirty, stinky, dive bar. Second time here; Folks; really cranky barmaid with the appearance and disposition of somebody who had not slept in 72 hours. Food; frozen TV dinners are gourmet compared to the plate of cheap, factory, starch served to me. Foam; not warm but not cold either ...jeeez ... come on ... I have a soft spot in my heart for dive bars but this place is just nasty and a waste of time. Nice local bar. My goto when I need to unwind. Always feel welcome and the staff is wonderful. Food has been great also.

Bartender took my id took about half an hour to give me the identification card back. Tried telling me we were already served and hadn't even gotten our drinks. We tried to ask for a round it took us over 30 minutes on top of waiting to get the drinks we asked for. They followed us around after watched us drink them then decided to harass us. About "identification and out problems" we held quiet until we were followed numerous times by someone and told we had an attitude. I went to use the toilet and not only did it not flush but when I brought it up to them they had already known for some time. They made our drinks wrong then over served us with those wrong drinks. We tried to explain they weren't right and still had to pay for them. I'm just turning 21 this year and for my 21st I traveled across states to enjoy bars and out of any this is the worst. My husband and I stopped in to have a late breakfast, and to see the new remodel and check out the food. The bartender was sweet and the food was good. The only problem we had was that another customer sitting at the bar was in charge of the music on a Bluetooth speaker. We would have stayed longer for some drinks if not for that. Group of 6 of us came in after a morning of riding. Place was mostly empty - maybe 4 or 5 at the bar. The food was mediocre- onion rings burned, tots overcooked, buns burned and burgers had no sauce whatsoever. Ran out of drinks halfway thru our food but she never came back....had to go up to bar to ask for check. Probably won't be back. read more

Bottoms up is the worst bar I have ever been to, I have been in Yuma, Arizona for about 15 years and the bartender Kylie is very rude and disorganized she never knows how to respect her customers. I understand the Arizona State law is 40 and under, she carded us and then approximately 15 minutes later came back with our identification proving our age and then never offered us any drinks, she complained how she found out that she was pregnant and was continuously explaining her personal situation amongst guests . As she made a fool of herself runnning around more people at the bar were getting upset at the service the she "provided". Eventually other patrons expressed how long they had been waiting for drinks and eventually my group of around 15 people and I felt uncomfortable enough to leave the premises. If you are that over whelmed in an area in which you work in, you Probably should have never gotten the job to begin with. read more

It's really a pub that serves breakfast too! It was biscuits & yummy gravy with either a mimosa or Bloody Mary for $6. What a deal. The biscuits & gravy are homemade & it was great! It's kind of dark in there, it's a Pub first, so if you don't like eating in a bar this place is not for you. They were busy for breakfast but our meals came up pretty quick. Definitely a dive, defenitely quirky, defenitely not geared for my age group... However it is for these reasons and so much more that I keep coming back. They don't do tabs unless they know you, and have mostly american beers. Amber bock is the most exotic one. My favorite part is the table shuffleboard game they have, best drinking game to play with your buddy's (if they dare). Service has been ok and great. There's a younger waitress there that really kicks some ass. Finally don't forget that they have great food. I have had the pizza, many sandwiches, and sliders with all of them being very good. Love this places for the characters I meet each time I go. If you like to get a little out of your comfort zone and mix it up then I can't say enough about giving this place a shot. read more

It's a laid back, warm atmosphere. It's clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. I was surprised to find out they don't accept cards, so I had to use the ATM (and thus pay a fee) in order to pay which I think is REALLY weak. Although their drinks are reasonably priced, there are no beers on tap. I can't remember the last time I went to a bar, even a dive like this, that didn't have beer on tap. I didn't try their food, but I hear it's very good so I'm giving 3 stars for benefit of the doubt, but I'd otherwise rate 2 stars. read more

One of my favorite bars, i don'\t drink but shirley temples, i have owned 4 restaurants in my life and i certainly know how to cook. 9 out of 10 times the hash browns are raw or barely cooked. Hash browns you put butter or grease on the grill put a hand full of hash browns on the hot grease or butter and don't turn it until it is crispy brown, then turn it add a little more butter or grease until that side is brown..CMON COREY how long you been doing this. The biscuits and gravy, biscuits are awesome, gravy is tasty but certainly needs more meat in it. Easiest morning thing is eggs, they cook the eggs on the grill which makes them crispy on the edges, buy some egg pans, then on direct heat, flip the eggs after cooked on one side and the eggs will be tasty and soft. Owners are wonderful, Amanda is great bartender Saturdays and Sundays, other bartenders appear to be lazy, not dressed properly, seems they only care about when they get off work, DAMN IT SMILE be nice, i tip at least the cost of my meal, so take care of me and be nice.....Magic read more
