Someone left a review indicating the bathrooms were a mess, the bartenders are unprofessional and people do coke in the bathroom. That is absolutely ABSURD & FALSE! I moved to Yuma from Texas in Aug 2019 and have been going to this establishment since. I have always been treated with a professional yet friendly manner! The bathrooms are never dirty and security would NEVER allow drug use. If Fat Harvey's was as the poster "Jason" stated, I would not be there as often as I am. I can only assume that poster is a fraud and possibly another local bar trying to sabotage Fat's reputation. I highly recommend this place! Food is amazing, staff is amazing and the crowd is amazing! So I'm at a hotel not to far from Fats and the gal at the desk said this might be the place to watch football, got here around 10am and started with a few huge beers. Staff was nice but not anything more. Ordered a turkey melt with 2 kinds of cheese, cake on a small round bun was a little dry it also had fries with brown gravy awesome. Finished with a few pints and then they brought in some supermodel waitress and a lot of Raiders fans fo I left. All and all a good place for a beer and football. Bar tender was rude. When we walked in we waited at the door because there's usually someone a the door to check IDs. We proceeded to walk in to wait for other friends when we went to a table to sit down the bar tender and another person followed us which we were completely unaware of. I met some friends here the same weekend of the Yuma St Patty's pub crawl, so yeah it got busy as the night went along. But it was decent. A dive bar motif with multiple TV's, a sprawling bar and a DJ spinning. Street parking as well as parking lot spaces. The bouncers firm but friendly. I knocked down sodas as a DD, but the alcohol prices seemed reasonable. A bit crowded as the night progressed, but whatever. Worth the pub crawl! read more

Not worth the wait to get in. Bartenders (the females) are great eye candy but unless they know you you'll wait 15 or 20 minutes before you get served. The food was good the first time I tried it but consistently got worse the times I tried after. Lots of wanna be gangsters and steroid pumped meatheads so it's easy to find a fight if you're into that. Prices for draft beer is fucking insanely expensive. There are better places to hang out than Fat Harveys. Move on. read more

Fat Harveys is a little ways away from downtown but there's almost always a decent crowd. They have the staple pool table, a mini dance floor and a DJ setup. There's a outdoor area in the back with another bar and more tables inside. I'd say Fat Harvey's is the closest thing you'll find in Yuma to a college bar. The floor always seems a little moist and sticky in spots. They serve big glasses of beer but they also have liquor. It's a cash only bar and I'm sure they make good money. Parking isn't too hard to find and I actually usually find a spot on the street right in front. The crowd seems a little younger with a good number of people just standing around drinking beer. The bartenders here seems like they know they get tips based on volume alone and the service is meh. You'll find a line on busy night...the Yuma crowd does move to Fat Harvey's on certain nights. Those nights you'll find it pretty packed. It's not a bad time with a group. The beer prices are a little bit higher but you do get a little more beer. read more

Thee best bar in Yuma. Tuesdays and Fridays it's the busiest bar in Yuma, with a line out the door. Indoors it's nice and cool inside even with the place packed, AC is amazing. There are so many TVs inside, and not small crappy TVs, the owner installed large 65 inch TVs everywhere. Pool tables are also some of the best in Yuma according to the local billiards players. Going outside it has a large patio surrounding a giant horseshoe bar with outside service, misters, a large overhead fan, and yeah.....more 65 inch TVs. The food is amazing, the drink specials are killer, bartenders are gorgeous. Yeah.....It's worth a stop by! read more

Service for a drink wasn't fast. The same drink from 8pm went from $4 to $6 at around 10pm and the last drink at midnight was $8. All the same drink. The same ingredients. They said "it's $2 for the red bull" to justify the extra $2 each time. Not a clean place overall. read more

Props for having Guinness on draft. It's too bad that the (albeit great looking) bartender doesn't know how to pour it worth a damn. The environment was below what I would call a dive bar. The word "ghetto" comes to mind. To add insult to injury, they're cash only, meaning that my badly poured beer cost me double after figuring in the ATM fees. Seriously, to the owner, charge a $1 fee to the customer, and start accepting plastic. Overall, I'd say the whole experience fell as flat as the beer. My advice: Avoid if possible. read more

Didn't get to try the food but the drinks and the dancing was fun! DJ music is pretty good, keeps the music fresh yet touches it up a little from back in the day. The name of the place says bar and grill yet they don't serve food??? They only accept cash, so if you want to use your debit card the rude bartender will show you the atm that charges you an additional 3$ to spend your hard earned money, REALLY somebody call the IRS. read more

Me and my girl came here to quench our thirst after a hard day driving through the desert. After being ignored at the bar for 15 minutes I asked for a drinks menu to which I was greeted with a simple "no" and was then informed that I ruined the servers train of thought. Great atmosphere, great bartenders, fun karaoke! This place is our favorite to go for karaoke! The bartenders are definitely the friendliest in town! They recently remodeled to have awesome bathrooms and a new back patio with a bar! They also have pool tables and dart boards. read more

I go there allot but lately the bartender only serves there friends I sat there while people who came in after me were served over and over again and yes I tip good, but once they don't like you that's it...
