Five Stars for Boudreaux's Collion Center! Wow!!! What an incredible experience. From the first call I made to ask if they could look at my car today, to arriving and being greeted by everyone working. They looked at my car IMMEDIATELY and then proceeded to fix it IMMEDIATELY. Now granted it was a quick fix, but they did not have to do that. I was literally there 10-15 minutes tops. And then... they didn't even charge me! Who does that? We had our son's truck fixed a few years ago and they did an excellent job so when i wrecked my car we went back. Nothing has changed they are wonderful. I had some trouble with my insurance and they went above and beyond to help me. Destiny was so nice and helpful. She knew what needed to be done and was able to give me the information I needed to get my insurance company to work with me so things could get settled. I can't thank her and the shop enough. Brought my truck in for an estimate after i was rear-ended. Not my fault. Boudreaux's did an estimate on the value of my vehicle and the cost to repair. the vehicle was totaled as a result. i was issued a check for the value of the truck which was much more than i anticipated! i believe the generous pay out was a result of the evaluation, attention to detail, and the reputation of having a quality collision center. read more

All I can say is I've never came across a body shop with the owner literally tried to pick a fight with my 85 year old father and me which I Wish I could have obliged but I'm disabled and don't think I could have did much in a fight but the fact that they tried to pick a fight to the point that they blocked in our car when we were trying to leave is so unprofessional I'm thinking of calling my lawyer... read more

My car was damaged in a parking lot and needed major repairs to the front from a coolant leak and scratches on the side of the vehicle. I received incorrect info since my car was dropped off to this shop. I called the day it was dropped off by the tow truck guy and the lady I spoke with didn't know anything about my car and told me my car hadn't been dropped off and she didn't see it (she said it in unconcerned tone). Come to find out she was "new" and misinformed me and my vehicle was dropped off. They didn't take too long with my car for repairs but when I picked it up I was missing a piece from the tow and they had to order another which I asked to be sent to the Earhart location (10 min from my house) and they agreed. At first when I initially spoke of the piece missing Ashlyn got in defensive mode and said they didn't do it and it must have been missing from when I had it. It's a great thing that Audi does a video walk around of your car when they take it in so I was able to show her that the piece was in fact there when I dropped my car off to Audi (car dropped off at audi N.O. And towed to Boudreaux's Luling) Also when I picked it up, all kind of transmission lights came on and I was still having coolant issues. Of course the guys in the shop denied any of these things were at the fault of the shop. I left there with them reprogramming but two days later additional lights came on. I took plenty of pictures to show the shop when I came back because this shop was far away from my house. In planning to bring my vehicle there, the lady (Courtney-"assuming to still be new") gave me more wrong information because I was told to "swing by" to see about all those lights that were coming on again. When I got there they asked me if I was dropping my car off? No, I'm not dropping it off because I was not told that I needed to drop it off. Ashlyn simply told me that was a misunderstanding. Driving from old Jefferson to luling is not a misunderstanding.....don't you think I would have planned to get a drop off if I was told I needed one? While waiting on the shop to look into the lights I asked Courtney about the piece that was missing and of course she had "no clue" and didn't even attempt to help! I called the shop on Earhart and my part did come in but no one informed me. The guy actually said he had been holding on to that piece for a while!!! They found a nail in my tire which is suppose to be the reason for the lights and I pray that it is, thank you for repairing the tire and my vehicle. I hope all goes well and this is the last time I have to drive out here for my car to be looked at. My suggestions to the shop...encourage the new person to ask more questions or call someone who knows the answer! I can imagine there is a lot to learn but the more questions that are asked the more knowledge can be retained. Generally speaking-people who need car repairs I suggest you take note of the issues with your vehicle before you drop it off to any body shop or repair shop. read more

Excellent! I was extremely satisfied with the service at Boudreaux's. The side of my car needed minor repair after it was hit in a parking lot. Highly recommended by a neighbor, I brought the car to Boudreaux's for repairs on Thursday morning, Friday the following evening, it was completed! My car is blue and the paint matched exactly. I could not tell where it was repaired. Excellent job! The owner, Rodney Boudreaux, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Take your car to Boudreaux's Collision. I don't normally write reviews but the experience I had to go threw with this shop you can't make up. My car was damaged during Hurricane IDA (8/29/2021) with thousands of other vehicles so with that said I made a claim with insurance company first of September and received payment on 9/12/2021. Boudreaux's Collision (Luling) had done small jobs for me before with out problems so I decided let's just keep business local and give them the business. (Big mistake) I had 2 vehicles damaged. So starting September 2021 I would stop by shop to see when I could schedule appointment every time I was told 3 weeks. Finally on June 13, 2022 (9 months later) I had a Appointment. Was told at the time it would take about 3 weeks. They DO NOT communicate with you so I called after 3 weeks to find out they never started yet said insurance company just OK claim. So I let it go and figure another 3 weeks. Like I said they DO NOT communicate with you so I called again after 3 weeks was told my vehicle was going to be painted on Friday or Monday and all parts were in and they would be putting it back together. So of course I had to call again to see how it was going to find out it was all LIES my car still wasn't painted. At this time I just couldn't believe what the office girl was telling me. Luckily I don't live to far so I went to shop and asked to see my car so we could be on the same page. Well, the office manager (as she said) was pissed but she did show me. At this time she told me I could not go back into office or she would have my car delivered to my home as is. At this point my car is the middle of paint job and windows missing. So I reached out to the owners of Boudreax's, that didn't go well as far as I was concerned but they did keep me updated from that point on. Got my call on Tuesday 8/16/2022 (9 weeks 1 day later) at 3:55 and said I would need to be there for 4:45 because they close at 5. At this time I was told No personal check, No cashier check and if I used debt/ credit card there was a 3% card fee. We'll lucky me I had cash of course they jump on that. Very unprofessional company. Paint job ok I can live with it but somewhere during this process the inside got wet and my car smells like wet carpet found water in my console. Of course once again instead of being honest tried to cover it up with fresher. As far as my interior I'll have insurance company deal with this. For the hard workers in shop I thank you. All it would have taken was NO Lies, a little respect, Communication with your customers without ATTITUDE and take care of vehicle when it is in your shop. read more
