The brisket came whole so we had to cut it. Pork belly came in large bite sized pieces. Chicken came chopped per my request. Everything was sooo delicious, juicy, and flavorful. I'm not too keen on smoke flavored or dry brisket but Jim's totally changed my mind! Blew all of us away. For a party of 4 adults, this would last us 3 meals. We couldn't stop raving about it afterwards!!! My personal fave is the pork belly. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and had a bite. I couldn't get enough! The concept is simple, check out their menu online , place your order by Wednesday for Sunday or Monday delivery; it'll depend on your location for which day they deliver to your area. For me, there's 2 of us so I usually order the 5 meal prep pack and then add on 1-2 breakfast items and/or a snack pack. I love bringing those to work for a mid-morning snack. You'll get an email the day before for an estimated delivery timeframe. We leave a cooler by our front door and our delivery guy will place it in there, take a photo and then send me a text message. Their delivery vans are a sleek black with a cute penguin chef as their logo. It's fun to spot them driving around.
