There is no way I would be able to craft this quality together in a meal. The options are plentiful, nor overwhelming. Catering to vegans, vegetarians, paleo and meatarian - that don't mind splurging on a little of all worlds. The ingredients are all listed, simple and so delicious! Simple process of refrigerating then enjoying them within 5-days - easily done by cooking in the microwave - wa-lah - 10 minutes - enjoy! You can select from a small or large portion. Smalls are perfect for achieving just what my appetite desires, while my husband has the large portion which can feed up to 2 people - I call these "hearty" portions! I've always said that there was no excuse not to eat healthy if I could have healthy meals made for me; but the reality is the price of a private chef is just not conducive to the average persons budget. Enter, Food Made Fresh. I was introduced to this fabulous delivery based catered meal company via my Orange Theory Studio during a transformation challenge. I have done many meal services in the past and nothing has ever lasted more than a few weeks- the food is redundant, the preparation is time consuming and the product is just average. So to say I was blown away by my meals from Food Made Fresh was an understatement. Week to week, I am delighted with my meals. They are healthy first and foremost, but don't lack flavor by any means. The portion sizes are perfect for a single person (although larger sizes are available) and priced very reasonably. They have everything from side dishes to entrees, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. While I have some strong favorites, there has yet to be a meal I didn't enjoy. Another amazing feature they offer is delivery. As a busy nanny this is crucial for me! I have my meals delivered right to my work every Monday. A new menu (and when I say new I mean it- recipes change dramatically from week to week) comes out each Monday and you have until Thursday to place orders. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Food Made Fresh and encourage you to try it for yourself! *One other thing to note- I have a couple of food allergies and they always make substitutions and omissions accordingly without me ever having to worry! read more

Wow! The food at Food made fresh is such a dream! I have celiac disease and often have a difficult time ordering at places. Food made fresh makes beautiful and nutritious meals at truly good prices. The ingredients they use are very clean and there are no preservatives. I truly feel like the food that the team at Food made fresh makes is better than high-end restaurants. No joke! I have tried several food delivery services and Food Made Fresh is better than all of them! The meals are always clean with good sized portions. At times you could split the small dinner dishes over two evenings (lasagna). A perfect solution for someone who doesn't want to cook for only one. I sure got lucky with food made fresh because they were the first meal delivery company I tried, and they are absolutely fabulous. I'm doing the 75 day challenge and they are the diet. So, healthy and delicious. I am super excited to see what's new every week. WOW. Honestly, I'm in awe of this company. This is my first week using this meal plan/ prep/ delivery service and I literally can't stop talking about it. This ISN'T the kind of meal prep you get where simple ingredients are thrown into a box and you think like " wow, i could have made this myself at home for half the price." Ie (Meat source, rice, and veggies). The recipes that Chef Chrissy uses are unique, tasty, and healthy and have so many different ingredients. What's great is that there is a new menu every week so you won't get bored of eating the same meals all the time (even though I could probably settle with eating the same Food Made Fresh meal every day). What I love most about Food Made Fresh is that they have many vegetarian options. Being a vegetarian that can't cook and is always so busy is such a hard combo! I ordered based on what I could afford ($80-$100) a week and made sure to order large portions so I can split the meals in half. I have lunch and dinner for the week all set and will usually just have something simple like eggs, oatmeal, or coffee for breakfast which makes it easy and affordable to supply myself through out the week. From the fabulous breakfasts, the phenomenal soups, the snack options and then the excellent meals you will be eating nutritionally balanced and flavorful food without all the time shopping and preparing. In terms of cost, if you tried to recreate the FMF dishes using the same high-quality ingredients and variety of proteins and vegetables, your costs would be almost double what the cost of the FMF meals are. I can't believe I've been missing out on this for so long!! I tried Food Made Fresh for the first time this week and have seriously been blown away by the over the top customer service and OMG amazing, scrumptious food!!! Cooking for one is challenging and I always end up with wasted ingredients, not getting a chance to cook, or just eating out. Trader Joe's has been my "go to" but gets old after awhile. I was searching for a healthier alternative and that's when I came across Food Made Fresh. They have vegetarian options which was perfect for me and when I asked if there would be more options the following week, Chrissy even offered to make an item Vegetarian for me!! You have the choice of ordering items small or large. I ordered Small and was even able to split the entrees into a dinner and light lunch (I'm not a heavy eater and snack healthy through the day). I started with the chocolate peanut butter overnight oats and they were to die for! The Greek sala was so fresh and the homemade dressing was perfect. The blackened tilapia was the best I ever had and even the rice and roasted carrots were scrumptious. Oh and I can't forget to mention the almon crunch protein bars, they are the perfect mid-day to post workout snack and a very tasty treat! Every meal had me looking forward to the next. The menu changes weekly and I'm looking forward to trying more of their delicious foods. This won't break your bank either!
