They failed to update my information correctly and didn't even list that I am currently unemployed, even though I explained that I had worked in another state and have not been paid since. I only received a single one-time payment from them, and every attempt to get clarification or assistance has been ignored or brushed off. The guy said I had a mental impairment even though I have a disability that doesn't affect me mentally. It really made me mad. It's been a frustrating and stressful experience, especially when you rely on Social Security to provide accurate information and support during major life changes. I truly expected better communication and basic competence. At this point, I feel completely let down and unheard. I truly recommend not going to this office. Nobody seems to know how to do their job....

The city seems jammed right into the Flatirons and to me at least as a result of this the streets seem narrow and often congested with cars. On the flip side I can totally relate to the politics and philosophy of Boulder. Activists may pester you to give them money or something. On most things I have reached a liberal and cynical conclusion thank you very much regardless what side is trying to convince me. What I really like about Boulder is their Pearl Street Mall and all of the great little shops and restaurants you can go to check out. Going on The Hill is usually a fun experience as well. Boulder's main library is quite beautiful and they hold great events there and they have great aquariums inside the building where you can see fresh water fish. I went to a sand sculpture exhibit that a monk was doing one time and that was wonderful! In short Boulder is a great place to visit but for me to enjoy the town to its fullest extent it does have to be visits. I am sure I could adjust relatively quickly if I had less options as to where to live but glad that I don't.

I LOVE having the ability to send off packages on my own time due to the kiosks, so that leads to…read morebe having many a-nights stopping by here, usually in the dead of night, to drop off whatever package I might have (I sell clothing online as a side hustle so I stop by here at least 3 times a week usually). But the last 3 times I've come here (so in the last week and a half/two weeks) the place where you put your package and then you push a handle up to send your package on its way, has been getting more and more broken, until I came tonight when I realized it didn't work whatsoever! So now i went out of my way to come here for absolutely no reason, and now ill have to drive another 15 min to reach a post office with a working kiosk, which btw really sucks/ is totally annoying.

I have had mail weeks late…read moreor it never even gets to me. you try to call they do not answer, there replacement drivers can not count our spaces go from 300 to 301 to 302 and so on. we are constantly having to take the mail we got to the neighbors because the driver is delivering one house off all the way down the road. now I'm missing another credit card that was supposed to be here a week ago. I'm worried it was delivered wrong also or it was taken before it got to me. they will do nothing to fix the problem and tell us it's not them. this has been many years like this. shameful
