The team of coordinators is absolutely incredible at what they do, and they truly work as a seamless team, making it so easy to get questions answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. Our day of coordinator, Shelby, and our Banquet Captain, Cameron, made our actual wedding day so smooth, beautiful and fun! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful and everyone who set up the decor made the venue look beautiful beyond our expectations!! Speaking of the venue- it is absolutely gorgeous!! We got married June 22nd, and it was so green and lush and our guests still cannot stop talking about what a beautiful spot it is. The food was beyond our wildest expectations. Venue food can sometimes be a little lack luster, but holy moley, they knock it out of the park here! We did buffet style, which had eight assorted salads- they were ALL great. For our entrees we had the rosemary garlic herb chicken, oven-roasted salmon and roast beef au jus carving station. All of it was cooked perfectly, and we couldn't have been happier. They paired us with our DJ, Ava, who had our guests dancing until the last possible moment. It was a perfect day. While we both hope to never get married again (haha) if we have to, we won't bat an eye at going through Wedgewood again!! read more

Got married here on June 6th, 2026 and had the best time!!! From first meeting to the wedding day, the Wedgewood team was amazing. They were incredibly understanding, flexible, and communicative. Not to mention the venue is absolutely gorgeous and the food was actually fantastic! While expensive, the price is very reasonable with everything included in comparison to other CO venues. When it came to day of, it couldn't have been smoother! Our wedding at Boulder Creek was everything we could've imagined and more! It was an absolutely perfect and insanely beautiful venue. We had a fall wedding and the fall outdoor colors were absolutely perfect! The process from start to finish with Boulder Creek was fantastic, and they are so buttoned up, which was huge for an extremely Type A person like myself. And the venue even comes with a day-of coordinator, and their coordinators only coordinate this venue, so they know everything like the back of their hand! I would highly recommend Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings. As a very young couple getting married, I didn't know the first thing about the process. The entire staff is so welcoming from the very first visit with them. When we toured the venue we instantly fell in love. The creek is so beautiful, along with the large trees all along the canyon. For us, the venue was the perfect size. We did not want something that would be too large where our guests were all separated. We had a moderately small wedding (90 people) and we were all together, yet not crammed in. Lyndsey was our day of coordinator. I can't write enough good things about her. She always greeted us with a smile, and walked us through the entire process. She never got frustrated, or failed to be understanding no matter how many dumb questions we asked. She was not only kind to us, but to our families as well. So many of my family members came up to tell me just how nice she was. Lyndsey made the entire wedding run so smoothly and I could not be more grateful. Amber took over after we left and she was nothing but kind! She made the remainder of the night stress free. Lyndsey and I had spoken about doing dirty sodas for drinks in the bridal and grooms suites since my husband and I are not big drinkers. Ultimatley, we decided just to stick with mimosas as we would've had to bring in the soda and I didn't want that extra stress. When we arrived, Lyndsey had set up a dirty soda station with Dr. Pepper (which we knew was our favorite.) This was such a small thing, but it meant the world. Lyndsey went out of her way to do something for us, although she had absolutely no obligaiton to do so. The food at the venue was delicious, I did not dislike anything that I tried! DJ Will was amazing and kept the party going all night! He timed the music perfectly as we were walking out. The venue staff came together and packed up all of our decorations so it was easy to load into cars and leave. Overall, starting out this process I was insanely stressed. I had no clue what I was doing, where to start or what to do next. Boulder Creek completely relieved all stress I had. Besides being anxious to walk down the aisle, there was not a single time I was stressed out during my day. To anyone debating booking this venue, for the price and staff you could not do better. We hosted our wedding for 100 guests at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings and had the best experience! As an out-of-state bride, I was nervous about planning from afar, but the incredible staff alleviated those worries. They hosted all our pre-wedding meetings via Zoom, responded quickly to emails, and kept us in the loop at every step. One of the highlights was the Extravaganza, where we tasted the menu, met vendors, and connected with other couples. It was such a relief that we only had to travel to Boulder once before the wedding and could still check everything off our list. Though Boulder Creek hosts hundreds of weddings, I never felt like just a number. I love scrolling through their Instagram--no two weddings look the same! Customizing our day to fit our vision was effortless. The staff's professionalism and calm demeanor made all the difference. Our day-of coordinator, Ali, truly got to know us, ensuring the day reflected what mattered most. When a pop-up storm threatened our ceremony, she stayed cool and presented multiple backup plans, reassuring us that no matter what, the day would be beautiful--and it was! Since the wedding, guests have raved about the amazing food (especially the late-night mac & cheese bar!) and the fantastic DJ, part of Boulder Creek's package. If you are reading this review it will be long so hunker down! To say I was happy with this venue does not even come close to how great of a job they did! This venue is amazing and everything about it was perfect! We got married on 4/23/23 here and loved it! We just wished it hadn't gone by so fast! From the staff to the location everything was phenomenal and wish I could give them a higher rating because this was THE BEST place to get married! We had an encounter with everyone in the office from the start and they are all amazing and are so kind and helpful! I would 110% get married here again because it is such a beautiful location. The Creekside ceremony space where we had our ceremony is what sold me on this venue! They provide a binder for planning with the meeting dates as well and help you all along the way with the planning process. They offer several different packages depending on what you're looking for and each one is customizable too which makes life so easy! They offer three different options for the ceremony space and they are all beautiful. They have the indoor spot in the rotunda, the lawn space, and the creekside. The creekside spot was an immediate yes and again is what sold me on having this as our venue. The sounds of the creek and the beautiful trees just make this place stunning to say the least. The photos turn out amazing as well with the beautiful location and foliage! This venue is great as well because they include everything except the clothing and decor. They have options for the food, flowers, cake, place settings, ceremony and reception space, officiant, wedding planner (sort of), DJ, and pretty much anything else you need for the wedding. Every single person that works here is so nice and helpful. We worked with pretty much everyone throughout the planning all the way up to the wedding day. They offer a planning binder that walks you through the beginning all the way until the end and that binder was a saving grace and made the planning process so much easier and smoother. They do several planning meetings to make sure your day goes perfectly and make any changes you may have along the way. Just a great process all along the way! The food they offer is phenomenal as well and the company that they cater through did a phenomenal job and I wish I had access to it outside of the wedding. They offer a separate tasting for the couple as well so you don't miss out on the cocktail hour foods too which was great! Wedgewood is a well oiled machine. With a million moving parts, they make what is typically a very stressful process so much more enjoyable. They are quick to respond to every little question and help you stay on top of all your deadlines so there is less for you to worry about. I had my wedding at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood 3/6/2021. Due to covid, we changed our original plan of a destination wedding in Jamaica to a destination wedding in Colorado. We planned everything within 3 months! Planning everything in such a short amount of time, and from Texas was stressful, but the Wedgewood team really helped with every step. Weddings is what they do and it shows. They had great vendors and lots of information. We had multiple meetings prior where they would remind me of things that needed to be done and what I should be thinking about or looking into. They also verified details every meeting to make sure I didn't change any plans or decor. I've never planned a wedding before, but I feel like even if it wasn't a destination wedding during a pandemic, it couldn't have been easier or less stressful. Covid forcing us to change our plans was really a blessing. We both preferred a mountain wedding over a Jamaican beach wedding, but were trying to save and reduce cost. We did spend more than we initially planned for Jamaica; however, it was well worth it. We don't believe our Jamaican wedding would have been anywhere close to our beautiful ceremony and reception that we had at Boulder Creek. Speaking of prices, Wedgewood has multiple "packages" offered to help with all budgets. We went with the elite package, which I 100% believe was a great price. Wedgewood has multiple locations, but Boulder Creek really suited us best. We loved the scenery and intimate feel of the creekside wedding! Taylor and the Wedgewood team were phenomenal. From our initial site tour until the moment we left the venue as a married couple the staff at Boulder Creek made my husband and I feel welcome, secure in our decision and confident that everything went smoothly. The planning process was so easy that I frequently felt like I was missing something. Aren't brides to be supposed to be swamped with "to do" lists and decisions? I have a very demanding job and very little flexible time, so I (as do others I'm sure) greatly appreciated this. The value was also exceptional. Having planned and thrown weddings before I can attest that ours at Boulder Creek was a fraction of what was spent in the past and that our wedding was equal or superior in quality. Seriously. The food was incredible (most wedding guests commented that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding), the flowers were stunning, and the decor was just as we planned. It was an affordable wedding with an expensive feel and put my sister's well over six-figure wedding to shame. One last comment. Our wedding was held this past Sunday (November 3, 2019) and I was nervous about weather conditions. My husband and I had hoped to have an outdoor ceremony but decided the day before to move the plan inside. The venue was super flexible and made sure that this change went smoothly and all was perfect. We had a wonderful experience with Wedgewood Boulder! The sales staff was great at communication, quickly responding to all my emails and questions. They were great about accommodating our budget and desires on this special day. We worked with Sabia from Painted Primrose for centerpieces through Wedgewood. She was also very flexible and easy to work with and the centerpieces came out absolutely beautiful. We worked with Helen through Lens and Love for photography through Wedgewood and so far, they've been amazing as well. We'll have the photos back in a few weeks and are very excited to see the results! The day of the wedding at Wedgewood was amazing. The staff was very well organized and made sure we had a great time. Our banquet captain, Emmot, constantly checked in with me to ensure I was doing well and offered to get me another beverage at every interaction. He also ensured our 5 kids had a pitcher of hot chocolate in the suite which made me so so happy. I can't remember all the names of the other staff, but they were all so friendly and great. The food (brunch buffet) was delicious and the guests loved it. Our DJ was Ethan through the venue and he did a great job, played fun renditions of songs we asked for and really listened to everything we wanted. I highly recommend this venue. We could not have been happier with Wedgewood on Boulder Creek! Our coordinator Bri was a dream to work with - completely professional, kind, patient and funny! She made it worth every single penny. There's not a single thing I would change about Wedgewood or their team. We found our florist, baker and DJ through them as well and all their partner vendors were perfection as well. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the greenery/flowers were and everyone chowed down on their cake (we were sooo delighted to find out that Wedgwood packed us up a few extra slices - yum!) Everyone told me, "Everything will go wrong on your wedding day, but it'll still be okay." I'm a total perfectionist so I was worried about what would/could go wrong - turns out I didn't need to worry at all because everything went wonderfully! I really could not have dreamed up a more perfect day. All of my guests were extremely impressed by how beautiful the venue was, how perfectly it was decorated and the entire staff at Wedgewood. My guests all said to me many times over that everything was great. The DJ got so many of us in the dancing mood and I have so many wonderful memories from dancing with our loved ones. Wedgewood left spaces for our guests to sit and enjoy the warm weather or lounge on one of the couches inside as well, which people loved. I got married at this venue 11/01/19 and it was PERFECT! From the initial tour to the actual wedding day working with Taylor, Alyssa and Bri made it a breeze! Their all inclusive package makes wedding planning easy and straightforward. Our wedding guests were raving about the delicious food and gorgeous views of the creek and boulder canyon. We used all their vendors except for DJ and Photographer. For DJ we used Colorado Wedding Production (DJ Shaun) and he knocked it out of the park! Our guests were on the dance floor getting down the whole evening! Our photographer was a wedding gift and Kathleen D Photography and she was very professional and the photos came out lovely. We took our wedding photos by the creek on the property and they came out beautiful!! The scenery at the venue made for a gorgeous backdrop! The dining area was stunning with chandeliers dangling and epic views of the grounds! The dance floor is this awesome circular room equipped with fun up lighting to really get guests in the mood to dance! I can not recommend this venue enough! We didn't even pick this as our venue and I cannot speak to how it is to have your wedding here... but I want to share my experience first beginning to tour and plan through Boulder. My fiance and I started looking at venues very early in our engagement so that we could get an idea of what things would cost so we could properly plan and save for our wedding. My older brother was married at their Brittany Hill venue the month before and was very happy with their experience, so we decided to look within the Wedgewood family, and Boulder was the first place we toured. It caught my eye because it had the mountain and rustic feel to it that I wanted. The venue itself is beautiful, however be aware that in the off season months they close down their tent and the reception is held indoors, which isn't a big deal- except for the fact that the highest guest count you can have is 100 (not a HUGE deal, we could have made it work) and the dinner and dancing take place in a separate rooms. Nonetheless, we loved the venue and worked with a sales coordinator who explained everything to us price wise. Towards the end of our tour, she didn't really seem interested anymore in us and when she asked us if we wanted to book our date, we told her no and that we had several other venues to tour. She seemed annoyed and ready to be done with us. I was slightly annoyed because even throughout explaining costs to us, she kept mentioning that people were looking to book our date and that we better book soon. She mentioned it again at the end of our tour and told us if we wanted to keep our date that we had to book quickly. We toured two other Wedgewood venues after Boulder (Ashley Ridge and Black Forest) and neither coordinator put ANY pressure on us to book that day. They were friendly, easy going, and excited to help us possibly plan out our entire wedding. The coordinator from Boulder reached out to us the day after we toured and yet AGAIN mentioned that we had to get our date on the books- even though we told her not even 24 hours before that we had other tours. We were learning towards Boulder, so I reached out to her and told her I wanted one more tour before we put a deposit down, and she mentioned AGAINNNN that our date was being looked at and we had to book soon. I had it. We decided not to book with Boulder because I was so highly irritated that every time I reached out with a question or spoke with this woman that she brought up that we had to book fast or our date would be taken. Neither Ashley Ridge nor Black Forest did this to us. Both coordinators from the other two locations were amazing and if either had been working at Boulder, we would've chosen them. Just a word of warning, Emily is friendly but will constantly be on your back about booking your day (which, by the way we were really flexible on anyway). I understand that it's a part of the job but she was completely over the top frustrating and NOBODY else in our search did this to us. SO frustrating and we ended up not booking our wedding there because of it. read more

First of all, let me preface this review by stating that my wedding has not happened yet. (I will return to Yelp and update this review after the wedding, based on my wedding-day experience, and who knows, maybe it will all go stunningly and this becomes 5 stars like all the others!) That said, I've had such a poor experience planning my wedding with Wedgewood that I feel it necessary that other brides be warned. ...but before I get to the warning, let's start with the good things. :) One star for beauty. This venue is beautiful. Boulder itself is beautiful, but this location is truly the ideal place for a wedding. The alter overlooks Boulder Creek, there's a beautiful grass lawn, a brand new tent, nicely upgraded old building, and oodles and oodles of charm. Based on venue alone - I would highly recommend Wedgewood Boulder for your wedding! One star for people. The staff is also fantastic. All the wedding planners that work here are very, very nice. Each is friendly, perky, has a wonderful personality, and is a pleasure to work with. Even the servers and bartenders I've met (at the bridal faire) were pleasant, unobtrusive, and helpful. Based on staff alone - I would also highly recommend Wedgewood Boulder for your wedding! Now on to the negatives (before the wedding) For context: I organize and run tech conferences every year, for anywhere from 250 people to 3,000 people, and never has an event I've put on been as disorganized as my own wedding - and here I am paying professionals for wedding planning! Down a star for poor business practices: There are at least five wedding planners, and they all share an email address (bouldersales@). Every time you send them an email, it's likely someone new will respond, and also likely that person knows nothing about your wedding, or what you discussed with the previous person. Similarly, every time you have an in-person meeting, you meet with someone new. Very frustrating. The contracts (also called estimates, or proposals, depending on who is emailing you) are also a complete mess. In the real world, an estimate, a contract, and a proposal are different things. Not to Wedgewood, they are all the same thing, and every one we have received has been riddled with mistakes. Sometimes there are spelling errors, sometimes the item amounts don't add up correctly, and sometimes there are things in our contract we have never even heard of before. The most frustrating thing, however, is that every time you ask for a change, things are changed that you didn't want changed, things aren't changed that you did want changed, and new mistakes are introduced. Apparently there are an infinite number of "contracts" for your event, and depending on who answers your email a different one will be updated, or a new one will be created. Last weeks mistakes (that were fixed this week) will reappear next week. There are also different sections of the contract that list the same things (beverage selection, for example) and more often than not one entry is updated where the other is not, creating a "contract" that contradicts itself. I'm not sure if the problem with the contracts is the software Wedgewood uses, the way they are using it, or the process they have adopted. Whatever it is, it's most definitely not working! Down 2 stars for making me waste countless hours correcting your mistakes. The food is also not good. It's not horrible, but it's not good either. I went to a Wedgewood bridal faire located in Carmel, CA, and the same recipes tasted delicious there. The cook (or cooks?) in Boulder just seem like they don't care. Maybe they don't taste the food before it goes out, or maybe they don't know what good food tastes like, but based on the food we have tried in Boulder (also at the bridal faire - where you would think they are trying to make a good impression) it's just nothing special. (I will update this section later based on how the food turns out at the wedding - perhaps they will hire a good chef and it will end up as good as it was in Carmel - here's to hoping!) The bottom line is that this place is a wedding factory. They crank out one or two weddings every day, and you are just another customer to Wedgewood. If you want to feel special about your wedding day, this may not be the right choice for you. read more

My fiancé and I were torn between 2 venues, one of which was Wedgewood. After envisioning a mountain wedding, we decided to book our wedding and ceremony at Wedgewood because Paige and Anna were phenomenal from the moment we met them. They spent as long as we needed during the initial meeting to show us around, answer questions and explain the renovations and what the venue would look like in the spring. Everything we had envisioned for our big day - an outdoor wedding that included our Yorkie "ring bearer," lawn games during the cocktail hour and an outdoor dinner - is going to be a reality at Wedgewood, which wasn't possible at the other venue we loved. We really loved the customized packages that make planning so much easier than calling around to find vendors. Anna and Paige have continued to be very responsive on questions since we've signed the contract and have helped give ideas on what they've seen at other weddings that fit our vision. The only drawback that we see is that there isn't a menu tasting option. We look forward to September 2014 and will give an update after the wedding! read more

I could not be more pleased with my wedding at Wedgwood Boulder Creek. I planned a destination wedding from Chicago -- not an easy task -- and the Wedgewood model made that easy. They find amazing local vendors for flowers, DJ, photobooth, and they negotiate rates so you don't have to. They do this all the time, they've seen it all, and they know exactly what questions to ask. Even from Chicago, I didn't worry about a thing. When I saw the venue in person, I was blown away. It's absolutely gorgeous. It's like a private mountain-side residence that only holds weddings. The ceremony site is lovely. The tent has beautiful, tasteful chandeliers and the dance floor area is like this cool little, romantic barn with twinkle lights. Honestly, I didn't expect the food to be spectacular. That's not their forte, right? But it was really solid. The appetizers were tasty, the filet was well-seasoned and the chicken was damn tasty. Big shout out to Kaitlyn and her crew for their services, and for keeping everything humming along. I highly recommend you add the Coordination services. From the moment we stepped foot in the doors of Wedgewood, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. It was the first and only venue we looked and and loved the service and location. We used all the preferred vendors and cannot say enough amazing things about it. It rained at about the time I was supposed to walk down the aisle, and Alex made sure to make my day everything I wanted, by relocating the whole ceremony inside the tent at the last minute- even re-creating aisles and it gave an outside look, with everyone staying dry. They catered to our every need- making sure we had yummy food and drinks full all night. Dj Kody was awesome- playing every song we wanted- we had the BEST PARTY! Cupcakes and cake were delicious, moist and many guests gave rave reviews! I loved, loved my bouquet and flowers. Sarah from painted primrose created just what I envisioned! Everything was awesome and I cannot say enough awesome things about everyone! We used an outside photographer, but the Wedgewood ladies suggested to the TomK, who is starting videography services, to get our wedding videoed for free! Just amazing. My husband and I were married at Wedgewood on 5.30.15 and it was the BEST day! A lot of that is thanks to the amazingly kind and sincere staff at Wedgewood. They really honestly want every couple to experience the wedding of their dreams, whatever that is. We were planning from a distance and knew that would be difficult, but all of the ladies we worked with made us feel like we were the most important people ever. I truly don't know how they do it, but they are perfectly in sync with each other and with their clients. The venue is stunning and immaculately kept (check out the outdoor pics on their website), planning was incredibly easy thanks to their guidance and the time they take to work out every detail with you (even down to having champagne and a plate of snacks for us when we wanted to sneak off for a minute), and the day of ran perfectly. Not only did we have two coordinators there during the event, but we also had a banquet captain who checked in with us about every hour to make sure we had food and drinks, which, let me tell you, will definitely make you feel like a rockstar :) A wedding is the most important event a couple will plan together, and that will cause stress. Let's be real, it's inevitable. Whenever we were feeling confused or concerned, we turned to our Wedgewood gals who had an answer within a day (we really never waited longer than an afternoon for an e-mail response, which is amazing!). I can't think of one negative thing to say about the people and space at Wedgewood on Boulder Creek. My fiance and I toured at Wedgewood Boulder Creek when we first began our journey venue hunting. We had the most amazing experience with Georgina. She gave us a great tour of the venue, invited our dog along for the tour (and everyone loved on our pup) then worked with us like crazy to fit the Wedgewood experience into our itty bitty budget. We toured so many venues (practically everywhere) and nothing could compare to the customer service and beauty that Wedgewood had to offer. For the past few months, the girls at Wedgewood have called and emailed me to check in, see how the venue shopping was going and even gave me advice on choosing a photographer. Even though we ended up not booking with these guys, they still continue to provide the most amazing customer service!! I highly recommend Wedgewood on Boulder Creek. As expected, our wedding was beautiful and stress-free, all thanks to Anna, Paige, Alexandra, and the rest of the fantastic team at Wedgewood. The flowers were stunning (Painted Primrose is their vendor), the cake was divine (also their vendor, Shamane's Bake Shoppe), and whole experience in general was fantastic. If the thought of managing 13 different vendors and DIY-ing everything about your wedding makes you break out in hives, have your wedding at Wedgewood. You will not regret it for one second! I cannot say enough in favor of Wedgewood on Boulder Creek. Our wedding: Friday July 18, 2014 - outdoor. Site: BEAUTIFUL. My husband and I signed on with them when it was covered in snow and still very early on in renovations. But Anna & Paige made us feel confident it would be beautiful and they were 100% right. Our wedding was at 6pm in July and it just beautifully caught the sunset behind us during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests loved getting to walk along the creek during the reception; the indoor/outdoor reception tent is very romantic. Ah, it was just all beautiful! LOVE LOVE LOVE. The site made our wedding - several guests said it is the best one they'd ever been to. True story. Also, we were concerned traffic from the road and noise from the creek would be too loud during our ceremony but none of our guests even noticed it. The foliage really drowned out a lot of the noise - it was very peaceful and quiet during our ceremony. Managers: Anna & Paige are the absolute best. They expressed genuine interest in my husband and I and our hopes, dreams, desires, and story. Planning my wedding was very stressful for me and I'm glad it is behind us now, but Anna & Paige helped me to celebrate all along the way; their genuine excitement brought so much joy to me all throughout the process. They are very clear communicators, explaining every detail very effectively. But above all, I really felt that they cared most for my best interest, doing all they could to provide for me exactly what I was hoping for whether that was through Wedgewood or not. We had experiences with other venues we were checking out who were trying to sell us what was most convenient for them, and that really turned us off from doing further business there. Plus, they're just fun to hang out with! Food: Excellent. We had a buffet. Delicious! Alcohol: GREAT. We really wanted to have local Boulder beer at our wedding for all the out-of-staters coming in and were thrilled share Avery's with everyone. We are so thrilled to have been able to celebrate our wedding day at Wedgewood. They went above and beyond our expectations and we had 100% a great experience with them through and through. It was a little pricier than other venues we looked at, but for how well they cared for us from beginning to end, it was well worth the stress they took off my shoulders! I recommend Wedgewood to anyone looking for an all-inclusive beautiful wedding in Boulder Colorado! We were married creekside and had a fantasy rave themed wedding. This venue is an incredible value for all they include, and our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. I also wanted to express how grateful I am that they are so accommodating of dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and we have several vegan friends. Our gluten-free wedding cake was included in our package, and they clearly marked all food as vegan or gluten free for our guests. The staff took great care of me and my spouse throughout the entire planning process. They made planning a breeze, and took great care of us on our special day. We didn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day, which allowed us to spend more time with our loved ones. Overall, we had our fantasy wedding at a fraction of the cost we were expecting. I was married at this venue yesterday and I cannot be happier with my choice. This was the first and only venue we looked at in person. What I really liked about them was that they were up front on the pricing with the wedding calculator online. I didn't have to show up to be quoted something that I could not end up affording. Also, when I told them we had a small budget and were going to do the lowest tier in the off-season, they didn't try to upsell me at all. Though we did end up doing a few add-ons to the base package (photo booth, basic appetizers, open bar, coordination services). The venue is beautiful. We chose to have a creek-side wedding which was perfect for 80 people. They put a microphone on our officiant so it was easy to hear. I did hear a complaint about this venue before I visited that it is near a loud road, but I didn't even notice a single car during the ceremony, though I'm sure there were tons, we were just too wrapped up in the moment. The planning part was very well laid out. Jordyn scheduled all the meetings (except the rehearsal) right away so we knew exactly when we needed to meet with them. Jordyn was so incredibly helpful and gave great suggestions where needed. She was so wonderful that we added the wedding coordination services and I am so happy we did. Our rehearsal went smoothly and the wedding day went even more smoothly. Having people help cue us was essential for the creekside wedding where it is very difficult to see what is going on when you are getting read to walk. Also, I had only really planned for centerpieces but not much other decor. We bought flower petals and had a ton extra because Costco apparently sends a bunch for very cheaply. They put them down the aisle for us and then used the extras to decorate around the venue for me. They also used my extra fairy lights and terrariums from my centerpieces, and the extra jordan almonds that I brought just in case to the rehearsal the day before, and used them to create beautiful decor. This was so great because there was not any time for me to help decorate. They followed directions very well for the things I asked them to do and then improvised very well with everything else. The food was delicious. There was a ton of sides with the buffet. I only wish we had time to eat more. We were not expecting the food to be as good as it was with us having the lowest tier but we were very pleasantly surprised. Adrianna made sure we always had something to drink even coming out to us when we were doing pictures during cocktail hour to make sure we were taken care of. She had appetizers, champagne and sparkling cider waiting for us when we signed the marriage license. She helped lay out my ridiculously long train before I walked down the aisle and even helped carry it up the stairs post-ceremony. And she even took stuff out to the car for us. The staff is truly wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure you can focus on your wedding and the guests. We used a DJ through the venue, Ethan, and he was amazing at making sure we were on schedule. I don't think we deviated at all from the schedule. He played everything we requested and even found us some ska music as requested. And when we had a surprise when our officiant and friend dressed up as sexy Gandalf and showed up on the dance floor, he rolled with it and started playing, "I'm too sexy for my shirt." We added the photo booth in last minute and it was a great addition. Our friends had so much fun with it and I'm loving seeing the pictures being shared online afterward. The pictures make great wedding favors since they include the names of the couple on it and they are things people will probably keep forever. We've already had a few people tell us that this was their favorite wedding. Of course, we agree, but we are very biased. It was so wonderful to have a venue that took care of so much for us so we could have a stress-free wedding, and to do so affordably was even better. read more

Very disappointing to have such a poor experience and I didn't even make it to the venue. I was scheduling an appointment, and let them know I would like the 2:00 PM tour and the morning of the touring day I called to confirm and they gave my spot to someone else. Then received a call today Sunday July 7, 2019 letting me know they already gave my appointment time away to someone else and the only opening they had was Saturday when I told them I'm off only Thursday and Fridays. They don't seem organized and they can't accommodate to the mistake THEY made. I would not have my wedding here, due to the fact that the service even getting to the venue was poor and I'm afraid their wedding services will be just like this incident or worse. Do your research and you can find venues for literally $4,000 less with the same stuff included. So sad about this because the venue looks gorgeous, but not worth the stress that something "came up" or they had a "minor conflict" when it comes to planning my fiancé's and I's wedding. We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Wedgewood Boulder Creek team & venue! Caelyn, in particular, was an absolute dream to work with!! During every meeting and conversation with her, she was incredibly friendly, personable and detail-oriented. She made us feel at ease and confident our needs would be met -- which they always were when Caelyn was involved. Caelyn made the rehearsal efficient and useful. And the day of the wedding, we were able to fully relax and enjoy ourselves, because Caelyn was on top of literally every little detail that needed attention. She was so on top of her game, she even knew when my husband & I needed hydration -- even before we did! :) Ashley was our Banquet Captain the day of the wedding, and she was nothing but fantastic as well! Dinner service ran like a well-oiled machine, and she was even able to make a last-minute switch to bring an extra meal from one table to another where we were short (due to some guests not arriving and one unexpected guest arriving last-minute). We loved everything about the venue -- the details, the scenery, the recommended vendors we used. We especially loved the attention to detail the day-of. The Wedgewood team even took a picture during the ceremony and printed / put at our table before dinner -- what a special touch!! We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Wedgewood this November. The entire process of touring the venue, selecting a date, picking out the various parts of our wedding package, and making payments was so smooth and well arranged. Both Katie and Madison, who helped us with the process, were amazing to work with and turned the hectic-ness of planning a wedding into something reasonable. The venue is beautiful and offers a lot of options for ceremony sites, and the food was quite good--and the head chef (name unfortunately forgotten, sorry!) was very accommodating when it came to managing all the allergies and food preferences of our guests. Our two complaints are pretty minor, all things considered: the parking lot is all dirt and weirdly sloped, which is mostly an issue if it snows, like it did on our wedding day. Also, for as much as we cut costs around the wedding (and expected the extra expenses, because weddings are ridiculously expensive), it was still kinda costly from our perspective. That being said, compared to other venues that we looked at, Wedgewood was far more affordable for everything the costs encompassed (and for the number of freebies we got for holding our wedding off-season). So all things considered, would highly recommend this place for a wedding. They really made our wedding day a fun, happy event and mitigated the stress of holding a wedding on a super snowy day! read more
