The people are friendly. We've been here twice - the first time the food was bad but we gave it another chance. The 2nd time the food was bad. When I go out to eat I am looking for quality food. The hashbrowns are just the frozen crap you can get at McDonald's, the "ham" was just lunch meat tossed in a skillet to darken it, the "sausage" was a warm hot dog cut in half, and the pancakes were dense and pasty. it was our first time here when we first entered my mother in law asked how much is the wait for 4 people the employees completely ignored her and I had to go ask again they took 20 minutes to seat us, they took another 25 to even come to our table and ask for our drinks, they didn't even give us the menu we had to go grab it ourselves, the employee taking our order was nice the food was good but it wasn't worth the price due to us waiting almost a hour for our drinks and food , we also got birria estilo sinaloense and they brought it to us with no lime and no tortillas at this point it wasn't as full as it was when we got there ,it took a while for us to get their attention for them to bring it over to us. If you're looking for an authentic Mexican breakfast, this is the spot! We got the Mexican breakfast, Huevos Rancheros, side of fruit and the Funny face pancake. The food was quite delicious and my son loved their bacon! Keep in mind, they are cash only and it would also be helpful if you know how to also speak Spanish. The spot was packed with every table filled on a Saturday morning. It is also the spot to go for birthday celebrations. This is definitely my favorite breakfast restaurant. From the fresh squeeze orange juice to the diverse menu. The portions are perfect and the food is served fresh. They have a really good dessert menu and whatever type of coffee you could want. Definately worth a visit. read more

We are staying at Sandy Beach and I researched breakfast places nearby. I hadn't been to Boulevard 301 so we gave it a try. Every table was taken (a great sign). My son and I sat at the coffee bar and ordered our food to go. I hadn't the bagel sandwich special for the day and 2 different omelettes. Everything was delicious. Great food selection and very delicious. Service was excellent although we arrived before the breakfast rush. My wife enjoyed the frappe very much and my fresh pressed fruit & veggie juice was fire! I was able to pay with Apple Pay and the conversion rate was transparent from the start. FYI if you're tipping using a card, ask to have it included on your check (same transaction). It's a smaller restaurant so not a lot of seating and there is no waiting area inside either. Parking can be tricky if the lot is full too. read more

Highly recommend this breakfast/brunch place!!It's a 13 minute drive from where we stayed (Bella Sirena). The food was the best I've had so far in Rocky Point. Everywhere else has mainly been fried food and my body was craving a solid breakfast. The menu has pictures so it's easy to order for those that do not speak Spanish. The orange juice is freshly squeezed, my boyfriend ordered chocolate milk and you can see from the picture that they do it the good old fashion way; it was delicious. We come to Peñasco often, but had never stopped. Our friends took us there. Boulevard 301 did not disappoint. Delicious food, great prices and friendly staff. A special thank you to Maria ( from Phoenix :) ) It's super cute inside, music playing and something to watch on the TV's if you'd like. Their fresh compote on toast is amazing! The waffle I ordered is by far the prettiest waffle I've ever gotten and all the fruit was very fresh! They fresh squeeze their oj too! My friends are all coffee drinkers and say it's just fantastic!! We went back again today, another amazing breakfast. If I had one negative, it would be that they didn't have any Diet Coke today. That's ok though, I found an alternate beverage. They've got a great little case with desserts you can buy. They've also got churros & ice cream. Definitely something for everyone. read more

We live in Cholla Bay and have passed this restaurant many times. Stopped for breakfast this morning and was really impressed. My wife had the French toast that was loaded with fresh fruit on top. Omg! This place was amazing. It was recommended by the owner of the condo we rented and we are so glad we decided to give it a try. We had freshly squeezed orange juice and huevos rancheros.
