    Avocado toast

Cozy contemporary cafe in Little Rock. Service is walk up on all days except for Sunday brunch. Walk in grab your pastries and order any coffees or other menu items. They'll eat up your fresh baked goods if you like and bring it to you with your order. People at the front are super friendly! The pastries are the true stars here. The coffee is on par with what you expect, and they're a little on the weaker side. Chocolate croissants was sooooo flaky, tons of layers. Avocado toast I ordered wasn't up there on my board. It's honestly the reason the rating is pulled down a tad. The bread is a great base that's toasted a little too far. Only a thin spread of avocado. Red onions are fine. The carrots with lemon drizzle are a different choice, worked out I think. I enjoyed the pumpkin seeds. But ultimately I would not order this again.

The tuna salad is unlike any other - capers give it that salty crunch that keeps you coming back for more. The creamy mustard dressing is wonderful. Highly recommend.

What a gem! Service, food, warmth, aroma, atmosphere. What more could you ask for?! So charming and there was tons of parking! Coffee was underpriced in my opinion. They are doing magical things with your morning!

    Rotten salad leaves

Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Unfortunately, the greens were stinky and rotten (pictures posted) and we couldn't eat most of it. We mentioned it to the employee but the response was "I'll let them know". No effort was made to resolve the issue by replacing the greens. I would avoid this place.

Great little spot for brunch in the Heights area. We had a fun evening the night before and needed a good breakfast to help recover. I ordered the migas and the breakfast quiche. Migas was great and came with corn tortillas. My advice is get some hot sauce and put some on the eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the home made salsa verde had a nice flavor just no heat. Overall great dish. Breakfast quiche Lorain - hands down my favorite thing. Wish I had ordered 3. The quiche was cooked to perfection. Not to dense or to light. The eggs were light and fluffy. The crust was buttery and crumbled with just a poke of the fork. The wife got the breakfast sandwich which she liked. It needs some kind of sauce or mayo to pull it all together. The fruit salad had lots of good flavor. Local honey drizzled over the goat cheese topped toast was the best part. I snuck one and threw a few almonds on it. It was amazing. We both look forward to our next brunch there!

    Chocolate cake

I didn't come here but my family got a chocolate cake from here and well, wow what a delicious cake. It was super moist (wet, damp, whatever word floats your boat) the flavor was super rich so you have to be very in the mood for sweets, not bad trust me but a very powerfully touch. A faint of heart can't take it lol. I was asking about the place and they offer food as well so I would definitely like to make it to the restaurant next time to have the full experience. I heard nothing but praises so the cake got my attention, ha! Coronavirus leave so I can go back to my life yelping around again!

The restaurant is located on the edge of the River Market District. The entrance is actually below street level. Take the stairs down to the front patio/courtyard area to get to the main entrance. Despite being downtown, the restaurant has a neighborhood feel to it. My server Camila was excellent! She was great about making recommendations and answering my questions. I ordered the Flank Steak (medium) with mixed vegetables (squash, zucchini, red pepper, onions) and mashed potatoes. It came with chimichurri sauce which was so good. The steak was very tender and flavorful. The veggies were seasoned well and were prepared al dente which I prefer. It was so much food and I couldn't finish it all. I didn't have anything to drink besides water, but the drink menu featured specialty cocktails like the Caipirinha and the Caipiroska. They also offered other cocktails, wine, beer, and NA beverages. I don't know much about the Little Rock culinary scene, but I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised to find this Argentinian restaurant. What a great discovery!

The salad was very fresh with nice greens and tomatoes, and to my delight, no iceberg lettuce. All the meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked the right way. We ate as much as we could, but couldn't finish it. It was a great meal, and we each had a margarita with it. They were really good also. Mine was a blackberry with jalapeño. Our server was very sweet and took excellent care of us. Decor was pretty simple, but it's a casual place, so not a big deal, I care most about what I'm eating anyway. We finished with a quatro leches cake, which is like tres leches but drizzled with dulce de leche. It was outstanding. If you like meat, they don't mess around here.

I've personally worked my way through most of the menu over time, so I was excited for them to try it. It was around 9am so it was still fairly quiet and calm. Believe me it gets busy!! We started with orange juice and a Sunrise Matcha while we looked over the menu and caught up. The service was excellent (always) attentive, friendly, and relaxed, which made it easy to take our time. My companion ordered the B Street Bowl (potatoes, smoked brisket, onions, and peppers) with the queso served on the side and eggs cooked to order(fried hard). I ordered The Chenal which is their seasoned grilled shrimp with bacon, peppers, and tomatoes over cheesy grits. I added an over-medium egg and a side of hollandaise. Both dishes were delicious and incredibly satisfying. The portions were huge, and we each ended up taking a to-go box home for a mini meal later. It's the kind of brunch spot where you can sip your drink, take your time, and leave very full. Tip: If you order the B Street Bowl, getting the queso on the side lets you control the richness. Everything is amazing here. If you're a newbie, you can't go wrong with a Benedict!

It was lunchtime, and even though I thought I wanted something sweet like French toast the brisket wrap caught my eye, and I decided to give that a try instead. Meanwhile, the nice lady sitting next to me received her bananas, foster pancakes, and I immediately started kicking myself for not going that route. Her bananas were beautifully caramelized with quite a bit of sauce, topping the pancakes, and it looked heavenly. According to her, it was heavenly. Moments later, my brisket wrap arrived with the tiniest little container of a garlic aïoli, which was clearly homemade. The rap itself was jampacked full of succulent, perfectly cooked beef, but when you put a little bit of that aïoli on there, it really stepped its game up and shined! I left completely stuffed in a very happy camper and you will too. Enjoy!
