It has a large selection of spirits and wine. They also carry a lot of local distilled spirits and brewed beverages. There was a gentleman working with two ladies at the tasting area and I happened to walk by and pay attention to what was being said and the wine. The gentleman asked if Id like to join in or need help. I joined in and was filled with wine knowledge and yes purchased a dry wine that was not dry to my pallet. I do not like dry wines but this day I walked out with two bottles, The friendly and knowledge gentleman had a very upbeat and happiness to him and provided exceptional customer service. I walk in and am exploring what to get while I get a a friend shares with me what they need me to get. The individual working then comes up to me moving his hands around festering to me like I'm taking too long and asks: "Can I help you with something" and I respond, I'm waiting for my friend. He proceeds to say, "well you can wait outside because I am refilling" continuing with pointing me outside and gesturing in a manner I was wasting his time. I proceed to say, I don't need to be served here and exited. Looks like they prioritize theft over service. I respect that yet please be kinder when you engage with customers. If you need something to grab and go, maybe yet I will drive the extra 5 minutes for a kinder engagement.
