Geico towed my car here with a flat tire late night.I called in the mornings to bring the key because there's no key dropbox.I came in they assessed the damage and offered me all terrain tires at first but the least expensive option was $165 for 1 tire.They had 5 cars when I got there at 8 , I figured I would be much longer but they got me in & out. Update: The salesmen told me all of my tires were bad and tried to sell me a set of tires for $700.I only purchased the one at that location to get on the road.When I got home I went to another tire place to replace them when I learned that there was nothing wrong with any of the remaining tires.They physically walked me around the car to see for myself.I hate that this company tried to take advantage of me when I was already in a stressful situation.Shame Shame! I would never recommend that to anyone read more

Woke up to a flat tire on our golf cart. While my husband was inspecting the other tires another went flat. I went on line and found this business. He arrived there with 2 flat golf cart tires that needed to have the stems replaced and then he was going to bring the other two in the also have the stems replaced. The manager Matt Francis had one of the employees help him. They were quickly fixed and then he brought the other 2 later and they were also fixed quickly. They did the job well and quickly--no question of that. I had originally gotten an "out-the-door" price of $470 which wasn't unreasonable. Somehow that got bumped up $26 to $496 with no explanation. I know it's not much, but I'll be more cautious about using them in the future just on principle. Lesson being, print up your estimate and bring it with you. read more

Really disappointed with my most recent experience. This would have been a 5 star review because I've always been happy with service. I had a balancing problem with my front tires that had been balanced elsewere not long ago. They took the time to verify why I had this problem and explained me which wheel was in cause and probably why this occured. After that they balanced my tires, torqued my wheels to specifications and even checked the air pressure and condition of the threads of the rear tires. Later I went on the highway and saw that they where perfectly balanced, I thank them for their empathy, professionalism, quick service and very reasonable prices. read more

We were having trouble with something with our tire sticking which got very very hot. We told them what the trouble was and they completely ignored us. We were passing through from NC and $800.00 later the problem was still not fixed as we discovered on our way to Coco Beach FL. Thankfully we discovered a honest garage person in Coco Beach who fixed the problem and told us all the work that was done on our car was for nothing. This part of our vacation was ruined because we had no car for yet another day. I would not go here if I were you. read more

Great, honest service, fair prices. They could have told me my ball joints needed to be replaced, instead they said they were some what worn, but will last a little longer. They also didn't charge for an alignment, even though they obviously made adjustments, because it clearly rides better and the wheel is straighter. Tire price was reasonable too. Thanks! read more

Long wait and high prices for tire repair.

I flew to Florida on a Saturday afternoon to drive an Escalade back to Michigan. When I got to the storage facility I discovered the car wouldn't run. Stranded in Florida, not knowing where to take the car, I had to wait until Monday. The hotel desk clerk recommended Coastal Tire so I contacted them as soon as they opened Monday morning, explaining my situation. Without hesitation, Ann fit me in right away, two mechanics on duty checked it over, and by 2:00 that afternoon I was on my way home. What could have been a traveler's nightmare (taking advantage of me) was handled professionally and sympathetically, with the car running very smooth and at a very fair price.
