I called at 1230 since I never heard from them and was told it was a bad Schrader valve which is not a common problem and was my first indication that the advisor had no idea what he was talking about. I was told that it would be ready in 45 mins. 2 hours later we were told that the problem was not fixed and that it was in fact the compressor. He said the compressor was grounding itself out internally. Who believes this trash? We lost complete faith in them and told them to just give us back the car. They charged us $300 to evacuate and recharge the AC which had a bad compressor. Who does that? There also was no mention of any valve replacement on the invoice. This was our first and only time going there. The place is completely disorganized, dishonest and unprofessional.

They always got me in and out cheap! I was getting on the road to visit my family for the holidays. I thought I needed my tires rotated & balanced but they showed me that the front ones were in really bad shape. They didn't have a replacement set in stock but they ordered them for me...he just didn't think they'd have them in time for my trip. The next morning, he called me to tell me he was able to get the tires! They had me in and out, on my way to my parents' house in about an hour!!! I was so grateful. Should notify customers prior to getting work done or else it will seem deceptive. Right is right, wrong is wrong, and the receipt is proof. Was told $80, then asked, cash or card, and when I said card, $85. 2) Then, as I'm starting to reverse the truck, i hear, hold it hold it, so I stopped the truck and one of the hubcaps fell off, so the same guy that charged me the $85, came by and kicked all the hubcaps back on to ensure that they didn't fall off. I didn't realize booting someone's hubcap was standard operating procedure. Also, NO MILITARY DISCOUNT, SO DON'T ASK!
