I finally had it towed to another mechanic out of state, and guess what they found? The entire electrical system was fried because of a faulty alternator - the same one this shop put in. Turns out, the alternator they installed was the wrong size and putting out too much power according to the other mechanic, which completely destroyed my system. I'm now paying thousands in repairs because of their mistake. And to make it worse, the alternator was used, something they never told me until I came back trying to return it under warranty. At first, the two guys at the counter were polite, but then they called over the owner, Lloyd.That's when everything went downhill. Lloyd walked up rolling his eyes before I could even explain what was going on. He immediately got defensive and accused me of trying to "take money out of his pocket." He kept repeating the same line - that I didn't come back to him for the issue, so he didn't know what was wrong. How was I supposed to know it was the alternator when it took another mechanic to figure that out? He wouldn't even look at the alternator, compare the serial number, or actually check the warranty like I asked. He just kept rolling his eyes and talking down to me and my grandmother like we were the problem. I wasn't even asking for the full amount - just the $380 refund for the alternator, which was under warranty. He still refused, saying he'd "send it off to be tested" like we wouldn't hear back conveniently that "nothing was wrong" with it. The way Lloyd handled this was completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. He was rude, dismissive, and treated us with zero respect. Everyone else there was kind, but Lloyd was condescending, arrogant, and clearly more interested in protecting his pocket than doing what's right. This man has completely lost my trust. I wouldn't let him touch a lawnmower, let alone a car. Do. Not. Ever. Trust. This. Shop.

what a horrible experence i received from shane holcomb. i dropped off a vehicle for an alignment…read moreon tuesday 4-14 and the lady i handed the keys to (shane's wife) told me that the vehicle would no be aligned until tomorrow (4-15) and i told her that was fine. i called the next day around 4pm to check up on it and called left message no return calls, they pick up and put me on hold and the phone hangs up this happened twice and finally i get a hold of them and shane's wife tells me that the vehicle is next in line that was on 4/15 a/m and she told me it will be done the same day. well i called around 3pm to check to see if the vehicle is still on target to be aligned and again tryed calling again phone calls go into voicemail and of course no return calls. called the next day 4/16 and again calls go into voicemail, no returned calls back this went on all day me trying to see whats going on and i called today 4/17 and phone is immediatly picked up on the first ring and was shocked on the tone of voice of the person that answered (shane holcomb) and he sauy 'why do you keep blowing-up my phone?" boy did he unlesh his frustrations on me i had to tell him to calm down i'm a prevoius customer and i told him that your wife had told me that they will have my vehicle done on 4/16 and shane says "no she didn't!... i was standing right next to her." why would i lie i had a co-worker with me and he herd her say it as well. shane then tells me "man come pick up uyour truck and hangs the phone on me. really! and this is a co-owner of the business. what a disgrace to the company.
