I loved this business. I was in the middle of a mild emergency and they helped me out tremendously. I was visiting family in Florida with travel plans in just a few hours when I noticed the tire pressure on one wheel was slowly decreasing. I called Hills Bros and they were able to fit me in almost immediately. They explained the problem concisely and offered solutions. They had me back on the road in 30 minutes without 'breaking the bank' . This is definitely a shop I would return to with any of my automotive needs. read more

Excellent and HONEST service! I took my car here about a month ago after finding a nail in my tire at another location (I stopped at that place on a whim to get a quote for patching it up- BIG mistake... that place told me I would need to replace all four brand new tires because it was 4x4 and that's just how it works... "you can't just replace 1 tire... you have to replace them all" horrible lie.) I brought my car into Hill Bros Tire and the owner and another mechanic patched my tire up and sent me on my way. They were very kind and quick! Supporting local families during this time is already so important, it helps when the local business is honest and fair! My Girlfriends tire on her car had a slow leak. I called and spoke to Glenn he told me to come by and ask for him. I pulled in spoke with Glenn he told me to pull it in the bay, took the tire off, found the whole, patched it, and put it back on the car all within 20 minutes. Excellent service!! read more

Love this place. Service is fast and honest. AVOID: To start, the place looks and feels like a junk yard. The waiting area is filthy. The worst part is their customer service. I was shocked at the level of service. I was ripped off $100 and relieved to just get my vehicle back and not have them do the work. I absolutely don't trust them. The guy running the place is angry at the world. They always take care of me, The prices are always fair, the people are always kind, and they never try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs like other places have done to me in the past. This is probably one of the worst places to go for use tires. My husband went there for a tire got one then found out an hour later the idiot who put it on put the wrong size tire on. Ok got another one for free... 2 weeks later tire popped went to tire kingdom they told me it was 11 yr old tire that should of never been on here in the first place. Boy have things changed, this used to be the best place around. Called twice, once to get a quote for an alignment & tire rotation, quoted in the $70's. I questioned it because my truck is lifted & has oversized tires & wheels... yep that's the price. Called again to schedule an appointment a week or so later, told them AGAIN, that I had a lift & large tires. Arrive 10 minutes early for my 8:30am appointment, guy comes out after 15 min or so & tells me that my truck is too big for their machine. Ok fine, but FYI I called twice & told them the size of my truck & they said it was no problem. As I'm getting ready to leave, the mechanic says that he could actually do it but it would be more money because of the size.... uhh ok great, not that big of a deal. Well I get a phone call 4 hours after my 8:30am appointment telling me that they can't do it because I had (lots of stuff basically) wrong with my front end & here is a quote to fix it. So, my truck sat there for 4 hours with nothing done to it, ok whatever. Fast forward to picking the truck up, I get a bill for $53!..... umm what? Why? Because we looked at it & diagnosed it. So I paid $53, only $17 less than what I was quoted for an entire alignment, for them just to look at it.... which I didn't ask for a quote or diagnoses. Either you can do it or you can't, nobody asked for the truck to be gone through. Pretty irritated & definitely won't be back. read more

am sorry to say ended up being disappointed their only good mech has been out sick he was going to install a drier and a evp in my truck had my truck over 7 days ..today had enough of waiting am going to go somewhere else .. some small stuff they can handle but big jobs unless they have a good quality mech on site i not interested read more
