My experances in the last year and a half it's been NOTHING but a disappointment. Many times I just left. The problem is their staff and there're old. Never finding any to help even thou I see many red vested workers. If things are going to be overprice which they are. There service sucks. The moments I need help workers make excuses that its not their department. In the past I've purchased paint that when I got home it was frozen at one point. Hard to believe that one. The paint itself was on the shaker for a couple of minutes so when I got home it was still not mixed. Other times the checkout machines were down and no-one knows anything. Half hearted apologys followed. Look I get it. It's an older community here and where else are they going to work? It truly is a awful place to go. Lastly the dog washing area is disgusting and nobody cleans it. We made the mistake of having our pooch bathed there a few times DIRTY every time. THAT is a review in itself. It's not any deals going there. Its so over priced. Can you hate a hardware store. YES.

When I arrived, I offered my order number, but the employee would not look at it. My photo ID was never requested or checked. Instead, I was asked what I had ordered. Since my order contained multiple items, I replied, "Multiple items," and again offered the order number. Once again, the employee refused to look at it. There were two clerks behind the register, and I was the only customer waiting at the counter. Rather than using the order number to quickly locate my purchase, I was told, in a rude tone, that they were "working on multiple things." My concern is not only the poor customer service, but also the failure to follow your stated pickup procedures. If the order number and photo ID are required, they should be used consistently to verify the correct customer receives the correct order. The interaction was unprofessional and left me disappointed with what should have been a simple pickup experience.

Went here on Sunday August 24th 2025 with my parents. We were looking for home improvement items…read morelike shelving. This was our first time at this location, but it is like any other home depot with toilet parts, shower doors, lumber, shelving, refrigerators, grills, washing machines and more. We entered, and looked for shelving choices and found a nice white shelf that fitted our needs. We immediately took it and purchased it at self checkout. Aisles were clean and organized. Will definetely come back if we are in the area!

I make a point to come the day they do Chicken Bog in the Cafe , which I think is Friday. It is so good and so is the Fried Chicken. The Cafe has such a great selection , great price , clean dining areas , great service , and is very popular with tourists and locals. I stayed at the Golden Mile / Cabana Beach the whole month of February and came here twice. The grocery store has pretty much everything you need for vacation. Food , bathroom items , cleaners , fresh produce , fresh meats , grilling supplies , fishing supplies , beach items , you name it ! Upstairs they have a shop with all kinds of beach items like shirts , decorations , swimwear , hats , wind chimes , games , coffee cups , and on and on. The prices are fair for North Myrtle Beach / Myrtle Beach. Of course you have to go up to the observation area that looks like a lighthouse and look at the ocean and the surrounding area , it's free. So many memories for me here in Cherry Grove. One of my favorite places in the world and I lived in Germany for 4 years in the Army and traveled Europe in the 80's. It will always be in my heart.

They brought it in and stuck it in the hole on the counter and that was it. I get that they don't connect gas but they wouldn't even put the parts on the bottom that come with it for the gas to be connected to it. Now, I'm paying a handyman to do that for me. What a joke. I made three, 4 hour trips to NMB after being advised that all was good for delivery. Three times, on the morning of delivery, I was informed that my dryer was back ordered. I finally cancelled the whole transaction. As renters were coming soon, I went to Dew's in a panic. Thank goodness! The employees of Dew's were so helpful. I was directed to the size that would work in the condo and within a few minutes walked out with a smile. Delivery was guaranteed for a specific day and actually came and was installed that day. The installers were professional, as were all of the folks at Dew's. I will never deal with another big box store . Save yourself some stress and grow to Dew's first. Elizabeth W.

While during a visit to my parents down in Myrtle Beach, SC, I took notice of a pair of working…read moregloves that my father had and since I am ALWAYS in need of gloves for something, I asked where he purchased them and it was at this location of Harbor Freight Tools. They sit a good 20 minute drive from their home so we took a ride. Upon arrival it was comforting to see the place socially distancing and requiring every customer be wearing a mask or not to come in. This is where we are in life I am afraid so in we went. My mission was focused on the gloves which were the "Hardy" brand name. Once I secured a couple of pairs since they were so amazingly priced, I browsed around the rest of the place. Lots of awesome things for those who are handy or just looking to be with a little bit of help. I observed lots of saw devices and conventional tools and even found these cool LED lights that I grabbed for my Mom for one of her many projects. A positive experience for sure and to those in my hometown neck of the woods I felt that this place reminded me more of a Doody than a Home Depot.
