Rent out tables and chairs 3. Get a bouncy house for hours of non-stop fun! It's that easy and you got yourself a memorable party! My experience was great and I immediately got recognized as the awesome auntie for bringing the bouncy house! No need to spend hundreds for a packed Monkey Joes party when you have the convenience of having this set up in your own backyard. The guys who run this are awesome, they gave top notch service, were completely punctual, and super friendly.They answered any questions I had about the set up, I could not ask for more better customer service! The set up ran smoothly and all the guest's kids were hype about jumping around with their friends in the 4 in 1 slide. Terrible experience with this company. I called them looking for a water slide for my daughter's…read morebirthday for the next day, as we just moved to the area a few days before. They were very responsive and said they had availability. I requested something small because the backyard is not very big. They asked me for the measurements, which I provided, and we were able to move forward with booking. The next day they showed up on time, however the very large, 800 pound slide, did not fit through either gate. I asked them to bring it in through the house but they said it was a liability. They offered to set up in the front yard but said it would require sandbags to keep the slide leveled and would be more expensive. Because we have small children and on a budget we decided that would not be best. The employee told us since they couldn't set it up we would receive a full refund and provided an email address to send the request to. I sent the email and Alex responded with an "I'm sorry we couldn't make it work". My card was still charged 2 days later. I reached out again, no answer. I called and left a message. 3 weeks later after no refund, I decided to try emailing again. This time Alex informed me that they have a no cancellation policy and would not be issuing a refund, except I did not cancel. He states his employees do not have the authority to offer refunds and he would not be issuing a refund. I was never once asked about the access to the backyard ahead of time. I gave all the information they requested prior to booking. I'm at a loss as to why I have to pay when they were unable to deliver what we reserved. I already had a very disappointed birthday girl and now I'm out $275.

Fortunately he did and worked with us to suggest an age appropriate bounce/water slide combo "tropical wet mini combo" for younger children that has a more shallow pool and good in summertime heat. He did and his team was able to bring it over the next day. Working with his company was super easy and the kids all had a blast! We will use Orlando Fun Bounce again.
