Very satisfied with the urgent care service I received here last night. Long story short: I hit on…read morethe car door corner when I opened my car door last evening, which caused a laceration on my right eyebrow. Although the bleeding stopped shortly after, the cut looked pretty deep. So I went to IM at 7:20 pm (they close at 8 pm). I was seen by the Michelle at 7:45 pm and she stitched me up. She did a very good job as far as I can tell. She closed the edges perfectly. The whole process was smooth and her bedside manner was awesome.

I noticed improvement after just one session, and after treatments a week for a total of about 6 weeks, my knee issue is 100% gone. My favorite part about seeing Ted was that he generally only sees one patient at a time, so you get a lot of one-on-one attention and treatment. Scheduling was also always very easy. I had an MRI for my son completed within just a few days of the script. I called to make our follow up appointment... 6 weeks to see Dr. Potteiger. The representative for the office suggested that I drop off the disc so the doctor could review it and we can confirm if an appointment is actually needed. Issue #1-this is a technical age, why do I need to drop off a disc?? It is in my sons record and should have been sent to them. Issue #2 - When I did drive over 30 minutes to drop this off, I was introduced to the day staff. Absolutely unprofessional and incapable of understanding customer service and the importance of finding a resolution!! I was met with deer in headlights b/c I did not have an appointment and she actually said they are unable to confirm they could secure my medical file "they loose things easily"... WOW! She then could only focus on a note in her system that they had called me the day before (which I told her they did) and left a message about scheduling the follow up. In complete frustration for them WASTING MY TIME I asked well then has something changed and there is an appointment sooner then 5+ weeks from now?? Even a coworker behind her advised that maybe she should pull up the schedule. She literally could not do it, literally!! Just sat there looking at me like she had nothing to say, she is there to check people in. Issue #3 - Please tell me why a doctor would order an MRI and not look at the results once received (b/c we all know they get them electronically and my deer in headlights front desk person made that remark "when I have an appointment he can just look it up in my sons record) they do not proactively look at it.. every doctor I go to calls me with results!! If there is an issue you say, we should make a follow up.... NO this office is obviously only about the billables. It is really sad, because we had such a nice experience with Dr. Potteiger yet the staff around him do not reflect that same culture or values. Makes you wonder if this is how the corporate Premier Orthopedics is running their overall business. If not, then you need to make a change to who represents you. Issue #4 - I called the office after this awful interaction and left a message for the doctor to speak with him. It has been a day.. no doctor call BUT get this... at 7 AM EST this morning a women named Donna thought it appropriate to call people to follow up on a message I left about scheduling an appointment!!! Holy lack of communication or just sheer ignorance. Who in their right minds things it is appropriate to call anyone, especially a client, before 8:30 am (even that is early to me).

My primary therapist is Heather Lampe, DPT, but I also give high grades to Martin and Logan (also DPTs). I am sure these folks have bad days, but they never show that to their clients/patients. They are pleasant, witty, kind and patient. They are also challenging when it is appropriate. Justin, the first person you meet, keeps the schedules organized and works to adjust the schedule to meet your needs. Heather is particularly adept at adjusting exercises to meet your needs. I know I have made the incredible progress I have since my 7/13 surgery because of A) my surgeon's skill (Dr. David Kolessar), B) the skill and personality of the therapists at Integrated Physical Therapy, and C) my own determination and commitment to my recovery.

She is an intelligent, dedicated, and skilled professional who goes above and beyond to provide her clients with the very best rehabilitative care as she works with them. I came to Integrated following a knee replacement, and have made tremendous progress as a client working with Emanuela. When my surgeon requested that my therapist keep in touch with him through e-mail so he could be informed of my progress, Em did so very willingly and thoroughly; nothing was too much trouble. The office staff in King of Prussia, Renee and Leticia are wonderful as well. The environment is very positive and upbeat; the employees are terrific! I can not say enough good things about Integrated Physical Therapy and can recommend it highly to anyone needing physical therapy with a very individualized approach. Between the two of them, I was able to regain full use of my arm & shoulder. Before I began PT, I was barely able to drive, shower, do household chores, cook, or sleep without extreme pain. I am now able to do all of the above with ease and full range of motion. Erin and Nick are professional, pleasant to be around, and really know what they're doing. They are truly dedicated to helping people. My first day there, Erin developed an effective home exercise plan for me, which I will continue doing now that formal PT has ended. I would highly recommend BMSR to anyone who is in need of PT. In general, the facility is large, clean, cheerfully decorated and filled with state-of-the-art equipment.
