Two hard-working men showed up on Thursday and did a fantastic job installing the tent the lights, the fans, the tables and chairs. The Porta potty's that they delivered through another company was absolutely spotless like it was brand new they must power wash these things before they deliver them. The two servers showed up on time, dressed well, hard-working, and very experienced at doing this type of work. I could not have been more completely happy with everything from start to finish. Online ordering was a snap--I got two banquet tables and 16 chairs. I signed the rental agreement and paid for the order within a few minutes of it hitting my email. I will say the rental deposit is a little steep ($50 or twice the amount of rental, so for me $100) but you get it back super fast upon returning the items. When I got to the location, only one banquet table would fit in my car, so they switched one out for a foldable table at no additional charge which was super nice. The fellas in the back garage are super quick with loading in and out of your vehicle, and didn't judge me for bringing a little sedan at all--they made it work. We showed up at 10am ready to go with the chairs! The ordering process was easy and clear cut. When we got there everyone was very helpful, positive, and kind! The price was also low, which was a big plus. The chair quality was standard black folding chairs, all we needed! The toughest part was returning because their hours are generally 8am - 12pm Monday-Saturday and they are closed on Sunday's. Working an 8-5 job M-F made retuning tough (we rented on a Saturday morning) so I had to take time off of work Friday to return the chairs. Even 8am on Friday they were all so nice! Clearly walked me through everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Even unloading 10 chairs they insisted I not bother, they would handle it! I received a receipt via text before I even pulled away. I love a bit too far away to use them regularly (I also don't have a ton of party rental needs) I would 100% recommend them!!!

To anyone thinking about renting anything from this company, don't do it! A couple months ago we decided to rent a huge slip and slide for our daughter's high school graduation. We have a huge yard and have never had an opportunity to have a fun summer outdoor party. Since there was a chance it would be hot we decided on a large slip and slide water slide. This company had one that we thought was so cool! It was a splurge (close to $800.00) but our daughter did amazing in school and deserved it. I called and spoke with the company after I received the waiver and contract a few days before the party to make sure what I ordered was what I was expecting. She confirmed it was. I told her we would be available the evening before or the morning of the party if they wanted to set up earlier. The women I spoke with said the crew will probably do that because they have a big event the same day as our party. I then felt comfortable to pay our bill in full which was required and waited for the arrival of the slip and slide. They didn't show up the night before the party so we were anticipating it to show up anytime that Saturday before 1:00. I started to get nervous but assured myself this was a legit company and they should be here any minute, but when 1 o'clock rolled around (party starts at 3:00) and they weren't here yet, I began to worry.I called them and got an answering machine at 1:06. I called back 20 minutes later and someone actually picked up and told me that she did have me on the schedule for an early morning delivery, but they were having issues with the crew that day, and she would have to call me back. When she called me back I was not expecting her to tell me that we WOULD NOT be getting our slip and slide that day. Her entire crew was at the large $20,000 event but they will refund my money. Wait, What?!?!?!!!!! I had 75 people coming that 90° day and my daughter kept asking me all day where her slip and slide was! I told the woman that I don't want refund, I want a slip and slide that I already paid for it in full! How can a company do something like this. Imagine my heart dropping and not understanding how this could possibly happen. I begged and pleaded like an insane person and said we would go pick it up ourselves but were told it was not possible, nobody is there, it wasn't going to happen. I wanted to jump into the phone and strangle this woman! I have never in my life been this angry! My daughter was watching from afar with panic in her face. I felt helpless. No one even called me to tell me there was a mix up!! Don't ever use that company jumping wheelie's! I immediately called a friend who had a party a few weeks before ours to find out who they used, and it was Bounce House Kingdom. I then called them to see if they had anything at all available for that day and I was told they had one 19 foot waterslide left and they could bring it to us within 45 minutes, which they did in 30 minutes!They were extremely kind and great to work with and saved our day! They informed me that I was not the first person to call them with an issue from that Jumpin Wheelies company. They said they usually require more notice but would hate to ruin a kids party day.
