Delivery was on time and very professional. Nora and her husband even returned an hour later to bring sandbags to weigh down the corners as we set it up in the driveway. The owner called the day prior, and we worked out the delivery time...which was earlier than the scheduled time (bonus time for the kids to play), and she was very accommodating to my scheduling as well. The day of delivery, the slide was delivered ON TIME, and was delivered by the other owner. He was very professional, and very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him as he set up the gigantic slide by himself. He was ON TIME when it was time to pick up the slide, his helper and him came in with cleaner and vacuum to clean the unit prior to them breaking it down. Which I was impressed with. They were again, both very friendly. I will definitely rent from them again! I have already recommended them to several people. I have rented from a competitor in the past, in those instances they delivered on time, once cutting it very close to being set up on time, once they left the unit at my house overnight (which sounds cool, but was very inconvenient) without letting me know prior, and I never saw them clean the units prior to break down. Which is why the rental from Blast Off impresses me so much.
