The company was very easy to work with- they called to let us know when they would arrive and kept us informed the whole time. The arrived early and set it up quickly. They were very nice. I highly recommend Bounce House NH. I wasn't sure I would be able to rent one so late in the season but they were able to make me the final rental of the season. Bounce House NH was great. My only complaint was that I did not receive a confirmation email when I booked online so I had to call to ensure they had received my reservation. The bounce house was delivered promptly, was clean and provided hours of entertainment for my 2 year old's birthday party. We would definitely rent from Bounce House NH again! read more

I rented a bounce house for my daughter's 5th birthday party through bounce house nh, I reserved it 2 months ago and the woman asked what time I'd need it until I explained the party would end late, I'd like to have it until at least 9:30/10pm she said she would put down on paper 7pm because they close at 7 and will not be able to pick it up after that so it would be picked up Sunday morning. The owner showed up at 7:50pm on Saturday (which is the day of her partu), June 10th) and didn't even announce he was here and started to take down the bounce house with my daughter in it, (which is clearly very dangerous). My father went to him and asked who he was and what he was doing and he (the owner of the company) started throwing the steaks (that were holding it down) and one hit my father's leg. We asked him to leave the property and he pushed my father's girlfriend, and called my father A FAGGOT and told him to "S**k my D*CK". The police ended up coming and the owner ended up taking the bounce house. Charges were pressed. I normally don't post things like this but I don't want this to happen to anyone else! My daughter is now petrified and will not even celebrate her birthday. I would not recommend this company to anyone! He was totally unprofessional, yelling vulgar things in front of my 5 year old daughter, young cousins, and my daughter's friends. read more
