We needed a manliest to reach the top of our colonial home for repainting we are doing. First great point - nom problem canceling one day of a planned two day rental due to rain. Second great point - delivery to our driveway by Tate was efficient and professional. Third great point - when we had problems Tate got back to our location within 45 minutes and spent all necessary time to correct problems and make sure we were all set to go. Fourth great point - They readily agreed to let us have the lift for another day for 1/2 price due to the few hours we lost due to malfunction. That allowed us to finish all we needed to do. Poor customer service, I rented a 20x30 tent, tables and chairs for 40 guest, sent my brother to pick up the order, got it home and set up and it was the wrong size tent, we were giving a 20x20, I called back to have it corrected and the man on the phone was rude and lied, blaming the mistake on my brother. My brother wasn't the one who put the order in, the staff should have went off what the invoice said. Wont be renting from here again. read more

I called them the MORNING of a snow storm because my generator would not start. They drove out THAT MORNING to pick it up, and I had it back to me within 48 hours. They charge a reasonable fee to pick up and drop off, and their parts and labor fees seemed very fair. I WILL definitely use them again, and recommend that others in the area do too! read more

I rented an excavator for one day thinking that there's 24hrs in one day. Not according to Grand Rental. They were suppose to drop off the machine at 9am, but was an hour late getting here, which through off our schedule for the day. We were unable to have the lot prepared in time because we had our fill arriving at 12pm, so my company had to make the sand and gravel company wait, which they were not happy about either. So they dropped the machine off at 10am and were back the next mourning at 8am wanting the machine. I thought they would at least reimburse me for two hours but there manager said they're day rentals are only 8hrs which I couldn't find any where in my receipt or on they're web page where it said that. DO NOT RENT A TENT FROM THIS PLACE!! If I could give the a negative rating I would. I rented a 20x40 tent, banquet tables and chairs for my back yard wedding. First of all, I had to call them before they closed on Friday because the tent hadn't been delivered yet. They told me they had a few 'hiccups' and they would deliver it shortly. They came and set up the tent and I go out and take a look, it was filthy! There was mildew everywhere and there were holes in the roof!!! I called them back and told them the tent was unacceptable and I had 50 guests coming over in the rain, they told me they would deliver a new tent that night or the next morning. The next day, the side walls on the first tent were collapsing because it wasn't set up correctly. To make matters worse they only brought a new top. The new top didn't have holes, but it was FILTHY. They told me they had no more side walls and I had to keep the dirty ones. They were so bad we had to turn them inside out to hide some of the mildew. It is pretty embarrassing when your guests comment on how filthy the tent is! The tables were a mess, I have never seen rental tables in such bad shape, but at least they were covered with table cloths. Their excuse was they give customers the option to set up their own tents and when they take them down and they are wet it causes the mildew. I was told they would try to give me some sort of refund, they refunded me $80 out of the $850 I spent total. Such a horrible experience and would like to save others from making the same mistake. read more
