This place was opened on new years. Came with my friends and their kids. The first thing you have to so is sign a waiver. If you pay for a kid then an adult can go in free. You need to have socks or you can buy socks from them. Once you go in, there are different types of things yoy can do. They have slides where you have to climb on top of then slide down. Theres arcades, clawmachines, a toddler zone, a place where you can play pretend (school,cook,etc) and a ball zone. This place was fun for the children. Not so much for me. It was exhausting climbing up the light house. When you slide down, you feel every bump becausw you weigh more. Also, if you are too tall or on the bigger side, there are places you wont be able to fit if the kids want you to follow them or they wont go. Hopefully your kids arw independent. My kids have a blast and love coming to Billy Beez. Have visited this location about four times over the past couple of years. There's quite a bit for them to do and keep them entertained. Checking in is fairly easy completing the waiver and then paying. We spent over 2 hours today and my daughter still cried when we left. Lots of places to sit, they have snacks, and party rooms. You must wear slip proof socks on the equipment. Overall nice place to bring the kids. read more

Came to bring my 15 month old to run around. The prices were pretty average, totaling $20 for me and my son and including a pair of socks for him. He had a blast and I loved that I was able to follow him around and help him climb and reach places to play. We came on a Sunday afternoon and the area was pretty mellow, not too many people so we got to do a lot. A downside is how disorganized it is. The pretend play area is all out of order with toys all around the place, and the balls from the ball area are also everywhere. Despite the signs being posted to not take them out of their designated areas, but kids will be kids and do as they please. I did notice a worker and some kids trying to organize the play house which was nice to see, but still it was kinda a tripping hazard. We couldn't order snacks or drinks because that cafe area was literally closed the entire time we were there. This was my first time here and we had a great experience! I only docked a star because there was an issue with the parking validation. I'll get to that. We arrived a little after the venue opened. It was a Monday but by now I figured all kids are out of school for the winter holiday so I expected it to be packed. Much to my surprise, it was pretty empty! My daughters had the time of their lives. They are 4 and 6 and it seemed like a great age for this venue. It's not as intense as indoor trampoline or bounce house locations. Also, this has to be one of the largest indoor playgrounds we have been to in the OC. The space just goes on and on! There is also a cute toddler town with little buildings with toys! There is a home with a garden, a school, a hospital, and more! The food at the cafe was pretty good! I liked the pizza and my daughter loved her Cherry Icee. The prices weren't as bad as I was expecting. I also appreciated that there was plenty of table space for eating and plenty of benches in the play area. I always had a nice place to sit no matter what section the girls were playing in. Alright now for the parking situation. First of all, at the Garden Walk you now only get 1 hour free and the parking is now $4 an hour after that. Billy Beez does validate for an extra hour but it didn't work for me even though we seemed to do everything right. The employee scanned my ticket on the way out and said to leave within 10 minutes. It was no problem since we were parked right next to the location. I drive up to the exit kiosk, scan my ticket, and of course it says that I didn't get any validation. So I had to pay for that extra hour. I would argue it but the $4 is not worth my time. It's just more frustrating than the employee scanned my ticket and it didn't work. My kids loooooove this place. Little rooms with pretend play toys, slides, soft blocks, tunnels, etc. Really fun for the kids.

My family was invited to a party this past weekend. Party invite said to be there at 5:20pm. When we arrived, there was only one attendant who took a long time with another customer and given no one else was at the front desk we had to wait quite a bit. Billy Beez has a large ground encompassing many slides, some of which were inoperable! You would think for the money they charge these would immediately be fixed but I guess times are tough everywhere. The play area has many ways to distract big and small kids and even adults. Some of the slides have a bit of traction so sliding does not happen smoothly. While others need additional cushion at the end because the slide is so fast, you slide past the safety cushion. There are also play make-belive areas for toddlers and smaller children. With so many features and toys. I think this area requires a little more work because things were all over the place making it seem chaotic. Overall the grounds are great but the place needs more staff to provide a better experience. The AC also seemed to be on the extremely low side or nearly non existent. Please turn it on!!!! Kids are too hot and uncomfortable in this place! Few improvements would make this place so much better! read more

If I could rate this place on amenities offered I would have rated it a 5. If I could rate this place BEFORE the incident happened and how staff handled the situation I would have rated it a 3. But because staff let the situation escalate and not handle the situation properly I am rating it a 1 because Yelp does not allow it to be rated a 0. I stopped here to let my kids and nephews play. It was great at first because it was slow and friendly and the staff at the front helped us check in with the waiver and everything. As the day progressed it unfolded to a concerning environment. There was a family of 6 who were not playing appropriately and supervising their children. It was a dad with his son and son's friends. The son's oldest friend was 16 and the rest ranged from the ages of 10-16. They were creating havoc in the entire place by running/zooming all over the place, stomping all over the slides and upstairs area, throwing all the vegetables and pizza items from the toddler area hard on the ground and at each other or at the buildings inside the toddler area and throwing it down the slides, their dad even encouraged running around the whole area playing hide and seek and tag and letting his son and his son's friends be rough while there were smaller children (including mine) next to them. Mind you we also had an infant in addition to kids ranging from 5-8 in age and other parents with younger children as well. The other parents were also very concerned but but did not speak up. I finally spoke up and told the kids to stop stomping, throwing toys harshly and hard on the ground and buildings because it was disruptive and a danger to my own kids and others around. The kids stated that I was accusing them and that they did not do it (even though I witnessed it) and proceeded to taunt, yell profanity, and cuss at me. I asked to speak with staff and management and the kids' parents/guardians but they were arguing back with me and not letting me know who their guardian was or getting their parent although I saw the dad earlier. Management staff took forever to come to the scene and the staff who were there to "address" the immediate issue played it off, said it was fine with how the older kids were playing/being rough, and even laughed. This was unprofessional from the staff and they need to be retrained or trained properly on their conduct as they were not exhibiting professionalism. Management staff finally came to address the issue and said that staff and himself were "unaware" of the issue until I brought it up even though the same cashier who checked us in saw and heard the items being thrown. Then their manager "spoke" with the dad of the disruptive boys and said that they were still allowed to play and that he was not kicking them out. He just said that they were going to make sure the disruptive boys were not going to be in the toddler area. Then their dad came and stated that he allowed them to play hide and seek and tag and that "kids will be kids and that he was even playing with them" (which enabled the behavior). He only claimed that he only "cares about his son the most vs his son's friends that came with them" although he was supposed to be the "adult/guardian" of them all. Then the manager stated that they were monitoring the area and that the disruptive boys would not be by the toddler area. The disruptive boys were still taunting me and so another set of parents came to speak up as well to the kids and told them to play respectfully and to stop being so rough. The kids were talking back to them as well and that was also not addressed. The set of parents were also clearly just as upset as me. Because the family continued to be there I took my family and left the facility. I no longer will return to this establishment ever again nor let any of my friends and families attend this place again. I will let them know what happened and my experience. This was my first and last time ever going to a Billy Beez and I will not be back. What a disappointment. I would not bring my kids or family or friends or anyone ever to this establishment again. Billy Beez in Anaheim is such a fun spot for kids (and honestly, for any adult who secretly wants to run through tunnels and go down giant slides). The place is huge, super clean, and has so many different areas to keep kids entertained for hours. The best part? The prices are actually really reasonable, which is rare for places like this. Id recommend getting the socks here. Their socks have grip, so you're not out here slipping and sliding all over the place like a cartoon character. It's a small thing, but it makes a big difference. The play areas were great, the place was mid on cleanliness, but the customer service was NOT GOOD. We went there on a Saturday around noon, and it was our first time. The older petite lady at the reception asked if it was our first time, but she didn't give that much info despite knowing it was our first time. I had my toddler wear grip socks, and my husband and I both wore our own socks because we saw on the website it was required. So I told the reception lady this, and she said bluntly and rudely, "It needs to be our socks." I insisted we brought our own socks (us parents), and she again said, rudely, "No it needs to be our socks." Without even an explanation! So we bought 3 pairs of Billy Beez socks. When we entered the small gate and play area, lo and behold, there were MANY parents waiting on the sideline wearing their SHOES and their OWN socks, not the Billy Beez socks! Apparently you need their socks IF you'll enter each play area (slides, toddler soft play, etc). The reception lady didn't tell us this - and my husband or I could've just stayed out since my toddler only really needed 1 parent with her. I wish the lady told us this - especially when I mentioned it was OUR FIRST TIME! How were we supposed to know this? But she was so dismissive and unhelpful. The Pretend Play area was just okay - 3 of the battery activated toys that were out were not functioning and needed new batteries. Bummer cos my toddler was pressing buttons and wanted to play with them. There's no staff actively organizing toys in there nor any staff around the play areas (slides). They are just in the reception front area the whole time, is what I've noticed. For bigger kids this place is ok, but for smaller toddlers a lot of supervision is needed - I.e. there were big kids throwing climbing blocks to each other in the toddler soft play area - dangerous if you have a small toddler! They might easily get hit by the big blocks. There's also no slippers to wear if you go to the restroom- make sure you bring your shoes with you! From the outside, it looks small, but once you get in, the location is huge. Prices are decent, and I even tried a Groupon voucher for extra savings. There are plenty of play areas for different ages--pretend play section, toddler area, and a large obstacle course running through the playground. They've got something for every kid. Restrooms are towards the back, and there's a dining area if you want to grab a bite. I wouldn't recommend the hot dogs--my first one was raw, but the staff were apologetic and replaced it. The second one was cooked but still not great, and they don't have mayo. Prices for admission are very affordable, and I loved that they have massage chairs for parents--super comfortable and relaxing. It seems that this place is in need of some updating in regard to the atmosphere and attractions. Staff presence was minimal. No one seemed particularly interested in keeping the place safe or organized. When staff was located they were not helpful at all. Very poor customer service. This place is amazing for kids of any age.my 10 year old son and my 2 year old daughter love this place and they ask for it occasionally when they see it.you can pretend play for ages 2+ and big slides for ages 6+. I had never heard of Billy Beez until my sister decided to host my niece's 5th birthday party here. The concept is great but our overall experience was not what we had expected. We had a bad feeling as soon as we came in and we left feeling deeply disappointed. When we arrived, we were asked to scan the QR code to sign the waiver. Once we submitted our info, we were asked to wait at the other end of the desk to be let into the guest area. The employee said that he was going to deliver some pizzas to a party in the back and that he would return to let us in. We sat there for 25 minutes and we had yet to see this employee return. I ended up calling my sister to let her know what was going on. She sent the employee over to bring us back to the party room. When we walked inside, everything seemed ok. However, I thought that it was odd that the employee was bringing large Pizza Hut boxes to the room. I know that we walked past a snack bar, but for whatever reason, Pizza Hut had to delivered pizza to Billy Beez and then it was sent to the party room. Doesn't this place serve its own food???? Finally, what really irked me to the core was when I looked up above my head and saw a large roach laying in the translucent light cover. I was beyond disgusted with what I saw. It should have been removed and cleaned before guests arrived. Overall, I think the concept for this place is great. Customer service and cleanliness are a major issue. It seemed like they were understaffed and overwhelmed. With that being said, I'm glad that we at least had a chance to see what this place had to offer. As soon as I entered, I smelled chlorine or cleaning solution, so I guess that's a good thing, right? Sort of? However, during our 2.5 hours inside, we didn't see anyone cleaning or wiping down anything but I guess I can't expect too much since there were only about 3 people working. I did see an employee walking around seemed to be monitoring a bit. Now if he multitasked with a Swiffer while he was checking on things.... Lighting was fine but a bit darker towards the back/middle of the play area. There were A LOT of slides/tunnels for the kids and though it was a cool temperature indoor for a couple of us grown-ups, my kids still sweated an insane amount. They enjoyed the foam ball blaster area but the bank and hospital rooms did look a little barren (like other reviewers mentioned). Suggestion, bring a water bottle, though they do have 4 water fountains by the restrooms if needed. Plus: Lots of padded seating for adults everywhere. It is a little pricey $18.95 per child, $1.95 first adult, $6.95 second adult, and $3.19 Billy Beez socks are "required for all players" even if you brought your own socks you must buy theirs if you play. I didn't see the 10-tickets package posted but I do see it on their website so not sure which locations offer the deal. read more

It's a fun place with nice staff--unfortunately it's overrun by rude and bullying teenagers now. They bully other younger kids there, grab their toys away from them, mock them, yell foul language at them, and are just entirely insufferable. They run around a lot and almost plow over other kids and toddlers, making it unsafe for everyone. We've had to tell staff multiple times to do something about this but unfortunately all they can do is tell them to stop, and the rude teens stop for a few minutes but then start it up all over again. Worst part is this isn't just an isolated incident, as it continues to recur based on our other friends' experiences. We can't go back here unfortunately until they actually start kicking these hooligans out and enforcing the rules better. read more

This place can only be described as a HOT MESS. My toddler really wanted to go so we went for her birthday. There were toys everywhere, not in the designated areas they are meant to be in (example: Doctor toys in the grocery store), most toys were broken, no one was cleaning or organizing any toys the entire 90 minutes we were there, and the basketball area was missing a net, missing a ball, and the score keeper was broken. I actually asked an employee about a ball and he said, "Oh it deflated a few weeks ago so we threw it away" and then scurried away. Huh? Haven't been here in years but i remember a statue of the bee figure from the bee movie. It probably got copyrighted so they changed it with their own. Right of the place what's dusty and not that many lights were on. Talk about the staff, one of them were had no mood and whispered so much and the other wouldn't let us in until my mom had to buy her own (note she just sat down and they were forcing her to pay just to sit). Also the socks had horrible grip instead of having the bottom of your socks covered with grip they were just the front and heel. Food prices were great 4.20$ for a small ice and 4.99$ for a large. So sad to see this place so run down . We have been bringing our kids since they were toddlers back in 2016 when it was new. Every year when we come it's a little more run down but today was most likely our last time here . They have a couple employees. Prices are insanely high . We paid $60 for 2 big kids and one toddler . Parents have to pay too which is so outrageous. This place doesn't look like it's been cleaned in awhile . The pretend city is so sad to see . We used to come and every room had tons of toys and cars for us to ride around in. Now the rooms are all empty pretty pointless to have these rooms empty with nothing for the kids to do in them . The sports room that my kids used to play soccer in is now a multi sport room with hoops but no soccer balls just basketballs . The floor throw out have trash and crumbs everywhere . My kids have to shower immediately after this place since it's so filthy . So sad this place has not been up kept . It's in such a prime location. Had my baby's first birthday here on a rainy Saturday and we had the best time. It was not crowded at all , we practically had the whole play area to ourselves. We had about 35 people in the party room and it was a little tight, but it was just right. Love the jungly vibe to this place, so we had a Wild One Jungle theme. We had more than enough pizzas and drinks. Only downfall is we couldn't bring in any food. A lot of staff kept checking In and making sure the room was clean the whole time, cleaning guy was absolutely the best! Too bad I didn't get his name. Celebrated my son Xaviers 3rd b day party and it was a great choice to pick Billy bees to be the place to host it. Kids loved the whole facility, and room size is accordingly as well. I was able to add on three pizzas as well throughout the time we were there which means they are really flexible. Staff came by and made rounds to assure everything was fine, our party was from 330pm-530pm. Staff had great customer service and were very accommodating. Don't waste your time or money. I brought my son here to play during the downtime of my conference. Waited forever to be checked in after having completed the waiver online already. Paid, received our wristbands, and I explained that my toddler is on the spectrum and may have an issue with the band. Walked into the gate, and my child immediately had a meltdown and signed to leave. I tried to get him to try again, but he wanted nothing to do with this place. Within 6 minutes of entry, I explained the situation and requested we be refunded or prorated a refund as we could not stay. Very disappointing experience for my sons Birthday I had a B'Day party event at the Anaheim Billy Beez for my 5 year old son on Sunday December 18th between 11am - 1pm. Due to large amount of guest, we were told by Billy Beez customer service to make two separate reservations. So I made 2 separate reservations to get a bigger room. We had placed 9 combo packages (2 pizza + soda pitchers) = 18 pizzas + soda. However the staff could only make 8 pizzas for our party during our scheduled event between 11am - 1pm. The service was very slow. Most of the pizzas that even got delivered were burnt. Guests would open and close the pizza boxes looking at how burnt they were. Since we had to vacate the room at 1pm, we did not receive the remaining 10 pizzas. We had paid for 35 kids and 43 adults. However, due to Spike in Covid 19 and the flu many of the parents cancelled before the event. We had 24 kids and 30 adults show up. When I was doing the booking the Billy Beez customer rep said that if you have less people show up just call the corporate number (347) 640-1126 and they can adjust it. I was able to get hold of someone on Dec 20th, 2022 after calling the number for 2 days. It would always go on recording and even after leaving a message no one would call me back. They told me to email at Customerservice@retailgroupamerica.com. Also on the day of the event, instead of enjoying my son's party, I had to constantly go back and ask them for basic necessities like forks, spoons, napkins, plates and cups which were to be provided by Billy Beez. My guest barely ate, and it was an embarrassment hosting a party here. The room provided did not have enough seating space for all the guest to sit and eat. Billy Beez Anaheim were understaffed on the event day. They overpromised and underdelivered. What could have been a memorable event feels like an embarrassing event without food for guest. All the questions and concerns related to the party are suppose to go to the corporate office and Its almost impossible to reach the customer service. After sending them an email for 2 weeks no one responded. Then someone called Roxy called and left a voicemail. They asked me to call back at (347) 802-6385. I have called this number multiple times for 2 weeks, most of the time the Voicemail was full. Certain times I could leave my number and still no one would call me back. The customer service was the worst I have seen for a company. My next option would be to file a BBB complaint to get a refund. Total refund I am looking for the burnt and undelivered pizzas and for the kids sick during the Covid time: $774.88 ($719.15 + $55.73 taxes) read more
