    Toddler area!
    Leslie S.

This was my first time here and we had a great experience! I only docked a star because there was an issue with the parking validation. I'll get to that. We arrived a little after the venue opened. It was a Monday but by now I figured all kids are out of school for the winter holiday so I expected it to be packed. Much to my surprise, it was pretty empty! My daughters had the time of their lives. They are 4 and 6 and it seemed like a great age for this venue. It's not as intense as indoor trampoline or bounce house locations. Also, this has to be one of the largest indoor playgrounds we have been to in the OC. The space just goes on and on! There is also a cute toddler town with little buildings with toys! There is a home with a garden, a school, a hospital, and more! The food at the cafe was pretty good! I liked the pizza and my daughter loved her Cherry Icee. The prices weren't as bad as I was expecting. I also appreciated that there was plenty of table space for eating and plenty of benches in the play area. I always had a nice place to sit no matter what section the girls were playing in. Alright now for the parking situation. First of all, at the Garden Walk you now only get 1 hour free and the parking is now $4 an hour after that. Billy Beez does validate for an extra hour but it didn't work for me even though we seemed to do everything right. The employee scanned my ticket on the way out and said to leave within 10 minutes. It was no problem since we were parked right next to the location. I drive up to the exit kiosk, scan my ticket, and of course it says that I didn't get any validation. So I had to pay for that extra hour. I would argue it but the $4 is not worth my time. It's just more frustrating than the employee scanned my ticket and it didn't work. Despite this, my daughters had a blast and that's really all that matters in the end. So yes, we will be back at this venue again especially because I bought the 10 pack deal! Enjoy!

The play areas were great, the place was mid on cleanliness, but the customer service was NOT GOOD. We went there on a Saturday around noon, and it was our first time. The older petite lady at the reception asked if it was our first time, but she didn't give that much info despite knowing it was our first time. I had my toddler wear grip socks, and my husband and I both wore our own socks because we saw on the website it was required. So I told the reception lady this, and she said bluntly and rudely, "It needs to be our socks." I insisted we brought our own socks (us parents), and she again said, rudely, "No it needs to be our socks." Without even an explanation! So we bought 3 pairs of Billy Beez socks. When we entered the small gate and play area, lo and behold, there were MANY parents waiting on the sideline wearing their SHOES and their OWN socks, not the Billy Beez socks! Apparently you need their socks IF you'll enter each play area (slides, toddler soft play, etc). The reception lady didn't tell us this - and my husband or I could've just stayed out since my toddler only really needed 1 parent with her. I wish the lady told us this - especially when I mentioned it was OUR FIRST TIME! How were we supposed to know this? But she was so dismissive and unhelpful. The Pretend Play area was just okay - 3 of the battery activated toys that were out were not functioning and needed new batteries. Bummer cos my toddler was pressing buttons and wanted to play with them. There's no staff actively organizing toys in there nor any staff around the play areas (slides). They are just in the reception front area the whole time, is what I've noticed. For bigger kids this place is ok, but for smaller toddlers a lot of supervision is needed - I.e. there were big kids throwing climbing blocks to each other in the toddler soft play area - dangerous if you have a small toddler! They might easily get hit by the big blocks. There's also no slippers to wear if you go to the restroom- make sure you bring your shoes with you! Yucky to be wearing only socks in a public restroom.

Really cute place with tons of activities for kids! Went here for a first birthday party and our one year old had a blast! Only minus one star because the rooms and items could be a bit more organized but I understand kids move everything around. I'd definitely suggest checking it out!

I had never heard of Billy Beez until my sister decided to host my niece's 5th birthday party here. The concept is great but our overall experience was not what we had expected. We had a bad feeling as soon as we came in and we left feeling deeply disappointed. When we arrived, we were asked to scan the QR code to sign the waiver. Once we submitted our info, we were asked to wait at the other end of the desk to be let into the guest area. The employee said that he was going to deliver some pizzas to a party in the back and that he would return to let us in. We sat there for 25 minutes and we had yet to see this employee return. I ended up calling my sister to let her know what was going on. She sent the employee over to bring us back to the party room. When we walked inside, everything seemed ok. However, I thought that it was odd that the employee was bringing large Pizza Hut boxes to the room. I know that we walked past a snack bar, but for whatever reason, Pizza Hut had to delivered pizza to Billy Beez and then it was sent to the party room. Doesn't this place serve its own food???? Finally, what really irked me to the core was when I looked up above my head and saw a large roach laying in the translucent light cover. I was beyond disgusted with what I saw. It should have been removed and cleaned before guests arrived. Overall, I think the concept for this place is great. Customer service and cleanliness are a major issue. It seemed like they were understaffed and overwhelmed. With that being said, I'm glad that we at least had a chance to see what this place had to offer. However, our family will not be retuning to Billy Beez again.

As soon as I entered, I smelled chlorine or cleaning solution, so I guess that's a good thing, right? Sort of? However, during our 2.5 hours inside, we didn't see anyone cleaning or wiping down anything but I guess I can't expect too much since there were only about 3 people working. I did see an employee walking around seemed to be monitoring a bit. Now if he multitasked with a Swiffer while he was checking on things.... Lighting was fine but a bit darker towards the back/middle of the play area. There were A LOT of slides/tunnels for the kids and though it was a cool temperature indoor for a couple of us grown-ups, my kids still sweated an insane amount. They enjoyed the foam ball blaster area but the bank and hospital rooms did look a little barren (like other reviewers mentioned). Suggestion, bring a water bottle, though they do have 4 water fountains by the restrooms if needed. Plus: Lots of padded seating for adults everywhere. It is a little pricey $18.95 per child, $1.95 first adult, $6.95 second adult, and $3.19 Billy Beez socks are "required for all players" even if you brought your own socks you must buy theirs if you play. I didn't see the 10-tickets package posted but I do see it on their website so not sure which locations offer the deal.

I'm booking a 10-20 people deluxe party room for my daughter's birthday in August, am I able to bring my own food, drinks, snacks & cake?

I would like to celebrate my daughter's birthday in June 6th, 2021? Will you open on that date? Thank you!

Has billy beez reopened? I called the number a few times and no one answered.

Yes they have reopened. Current hours are, Mondays closed Tuesdays - Friday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, the last admission is 1 hour before close.

    What's the Price?

Estimated price per child is around $15 and $5 per adult. Somewhere around that price range . They have special plans when you bring in 2 kids and two adults . I just don't remember the prices on the special .

Hello. Does anyone know what the entrance fee is?

Current pricing is $17.95 for kids and $3.95 for Adults.

How much is entrance for adults? And for toddlers?

Children 1-17 $17.95, under 1 free with paid child or $9.95 with Adult.

Is there an area for 6 month old?

There is not a separate are for kids under 1. The "Mini Beez" section is for the younger kids under a certain height.

Can I bring my own cake in without booking a party room?

I don't believe so. If your not renting their room most likely no. As they don't allow outside food and drinks in either.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

There's the neat waterfall at the front and the self working kitchen with the self stirring soup. There's also an animatronic ostrich peaking out which was cute. As you ascend the stairs you take a peak in the rooms and the lives of the family members who spend time there. The music and astronomy room were pretty to look at with lots of small details. My favorite was the little animal room at the top with the various lizards and birds. I loved the cute animal wind chimes they had near there too. Small cute details. Overall I had fun!

Adventureland Treehouse is a fun and unique attraction that's great for a relaxed visit. The…read moreelevated walkways and themed treehouse design make it feel a bit whimsical and different from typical park spots. It's enjoyable for a short break, especially if you like exploring scenic or creative structures. That said, it's more of a quick walkthrough experience rather than a long activity, and it can feel a bit limited if it's crowded. Still, it's a nice change of pace and worth stopping by if you're already in Adventureland.

Review challenge 58/365 Day Challenge…read more We frequently visit UA for casual Play dates or bday celebration either it's for a friend or a mini celebration for my 2 youngest kids, this past year. Especially hearing that there's a new attraction SKYRIDER that opened mid September 2025, my son came here w 2 of his closet bud to celebrate his bday. They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. He's also cool with the kids. We are regulars here and definitely plan to return. They have great yearly membership at a great value. Must check it out!

They offer birthday packages that include EVERYTHING- private room/s, food, beverages, hosts, decor (I was able to bring my own decor/cake too which was a plus). The entertainment/attractions are perfect for kids of all ages. Our assigned hosts were Natalie and Andre - I completely recommend!! They were both WONDERFUL. As soon as I walked in everything was decorated/setup as I had requested. Natalie was on top of it all - she reviewed my food order one last time day of to ensure all was accurate (we communicated food allergies and she made sure the right pizza crusts/ orders were in place - Thank you this truly meant a lot) . She was so sweet and attentive she answered all my questions and executed the party flow perfectly. Andre did an amazing job getting my guests checked it and set with wristbands/socks. They both were patient and welcoming! They truly made this such an unforgettable fun, smooth and well organized experience for us! THANK YOU!

The dinosaur by the entrance was one of our favorites--my nephew loved it so much and was excited the whole time. One of the best parts was the stage and dress-up theater section. It was so engaging for the kids! They got to play, pretend, and really use their imagination. It was fun watching them interact, perform, and just be themselves. I also liked how social it was for children. Kids were playing together, sharing, and exploring as a group, which made the experience even better. It's not just fun, but also a great place for kids to build confidence and connect with others. Overall, such a fun and memorable day. Definitely a great spot for families with kids! Side not get camera ready! I took so many photos I only posted what I could for privacy reasons but such memorable experience!

We came specifically…read morebecause it participates in the Museums for All program, which made admission only $3 per person, such a great deal. They do close at 4:00 PM, which feels a little early, but the museum isn't very large, so you can comfortably experience a lot in a couple of hours, which is exactly what we did. We stopped here to wait out the rain on our way to Knott's Berry Farm, and it ended up being a perfect pit stop. There are so many hands-on activities for kids. One highlight was the theater and tech area, where kids can explore sound and camera equipment, that was especially cool. Another favorite was the live bee exhibit, where kids can put on a little bee keeper costume and go inside to learn about bees up close. Such a fun and unique experience! Overall, this was a really enjoyable visit, and we would definitely come back. It's a great stop if you're heading to Knott's, and with the Museums for All pricing, it's incredibly affordable. Highly recommend!
