This place is okay I guess it gets three stars. The staff is young. But they tried to help for sure. My nephews birthday was here and he was turning four. No staff watches the kid areas to make sure no one's being to rough. After a certain time it looks like older kids come and the get a little rough not worrying the little kids are in the area so probably will never return. Cleanliness was not a priority, or maybe even a consideration, at this place. Of all the hand sanitizer stations in the building, only one was filled and working. This was at 11am in a Saturday, so they had only been open for an hour, with the amount of people in the building at that time, it's physically impossible for them to have used and emptied all the dispensers of sanitizer, unless everyone was sanitizing their hands every 3 seconds for an hour straight. When the staff was alerted that there was also no working soap dispensers in the men's room, rather than go and check, they argued and told us we were wrong. The inflatable throne in our party room was also disgusting and looked like it probably hadn't ever been wiped down with any sort of cleaning solution. read more

So today I went in with my sister and my nephews and my nephews disappeared for a good 20 minutes we went up front to ask if there was anyone who could help us find them and we were completely ignored and no one spoke to us Then we found the 2 workers that were supervising the play area and asked if they could help which they both dropped everything to help us find my nephews, but shortly after we found them we witnessed the same workers who helped find my nephews getting yelled at for sitting afterward which I feel bad that they got yelled at after helping us when no one upfront seemed to care about my nephews missing unfortunately despite my nephews having a great time here we will not be returning, and I hope the girl with the grey jacket and the boy with a black and white jacket gets treated better read more

I want to give this place more stars but I can't. I recently Visited this establishment for a birthday party and there were several areas that were unattended. The toddler area specifically had school aged kids riding on the structures and playing. I thought moving my child to the jungle gym lower floor would be a better idea, but instead was finally approached by a screaming teenager about 15 minutes later telling myself and the other 2 adults we had to move. After "trying" to explain we sat down due to the toddler area being unmonitored the blew whistles and marched to the front for her manager. Her behavior was totally inappropriate! The manager on duty was very apologetic and explained majority of the employees are teenagers. I will revisit, however, a better system is needed to ensure polite and charismatic employees are working there! read more

I first spoke with the young man at the front desk and he agreed it was overwhelming, but only the owner could address my concern. This is our new go-to cold weather kids entertainment center! $10 bucks gets your kid 90 minutes (officially) of bounce time on 6 large bouncers plus UNLIMITED video games. Most of them are light gun but there is also Tekken, DDR, Top Skater, air hockey and basketball. We played the equivalent of $80 on House of the Dead alone! There is a coupon on their website for $8 admission Monday-Thursday. They give you a wristband with your time limit but no one was checking so we could have stayed until close. What sets Bounce It Up apart from Pump It Up is that Bounce is available for open play at all times. There are 4 partitioned party spots plus 2 private party rooms but otherwise everyone plays together. This makes it slightly less attractive for birthday parties but great if you are looking for a foul weather activity. read more

Our birthday party here was cancelled a couple hours before the event was scheduled to start, due to the establishment not having power. While we recognize this is not specifically their fault, it is also not our fault. We had to find somewhere else to have our party on very short notice and they are not willing to refund our deposit, stating that it is DTE's fault and they were there and ready to go. They even went so far as to ask if we had another child to use the money towards, as they won't refund anything, despite the fact that the establishment could not follow through on our contracted date. read more

This establishment doesn't seem to be following COVID guidelines, and I would not recommend going. I was invited to a children's party that I was told would be private and the establishment would be rented out. Instead there were at least three different parties full of attendees not wearing cdc approved face coverings, and with only one employee present there is no way they are keeping up with sanitizing the area. After discovering this sh*t show I left immediately. I'm no expert on public health but if the sticky floors are any indication, I'd pass. read more

The place itself is nice. I'd take my baby to play there cause she enjoyed that. However, having a party there again I definitely wouldn't do. It's a 2 hr window with 20 min to decorate (not enough time) then from the start of your party to the end EVERYTHING feels rushed. I like to chill and mingle but having a party here the kids don't get long to play plus you're rushing to "get it done" which is too much. They charge 50 for an extra 30 min, but what would you really do with that. They hounded us to pay our balance which of course we was but its annoying to make people feel like they are trying to get over and not pay when they have no problem paying. The heat was on hell so it smelled like hot body when you walked in and it wasn't that cold outside. Also, they added a mandatory tip at which the "person" who was supposed to be our host did really nothing to deserve a 30 something dollar tip. read more

I took my nieces here - I don't have kids so I'm not super familiar with kid oriented in door playgrounds like these but I had a great time as did my nieces. It's 12 dollars for an hour and a half play per kid which is cheaper than going to a movie or buying them a video game and they get to run around with other kids so it sounded like a great idea and it ended up being a lot of fun. My nieces had a great time - I got to interact with them, plus all the video games were free when I went there. Not very many food choices - mostly snacks an pop - so nothing too healthy. I took my girls a couple of weeks ago to give them an appropriate place to get some of this winter energy out. Pros: I love that it is close to home. I appreciated an employee on the floor asking kids not to run and trying to keep things in hand a bit. She could've been more assertive, but she was at least making an attempt. The bathroom was very clean and I liked that there were drinking fountains. I don't mind the time limit because my kids have a hard time lasting the allotted 90 minutes. The wi-fi definitely helped the time go by faster for me! Cons: The cost is just outrageous - especially on a weekend. As the parent of more than one kid, the cost makes it something we just can't do on a regular basis. And, honestly, the cost is the only reason we haven't been back. Also, the seating is atrocious. I would've liked to be able to go play with my kids, but, since I'm not, at least give me a good, comfortable chair to sit in. read more

This place was okay. The bouncy things are impressive because they are huge. If you have a "big kid" this place looks like fun. The toddler area was rather boring. They had some alphabet floor tiles, a plastic cabin and a ride that you could sit on (but didn't move). Hi there. Just wanted to give a shout out to Marissa. I had friends waiting outside yesterday, helping me carry gifts and leftover decor, etc. from the birthday party we had for my 5yr old son... So, my husband took care of the bill and all, but I didn't get to give a review and I just wanted to say, "Thank you" to Marissa and the whole team at Bounce It Up. She did a great job hosting and we were so very pleased with the whole event and the way things went. When we arrived, we carried our stuff back to the big party room on the right side and then I took my kids to use the restroom... When I got out, Marissa and my husband were already setting everything up and I loved how she knew what she was doing and took initiative to get the job done. I was nervous about having only 15 minutes to set up before our guests arrived (I asked them to come at 10:45am to avoid waiver signing delays, etc.), but the whole room was set up and looked fantastic for the party! I also wanted to mention that every time I called with questions prior to the party, (which was about 4-5x's), everyone I spoke with was so helpful and they always encouraged me to call back with any questions I had. I just felt like this party could not have gone any better, really... and I'm so grateful to all the staff at Bounce It Up for truly helping us to make my son's birthday so special for him. We will definitely recommend you to others!! Ps: We didn't order from your middle eastern vendor this time, so I'm sad not to have tried out their food... but the pizza, subs and salad from the other vendors were great! I took my nieces and nephew Saturday July 5th at 12:30pm and we walked in and they were just inflating the bounce houses and cleaning them and turning the lights on. The website says they open at 10am. What's wrong with that picture? And they were cleaning the bounce houses as the kids were playing so the kids had gross chemical cleaning solution all over them which irritated their skin. Why aren't the inflatables cleaned at the end of the night so they are ready to go in the morning? Why are you inflating and cleaning at 1pm when you open at 10a? And why are adults charged $6 to use the 10 rinky dink arcade games when none of the other bounce house places charge and have bigger better arcades. I'd rather you charge $1 or $2 more per kid than nickel and dime me. The kids had an ok time but they're kids. They can have fun in a paper bag. I won't be back. read more

The party host didn't set up all my decorations or want to wait for my husband to come over to sing happy birthday to our daughter, but did expect a $60 tip to pass out 8 slices of pizza. I took my niece and nephews here and they had a blast! They are all under 3 and it was still pretty decent. The place was very clean and they had a toddler area. Although I do wish the toddler area was larger, it was still pretty decent. They tried to go on some of the bounces that were made for a little bit older and the two years olds couldn't make it up a lot of the parts. When you pay, you are paying for the hour and a half that you go. I think the pricing is pretty decent for the time spent there. Also, there are games that are included with the cost. All in all, they had a pretty good experience there and will probably be going back! Oh, we also went on a Monday afternoon/evening probably around 4ish and it wasn't that busy! read more

They have a really nice sized toddler area, and it's not as easy to escape. My son was scared but got over it and once he did had a good time. Definitely still more for bigger kids, but not bad for a 2 yr old. I'd go back again, great way to kill some time on a cloudy day. read more

I attend this place for a birthday party. My niece wanted to play a racing game and the machine took my money. I went to the front and told them what happen. I was told that I would have to comeback the following week to get my money, because the machines were through a third party company and they did not have a key to open the machine. I told the manager that I did not live in the area. That meant I would have to drive 40 minutes back to get the money I lost, which was a dollar. I don't understand how you have machines in your establishment that you can't open to give customers back their money that the machines take. Very disappointing! read more

Decent place, nothing extraordinary. You share the facility with other families and walk ins so privacy is limited. The staff was nice, the only thing I didn't like was the forced gratuity of $60 I knew nothing about. (I thought the lady bringing the pizza, fries and plastic ware was apart of the package) notwithstanding I paid it. Again the forced gratuity kinda shocked me. My daughters 5th birthday party this afternoon was a great success! The facility was clean and warm. The kids had a blast and I cannot say enough how GREAT our food was. Yes it was just pizza for the kids but they have it catered from Pizza Fresca, a local business, and it wasn't just some frozen DiGiorno. The sandwich platter was from Oasis Mediterranean and again it was fantastic. We chose Lamb and Chicken Shawarma and Falafel. They were delicious.
