YoYo's Fun Center was a big hit with my granddaughter! This is truly an indoor playground. She had a fun time in the colorful ball pit and the slide going into the pit. The balls are the bright primary colors and very inviting for the kids to play. The kids were dancing, juggling balls and burying themselves under the balls. What's nice about this fun center, the birthday designated areas are clearly earmarked and divided by a wall for each party. The playscapes have different age appropriate play areas. Grip socks are required and are also available for purchase. All parties coming into the center must sign in (waiver) before entering. The birthday packages are reasonably priced to include your designated area for a couple of hours, pizza and drinks. We were happy with our hostess. He was very helpful at the end of the party to assist with providing a cart to get the gifts, leftover food and cupcakes to our vehicle. The snack bar was generous to give us drink takeout cups to give our guests the leftover pop to go. FYI: The snack bar pricing is a little high. I did witness another patron planning to purchase ice cream items from their cooler and chips for her kids. The place is nice . The price gouging on their concession prices is so wrong .I understand making a profit is why you are in business, however , $5.00 for an ice cream bar is far beyond reasonable. It's just taking advantage of customers and for that reason , I won't return. I brought my 5 children there for the first time and it will definitely be the last time I take them there. I'd rather pay a higher entry fee at a competitor and not feel like I'm being robbed and taken advantage of. At $3.00 for an ice cream bar, it's still over a 300% profit and I would have bought 5 of them . $5.00 is unconscionable. Shame on you YoYo ! read more

Such a great experience and so many different play areas for kids to go! $15 for 2 hours and I'm not sure how someone could even be there for two hours! Discovered this place randomly when I was looking for things for my 5 year old and I'm really glad I found this! It has all sorts of activities for him to do and probably the best part was they have different sections for various ages! A toddler area for 2 and below and separate trampoline jumps for different ages! Leah was working when I visited and she was amazing! Great customer service and super friendly! Yoyo fun center is a nice play to take the kids to play. However, it does come with it's pros and cons one of the cons there is a risk of your child coming in contact with sickness. I went up there Thursday 9/17 right my kids played for a hour in a half. We left later that day I notice little rash on my baby butt. I thought it was the diaper so we start back potty training. Next, thing I notice it's bumps on the bottom of his foot, ears and mouth. So today I decent to take him to urgent care and there it was HAND FOOT and MOUTH. I am a Grandmother and attended a birthday party at Yo-Yo's on Saturday, January 25th. I was VERY disappointed with the customer service. First, I was required to pay $15 just to come into the facility to sing happy birthday to my granddaughter. This is ridiculous. Secondly, my grandchild bought candy and gave the attendant a $20 bill, but the attendant gave her the wrong change. When questioned about it, the attendant insisted my grandchild only gave her a $10 bill. After her mom insisted that it was a $20 bill, the attendant finally opened the cash register and a second attendant said, "Yes, she gave you $20. It's right there on top." This happened to us the last time we were at Yo-Yo's. My husband gave our nephew money to buy a slush and the attendant gave him back incorrect change. Once my husband went to inquire about it, the attendant said it was a mistake and corrected it. So now I'm feeling that Yo-Yo's is stealing from our kids when they go to the concession stand alone. Parents, please pay attention. Lastly, after an hour and a half after the party started, the staff rudely came over and rushed us to leave by announcing that the birthday party was over. No "thank you." No, "hope your kids had a great time." It was just, "It's time for you to leave." My family member paid $500 for the party and the staff barely allowed us a moment to gather our belongings, round up our kids, put on their shoes and coats, before they continued to come over and rudely tell us that we needed to leave. Mike, the manager, needs customer service and management training. He yells and screams over the microphone so loudly that no one can barely understand anything that he says. He was shouting to the other birthday party guests, "All birthday parties are over. Leave now." Such discourteous and unappreciative behavior to customers who pay their money to this establishment. My family and I will never be back and will take our business elsewhere. read more

So this place is amazing so much fun and they things for everyone. I love hanging with my daughter so this was the place for us!!! They have designated areas which I love so much. The price was good also as we stayed 2.5 hours. The only downfall is that they don't check if the kids belong to the parents. Very crowded, they claimed to have a 2 hour rule but I didn't see anyone being asked to leave. Crappy seating. Love the halal factor. Parents not watching their kids but I can't say that's everyday. I'm a parent with triplets, 18 months + 1 4 yr old and there were kids knocking over their blocks, taking their balls (even tho there's several other balls), coming down on top of my kids on slides (bc they're young and "slow") I had to excuse my children from the play area bc of other people's rude children. It was not the experience I would drive an hour for again. I'll stick to museums. You should not charge for 1 year olds if u have older kids trampling them so they can't even play. $15 a head for what? 60$ so my 4 year old could play since my triplets were stuck at the table the whole time right....but hey I hope your experience is better then mine. read more

I visited YoYo's recently with my grandchildren. It's a fun place to let kids get all of their energy out. My only concern is that their concession prices are outrageous. Especially in this economy. I support businesses making a profit but I detest price gouging. They would sell a lot more concessions if they reduce their prices. I know that I won't be spending $20 for 4 ice cream bars there ever again. C'mon management help us help you by lowering your concession prices. read more

Raise there prices all the time , weekends are now $15 even though Friday is a weekday! It went from $10 when they opened then $13,$15 now. Candy is $250 a bag. They don't wax the slide so you can't go down it. Just out to make money won't be back! read more

This place is great!! I took my two daughters here for some much needed time out the house while we were in town visiting and they had a ball. The staff was super nice and helpful with recommendations. They were constantly walking around cleaning, picking up trash, wiping tables and vacuuming. I was able to order some food, at super affordable prices and have a table where I could see my daughters from any angle of the place. I was able to get the girls out the house and study for my upcoming exam. It was definitely a win win. I'm actually from Atlanta but next time I'm the area we can will definitely be back! read more

Although the kids had fun, the staff was rude, even mocked my friend who had an issue. She asked for the managers information and was told she couldn't have it by one employee while the other laughed and said,"good luck!" The young adults working here were great. Owners/Adult Staff not do much. How on earth could an establishment servicing kids and serving food be opened with bathrooms out of order! At the minimum after touching all the games and equipment they should be able to wash there hands to eat especially with Covid and general germs. Every person that reserved a party during there plumbing issue should have been called and given the option to cancel or given a discount if they chose to proceed. NEITHER of these where done. The righteous indignation was on 10 and I hope no one in my family uses this place again. The options for restroom use were to go down the strip mall to use the Dollar General or Pizza restaurant bathroom. I took one of the kids to the Dollar General and the clerk let me take her, but I had purchased a table cloth from there earlier. There was however someone else at the counter when my mom and sister went and they were turned away! That clerk comment to another coworker was "why are they sending all there guest down here". So Yo-yo didn't even go and ask the other businesses to aide them with there customers while they had a plumbing issue. Very poorly handled all around.. They are more focused on the dollar than the safety and sanitation for our family. Is this even legal! So unpleased. read more

This place looks nothing like the picture on there website I took my 3 year old son here when we first walked in it stunk bad it's a very small setting the ambulance came because someone kid was stuck I would never let my son play at this place and it's not clean it looks like it's just germs everywhere then they claim you need non slip socks not true you can wear any socks this place is just awful I end up talking my son to airtime much better and cleaner!!!!!! I will never return to your establishment because the money is not worth it. My Son reserved a party for April 1, but due to over booking he reschedule for the next day, which is today. He paid for 30 children, but the area that was given only had a set up for 16 children so we had to call and tell some people not to come because it wasn't enough room. Do you really think that was worth $400. Now the children were enjoying their selves, and the atmosphere was nice until it was time for us to sing happy birthday. We were going to start cleaning up afterwards because we were supposed to be out by two. The owner came and stood right there while his staff started cleaning off tables rushing us out at 1:30 told us we had to leave mind you the people to the left of us had got there just 10 minutes before we did and they did not bother them one time to leave. Our thing was from 11:30 to 2, but they pushed us out at 1:30. Basically they only give you 16 seating for children but want to pay for 30 in the package and treat you like a piece of poop is bothersome for me. read more

My kids absolutely loved the fun center. They loved the rock wall that lands into a foam pit. The play structure was nice even for my 11-year-old. A lot of cool things that they've never seen before. And we've been to many play centers. It was a soft open so they got to experience things firsthand and loved it. They are begging to go back. read more

I just took my kids there for a few hours. They absolutely loved it. I liked that the staff took extra care to maintain the cleanliness of the place- they monitored who was wearing shoes on the play areas and who wasn't wearing socks. Someone was vacuuming the carpet the whole time we were there. The family running the place was so incredibly nice and accommodating. My kids were hungry but on a special diet- so one of the ladies there made sure to accommodate their dietary restrictions, which was extremely nice. While we were there both kids also painted in the cute painting area they have. Overall the place was wonderful and such a needed addition to this area. read more

Place is nice for the kids and they all in range or ur eye sight. My only thing is the big candy rack infront. The $4.50 bag candy with toys. Why put it there ?? This is my second time and my kids always run to it. It's too damn expensive for the kids to be grabbing it and opening it and I got to pay for it. I spend most of my time chasing them to stay off the candy rack. You just lost a customer bc my kids always cry end of the day for it.
