Met up with a friend for a play date here. Since we came out of such a bad winter and my kids were sick a lot, I was really looking for a clean place. The minute we walked in I was reassured that this was probably true. It smelt clean and had the hint of cleaning solution. Not too overpowering though...and I have a sensitive nose. The kids had a great time. We were greeted by the clerk who asked if we had been there before and told us a bit about the place. We completed our transaction. Great place!. The staff is very attentive and it is very clean. It is huge with a variety activities. The best thing is that arcade games are included in the price so I didn't have to pay out more money for the kids to play in the arcade. GREAT DEAL! read more

Parents who like to play with there kids beware. Parents can't take there little one down the slide. I'm a vary nice person and when I was talking to upper management to con-sitter allowing me to take my daughter who is 2 and scared down the slide they we're vary rude to me. So I will never go again! Pump it up is much better in my opinion! read more

This place was terrible. I took my child who is under 3 to that area and she was being over run by big kids. I told the desk and they came over warned the kids and said they would watch the cameras. Ya right. Big kids continued to over run the area so we had to leave. What a waste of money. Terrible management. read more

I had my daughter first birthday here the customer service was awful! The party was for two hour play and every thirty minutes the lady reminded me of how much time I had left. I felt so rushed during the party they ruined the fun,guest came thirty minutes late and the manager Marissa told the kids they need to hurry up because she was cutting my daughter cake in a hour! She was very pushy and told us we needed to hurry up because once our time was up we have to be standing outside the facility. My whole church was there and was flabbergasted at how rude they were.We were gathering our things to go she came and took our plates and sent the janitor in to start mopping while we still had 30 minutes left.I will never return ! read more

i took my twin nieces here today, and thought that it was just ok. the admission was cheap (only $6 if you're under 3) and the equipment was clean, but i was a little uncomfortable at the lack of supervision. my nieces entered a bounce house obstacle course (in the toddler section, for 3yrs and under) that was quite large, and i wasn't allowed to go in to monitor them. there also wasn't any staff inside to make sure the kids were safe. i could barely see the tops of their little heads as they were trying to make their way to the slide at the end. i was also worried that one of my nieces might not be willing to slide down, b/c she sometimes gets scared and needs some encouragement. my other niece was taking shortcuts and climbing over some of the walls, and i was afraid she would fall and break something. there were also some bigger kids running around in there, that weren't watching out for the little ones. maybe i'm overly paranoid, but i work in a Peds ER and trust me, i have splinted many a broken wrist and elbow from bounce house mishaps! anyways. overall, it was a good way to get them out of the house when they've been stuck indoors w/ cabin fever. but i don't think it's safe enough for toddlers, and i probably won't take them back until they are closer to age 4. read more

Went here with my niece and we were both dissapointed. It's hard to dissapoint a 4 year old when there's 'fun things to play on' but this place accomlished that. The place looked nice and big and like it had plenty to do so I thought I would go ahead and pay for her and I to go in. I thought the charge was a bit high but I thought she would have fun. I was charged as well to play "free video arcade games." I don't get how they're free when we're charged an admission price...please explain that one. They're set to free-play instead of taking quarters, but they aren't free to play. They got old quickly and I felt like I threw away my money on myself but thought my niece would still enjoy herself. After 15 minutes she came to me and said she was bored and that the bounce houses were dirty and smelled funny. I couldn't fathom a 4 year old being bored and saying that so I walked back with her and she was indeed right. The inside of the houses looked dirty and smelled horrible. I asked the owner about it and he got defensive and started trying to argue with my niece. Very nice, guy...argue with a 4 year old, good job. We left early and will never return. I can't believe this place is still open and the way they're going I doubt it will be for long. read more

We were so glad to see a bouncy house go up so close to home. We took our 5-yr old grandson today. The rides and bathrooms were all very clean and he had a good time. He enjoyed the free arcade games but most he could not figure out. We will not be returning though. Bounce It Up has a price of $8.00 M-TH, $12.00 on the weekend and a time limit of only for 1.5 hours. You can buy another 1.5 hours for $6.00 (Half off weekend price even if you're there during the week.) At Jumperooz and Jungle Java, they may not be as fancy, but they only charge $7.00 for as long as you want to stay. We have sometimes stayed for 4 hours. Bounce it Up doesn't take into account that there are parents and grandparents who stay with the children. We stay at Jumperooz and Jungle Java because those places have comfortable chairs where you can watch your children, and they have good food for kids and adults. The kids can take their time eating, and in the relaxed atmosphere parents can read or use WiFi. Bounce It Up has hot dogs, nachos, and will order pizza from a nearby pizza place for $13.00. They do have WiFi. Parents can sit at a table behind a wall where they can't see any of the play area. There are benches in the play area, but are not comfortable without backs. With the time limit of 1.5 hours, and poor food choice, it's not worth the extra money. read more

A friend had their sons Bday party here recently and giving them one star is being generous. They were very pushy. Throwing food out and plates out while people were eating! For example, my husband was feeding our 1 year old son some of the birthday cake and it had a whole untouched cupcake as well for our other son. One of the staff members came by and threw out the plate as my husband was putting a bite in our child's mouth. Now, our friends paid well over $200 for a 1st birthday cake for these people to just throw plates out like that! The bathrooms were disgusting. My husband took our kids to use the restroom, he said the boys were so grossed out. So I took them into the women's restroom to find toilet paper all over the floor & 2 out of 3 stalls were clogged with poo water. When the party was over, I asked to speak to a manager in regards to how the party was closed and the poor way they went about it. The poor birthday boy didn't even get to open up any gifts. Parents spend $350+ on a party there to be treated like that. The manager got snippy right away, laughed in my face, and said "it's my place, my time, my party-now get out!" & shoed me on and kept repeating himself making a scene. They were very pushy there and the attitude from staff, especially the manager was just unacceptable. This is not a family orientated place. Word of advice- save your hard earned money and go else where. read more

I will NEVER, EVER not only go back to this place for a party, but will NEVER, EVER go back period! I had my daughter's birthday party here and when it came time to pay for the party, the manager (female, never got her name) said that it was a requirement for me to pay at least a 10%gratuity, regardless of how I felt about the service AND regardless of the fact that NOWHERE on ANYTHING does it EVER say that a mandatory gratuity will be charged to your party. When I said okay, I'll pay $25 additional on my already nearly $300 bill....that was not good enough...I was told that I had to at least pay $40 (because come to find out that they charge the gratuity on not just what your bill is after the party, but they charge it on the total amount spent on the party....that means that they add the $100 deposit that they make you pay in the beginning to reserve the spot then charge gratuity on the total). Well I said no...I'll just pay the $25...I mean how much money do you want from me for some blowups and already super, upcharged food! She (the manager) says well if you only pay your bill (which had absolutely no gratuity on it) and don't leave the TIP that we say that you need to leave then you will have an outstanding balance so then we will have to call the police. My mind: what on earth are you talking about...I don't have to EVER leave a tip unless I want to ( I mean the service was fine, but for the 2 1/2 hours and food, I had already paid nearly $400 for just the 10 kids that were there so at 18% gratuity it was $70 extra). Bottomline this place is a rip off! I'm an attorney and NOWHERE on ANYTHING does it say ANYTHING about any MANDATORY gratuity that will be added to your bill. DON'T go here! Just go to Chuck E. Cheese...your kid will have the same amount of fun and at least there you know from the BEGINNING what the overcharged price will be in the end! I'm only rating a one star because they make you rate something to post!! read more

The party was nice, my kids did infact enjoy the place. I only had two concerns, First, they dont allow you a refund if all your kids do not show, you still have to pay for the package, which i wont fuss about because its a business and that understandable just wait until after the party to make any adjustments to the package you bought. secondly, the waitress/ party helper they gave me was beyond snotty and rude, not once did she welcome me with a smile and sincere greeting. Its my baby party of course I had a million and one things going on that day to end up with a rude waitress. I didnt get her name but she's arabic i believe, she wears her hair wrapped up in a scarf. She seemed to be aggervated at me but unfortanely it was obvious. She is a very younger girl who needs a little more customer service traning. I just dealt with it because I wasnt going to go threw the hassle. But if you want an enjoyable time from beginning to end, i recommend you get another party helper. read more
