I love Dino land amazing place there very sweet and kind people and have amazing customer service

This is such a great spot to bring your littles. My daughter is two and was able to play in the toddler area and the main large area as well. I like that the levels are fairly tall so adults can go up with their littles. They have a huge ball pit, a climbing wall, toddler section and tons of tubes and playing areas. They even had a cafe inside to order food and drinks. I ordered an iced coffee and was wowed by the flavors! Great spot to bring the kiddos. read more

Cute spot for children the staff very friendly. The place is small for small people. Nice size private rooms for parties. Small menu but does have lattes and cold coffee drinks for parents . The children had so much fun. My only con is The bathrooms were not clean and the place needed more sanitizer stations and the place is located in a busy shopping center. read more

My daughter had the absolute best time. My only complaints would be the ball pit was pretty empty and smelt kind of weird. A lot of the equipment seemed dirty and the foam on the ground, when you would step on it was wet. read more

My toddler had a blast. He played for 2hrs $13 plus $2 for grippy socks. Love the Dino theme throughout and a variety of play areas. The place could use a good dusting and for the staff to walk around and clean up trash in and around the play area more frequently. We'll definitely be back with friends! read more

I brought my 4 grandkids to have a fun time,and they did,but when we ordered pizza and slushies,we'll that the wrong thing to do :( pizza was moldy and served us slushes in tiny coffee cups. When I told them and showed them their response was it wasn't true,so I actually showed pictures,I got no response. I would Never eat anything there and very disappointed for the manager not to call back,that's how's methane they dont care. read more

I don't think they clean or disinfectant toddler area it just looks dirty. One of the workers brings her 4kids and they think that they run the place staring giving dirty looks, screaming at others kids , trying to scare them lol and would leave the area they were playing when we would come .... one of the twin daughters even tried to hold the gate so I wouldn't come in ,but I would've been wrong if I pushed it hard and made her fall 0stars would not recommend read more

Such a brilliant idea! we loved Dinoland. super clean and lots of fun for kids. The snacks and drinks were affordable. Very clean bathrooms. Someone is always cleaning. Who ever designed it was a genius with the layout. 10/10 recomend drove almost 3hrs to go. read more

I saw some of the other reviews about teenagers running the place. My only interaction was with an older gentleman who was very friendly. This place isn't big, but had plenty of room for my 3yo and I to keep busy. As for room, I was on my hands and knees, crawling around because there isn't much head room in most of the spots. As long as you go in expecting just a reasonably sized jungle gym you shouldn't be disappointed. My only issue is- had I not been doing everything with my kid, there are some dark and invisible spots from the waiting room. I could see 2 bunking into each other or something happening there where you just hear the cries afterwards. read more

When going to Dinoland we saw that there are places even the adults can go into with their kids. I'm 6'3 and still can fit in there with my kid. I noticed a disconnect between the kids and their own parents, out of all the kids in there I seen maybe only 2 parents in there with their kids. It just seems like some people may just take their child or children to Dinoland and just let them run wild while they sit at a table and be on their phone. The service is average but they have a good prices on entry. Only $8 per kid. read more

We had my 3 yr olds birthday party here, this plaice was so DIRTY.. no one wiped off any tables, crumbs all over the entire place.. we rented the waterfall room which was not cheap only to get it for 2 hours, when we arrived they told us we could set up.. the table cloth they provided was half falling off, the counters were beyond dirty with the last party's mess.. the floors were not swept at all.. so I went to the front dest to ask if they could clean the room & the 2 girls at the front said "what's wrong with it" "we just cleaned it" instead of just going to wipe it down they proceeded to say nothing was wrong with it.. finally I got one of the girls to agree to wipe it off, when she walks in the room she goes "OK what's wrong with it" so I told her to feel the counters then she said "oh ok I see what your taking about".. when they say they provide a "server" they don't provide one.. all the girl did was set our pizza down and give us our pitchers of drinks.. over all this was a terrible experience. no staff should ask WHY you want something wiped off They should just do it.. this place was disgusting all around & I can't picture them cleaning or disinfecting the play area. Also the staff needs to do more then sit at the front desk talking, maybe they can pay more attention to the cleanliness. read more

One thing I feel is weird here is the cost to get in is not a straight fee like most places are. Online it says it's $12 to get in but at the register even if your paying cash it's $12.72. It seems like a very clean place, very open and a lot for the littles to do. It seems that there are three different layers of the play structure it's easy for parents to walk on the first and second layer but the third you definitely have to crawl around. In the middle of the play structure there is this really cool area where you can shoot plastic play balls at targets. I would come here again. read more

I love coming here and so does my daughter! she is 1 and always has the best time here. she loves the slides and the colorful balls. This place is really clean and the food is good too. The owner is super sweet As well. She takes care of her place and makes sure it's clean and kid friendly. read more

Terrible! The workers are very rude and they never check up on the party goers to see if help is needed. When questioned about it, they just look and roll their eyes as if they don't want to work here. The food is terrible! They do not care at all about their service. The ambiance sucks as well, none of the dinosaurs work. Kids are running around smacking and punching one another while the parents do not care. I'll never come back here. read more

This review is specifically for the Madison Heights Location. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is ghetto and the Staff is unprofessional and have terrible customer service skills. Let's start with the fact that the toddler zone sign is in the corner where no one even looks so most people don't even know or care that it is the toddler zone. Secondly, the sign says ages 3 and under, but the staff will tell people that it's for toddlers 2 and under. Third, there is never anyone over there to supervise the area. Which there should be because older children constantly go in there and almost always hurt someone's toddler. Then half the time, when you tell a staff member that there are older children in the toddler area, they never come because they're either dealing with food or parties. One time a staff member told me that she keeps coming over to get the older children out, but they keep coming back so she stopped trying. Which is ridiculous because your job is to ensure the safety of the children, so either hire more people so the area can be supervised or have someone stay there the entire time. A mother was even upset because she booked a party for children 2 and under specifically for the toddler zone and they couldn't even really play in it due to getting run over by older children. Next topic, let's talk about the terrible customer service this staff provides. I ordered a pizza one day, half pepperoni and half veggie. It was not half and half. I reported the mistake and asked if they could fix it. The lady that mainly works in the kitchen had a nasty attitude and claim there was nothing wrong with it. Even 2 other staff members were telling her it wasn't half and half, and she still wanted to argue until she finally told me it'll be fixed but it'll have to wait as it was an inconvenience as she had other orders to fulfill. Then another day, I ordered chicken wings but wanted all flats. I specially asked the cashier if they could do that and I was told that they can. If they couldn't, it would have been fine either way. But since the cashier stated it could be done, that is what I was expecting. When I got my order however, it was not all flats. Some pieces were drums. So I reported the mistake and the same lady that works in the kitchen had a terrible attitude again claiming that couldn't be done. They literally get the chicken from a bag that everyone buys from a grocery store. It's not hard to reach in the bag like you're already doing and get all flats. So after having to speak with multiple staff members, they stated they will fix the issue. Then a staff member comes up to me and tells me next time, it can't be ordered that way. Which is extremely unprofessional because it's not the customer's fault that I was allowed to order it that way after being told it could be done. Instead, they should have went to the cashier and tell them that next time, no one can order it that way. But no, none of these staff members know professionalism and good customer service. So I will never be going back to this location. I love the Dearborn Heights location so much better. I never have a problem with anything there. read more

Everything is brand new and Super clean. Excited to have a nice spot for the kids to enjoy. Liked that the gate only opened electronically by employee. Nice smaller separate areas for 3 year old or younger and the rest for all other ages. With good wifi and hopefully good drinks we can enjoy it regularly. Price of entry per child is also pretty standard and didn't feel it was over priced and adults are free because I'd hope everyone knows we are miserable being there and it would be the last place any adult would be if it wasn't four how much we love our kids and how much they love climbing and slides. read more
