I purchased my tickets online in advance for the 11 AM to 2 PM timeslot and paid $62 for my three kids and myself. I signed the waiver at home to make it easier for when I came in and I was checked m in less than two minutes. This was a very good time to come. There was no crowd and we actually came in time for the bubble party. The staff is very kind walking around picking up toys and making sure it's safe and clean as possible but they're not helicoptering during. They let your kids play but they do pick up after them. Our first time today, highly recommend, 10/10. Superb check-in and explanation by Rebekah, extremely helpful getting us oriented. Bubble dance party was a BIG HIT for kids of all ages! Play area is not just another discovery center but the sites are laid out as an actual tiny town! Toddler area fenced off, too. Very ample seating area for adults, refreshments for purchase, including coffee for the adults. We took our one year old grandson here and I can envision him enjoying this place well through kindergarten! Something for kids in a wide age range. A Hidden Gem in Lancaster, Perfect for Little Ones! We were visiting from out of town and found Tiny Town Play Place in Lancaster, PA through a quick Google search. We are so thankful we did. Our original plans for the day fell through, and we needed somewhere fun and safe to keep our 1.5-year-old entertained. Tiny Town turned out to be the perfect solution. We paid for three hours but only stayed for two because our little guy was so active and engaged that he tired himself out. The play place is filled with a variety of adorable, themed rooms that really sparked his imagination. Some of our favorites included the diner, kitchen, hair salon, animal hospital, firehouse, and a stage with pretend costumes. Every area was thoughtfully designed, with high-quality toys and materials that were all in great condition. The entire facility was very clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. One feature I really appreciated was the ability to bring your own food and drinks. They also offer small snacks and beverages for purchase, which is a great option for families. Tiny Town truly thought of everything. Even the bathrooms were impressive. They were stocked with wipes, feminine items, lotion, and had motivational signs that offered a nice boost for tired parents and older kids. It is clear that this place was created with both children and caregivers in mind. I highly recommend Tiny Town to any family with young children looking for a fun, safe, and enriching play experience. We are already looking forward to coming back the next time we are in Lancaster. read more

Came here on a Saturday around noon and was pretty surprised by the place! Really cute indoor "town" for kids to explore places like the post office, fire station, auto body shop, donut shop, etc. There were plenty of space for parents to leave their bags/coats while their kid ran around exploring and playing with everything. They had a birthday party happening which made it seem really busy, but once the party ended it wasn't as packed. It's $15/pp for 3 hours of play which I felt was way more than enough time. The staff was super friendly and walked around doing their best to keep things as organized as possible. This place is an adorable must-visit for families of toddlers!! We were blown away at how cute it is!! There are several different areas for kids to explore - a car garage, a market, a diner, hair salon, castle, a barn - just to name a few! The different play areas have tons of toys and even costumes that fit the themes. There is a snack area that sells snacks and drinks. Plenty of seating for adults while the kiddos play. I was most impressed by the employees. They are SO kind and welcoming. And they are CONSTANTLY walking around and cleaning up/putting things back where they belong to make it easier for the kiddos. I think Tiny Town would be best enjoyed for kiddos 3-7 years old. Our 1.5 year old had a blast - but I think she would get much more out of it when she's older. I came here with my 4.5 year and 3.5 year old during spring break. The set up is really cute and has a decent amount of little "buildings" to visit. I think my 4.5 year old was a little old for the buildings but my 3.5 year old really enjoyed himself. I think if there were more manipulative toys my 4.5 year would not have gotten as bored quickly. Everything was clean and staff was actively putting stuff away when it was moved out of the section it was supposed to belong. Tiny Town is a staple for us any time we are visiting Lancaster! The place is amazing for kids, very clean and the layout is very well thought out. Tons of tables to eat at if you pack lunch for the littles, a little shop with adorable toys and a snack bar. I wish we had a place like this on Long Island . My husband and I usually grab coffee on the way over and get to relax for a couple hours while our boys let their imaginations run wild in this adorable little play town. Okay if you are a helicopter mom like me and worry everywhere you go that your kids are going to get stolen lost or hurt this is the place for you because I was able to sit back and relax while I could see the entire play area and watch my kids the whole time without worry. It's very open, there isn't anywhere your kids can hide or lose track of them. There are only two exits that both make noise when opened. They are so accommodating to parents, the women's bathroom is stocked with feminine products and it was so cool to see a strap in seat for a kid in the stall so mom can use that bathroom without them crawling under the stall and escaping lol . There is a whole coffee bar and snack bar with lots of great choices and very reasonable prices. Nice little toy area for purchase. I think tickets to get in are very worth the price. Staff was very nice, they kept the room clean and organized while kids played. They offer two, 3 hour play times, 3 hours was plenty of play time for us. And the bubble party was the icing on the cake! We had a great time, totally worth the almost 2 hour drive we will def be back! read more

I love this place!!! Yes, it's not huge but it's enough to entertain your child for hours. I love that I can sit anywhere and can see my child from any spot. There are plenty of little houses to explore and they keep the place clean. Tiny Town has long been on my radar of places to go when my granddaughter gets bored. However it's no fun playing by yourself so we went on a playdate which I suggest. Kids are so busy doing their own thing that likely they won't pay attention to yours. I did know a little about the concept before going in. It's basically a large space consisting of different playhouses; there's a store, beauty parlor, hospital, grandma's house, etc all complete with accompanying toys inside for imaginative play. Basically you sit back and let your kid go wild as parents weren't really going inside to "play". While the space wasn't as large as I pictured in my mind, it had comfortable seating and tables for the parents to keep a watchful eye. They have some food you can purchase as well as coffee, tea, and juice but it's nice that you're also welcome to bring your own. The playhouses are elaborately built wooden sheds. The attention to detail and safety are impeccable. There's also a gated section for smaller children. While it doesn't contain any playhouses there are age appropriate infant to crawler plastic toys in that fenced off area. At 11 am and 2 pm daily they have a bubble dance party - basically a bubble machine comes out - a song is played and the kids are encouraged to dance. Other than that there weren't any structured activities at the time of our visit. This type of play environment is best suited for children aged 3-6. An hour and a half was more than enough time to do it all. Everything was exceptionally clean and safe. The ladies room even featured a toddler size toilet, baby wipes, and step stools for washing little hands. Staff were present and there if you needed help but didn't hoover over the children. With most places like this you'd expect parents to be pretty hands off and glued to their phones but the parents here were attentive. I didn't see any rowdiness or rude children, although I'm sure it happens. My guess would be that at this price point they attract a more respectful customer. I personally thought the prices were high for what it was. Children are $10 each and parents are $8.95, which makes no sense to me why a parent should have to pay to just sit there. Unlike Chuckie Cheese that has security features in place so you don't walk out with someone else's child I was surprised there wasn't any here. I follow their Facebook page and they also offer theme nights, parents night out (3 hours for $25) as well as birthday parties and special events. The babysitting is a good deal and if I ever go back that's what it would be for. While my granddaughter had fun we probably won't be a repeat customer. At nearly $20 a visit for her and I, I'd much rather put that money towards an amusement park or more memorable, all day experience. read more

Brought my (almost) 2 year old daughter here last week and wow. So much fun. Loved all the different little "shops" to play in the each one had it own unique quality to it. Lots of room for kids to run around and play, be loud and enjoy themselves. Lots of seating for moms and dads and WiFi is available. Friendly staff. Not sure if they do this every day or how often but at one point a lady brought out a bubble machine, they turned some dance music way up and the kids had a dance party. My daughter LOVED that part. You can bring your own food but if you forget, there are some snacks available for purchase and drinks like water, coffee and I think I saw boxed apple juice. Tiny town is so cute! Tiny town is just that, a tiny town. The structures are so realistic and built well. They have costumes so the little ones can really get into character. They have tools at the mechanic shop and x-ray machine at the doctor's office. So darn cute! They have a whole lotta seating for adults to come and watch their children which is great. They also sell snacks for children and parents. The bathrooms are very spacious and clean which is a big deal because this place can get crowded. This is a neat place for 1 to 5 year olds. They can pretend to work in lots of tiny stores! My 4 year old got to be a fireman sliding down a pole, a car mechanic, a diner worker, a mail man, a doctor, a librarian, a barber, and shopped in a tiny grocery store and went down a slide in a castle. They even have a little Grandma's house to play in! 1 year old and younger have a tiny play area next to the little city while older than 5 can climb in a real car, but the real value is in 2 to 5 year olds playing in Tiny buildings. read more

This was a wonderful experience for my 5 year old grandson! The place is amazing-so many details put into the different places: A beauty shop with all the accoutrements, even a styling chair that moves up and down; a cafe where my grandson ended up taking an order from another child and then prepping the "meal"- just 2 examples of some of the fun places to explore. And the parent/caretaker gets to sit with a panoramic view of all the fun. There's even a sectioned-off area for the tinier ones who aren't quite ready to join the older children.
