My review reflects my personal experience during the session I attended. Seating inside the main competition space was extremely limited; yet tickets continued to be sold. Many attendees, including myself, had difficulty finding seating in the actual competition space. In the picture posted that was the only display of the score in the gym. Which as you can see it was difficult to see. So while the facility may meet industry standards, the experience was not enjoyable from my perspective. After posting my review, I was not contacted directly by the facility to better understand my concerns. The owner responded to my original review and said "We have no record of having met or interacted with this individual", however he (who I now know as Todd) was able to "track" me down. I was contacted via phone one day after my review was posted. Somehow Todd found out exactly who I was, contacted the gym I was at the competition supporting. And in turn the owner of that gym contacted the parent of the child I was supporting and asked could I take the review down. After I ignored that initial 3rd party message, I was contacted again asking to remove the review because the family of the little girl pictured in my reference photo is upset. Out of respect for the family I came to remove the photo and update the public on how Todd handles conflict/differences of opinions at his establishment. I found that approach to be unprofessional. Is this really an establishment you'd trust with your children if this is how they (he, Todd) handle conflict... If there were concerns about my feedback or the photo I initially included, direct communication would have been appropriate and welcomed. **original review** Visited here for the a gymnastics competition, the service was awful and they are money hungry . For starters this gym decided to host a competition knowing that their gym is small. They sold me and was still selling tickets to customers knowing there was no where else to sit in the actual gym. Then they only had one projector showing scores that you couldn't even see. Terrible! I would never put my child in a program here and I would never come back here

They also have batting cages and go karting, but we didn't play those this time. They also have a cat there, and she was super cute and sweet and let us pet her. Another thing I really appreciated was how there wasn't that many people here. At other mini golf places or pool bars or arcades, there's so many people it feels like you're being crowded, but this was so open and fun. It did get progressively busier by the time it was 8:30 pm because we got there around 6:30, but still way better than other places in terms of crowds. Would definitely come back here again.

What I loved the most was that my husband was able to navigate a good portion of the park with his walker. We parked in the north lot at first. There was a nice concrete path that led from the north parking lot across a fun bridge and almost down to the area where the senior playground is. The rest of the path was in gravel, which he was still able to navigate with his walker (probably will be difficult for some walkers, but his has four big wheels and a seat). He got plenty of exercise with his walk, resting now and then on his seat! I then left him at the senior playground to wait for me while I walked back, got the car, and drove down to the parking lot there. Then, I had fun using the equipment that was there, including the swing! Fun day, especially since my husband could enjoy it with me. If you have a handicapped loved one and need a fun place to go, try Carbide Park!

Our family, especially our kids loved this splash pad! We were in the area visiting for husband's…read morework training and it was great to be able to get outside in the sun in the morning (in August), yet stay cool and have fun. This is completely free and open to the public, you just walk right in. The splash pad is right by the playground, tennis courts, and volleyball courts. Super impressed with the maintenance of the entire area--it's very well maintained, grass was cut short, splash pad was clean, water was clean and draining well, there was even a maintenance crew at the park next door working the area. It's in a great neighborhood area too. I was so grateful for the fully shaded picnic tables along with a very small shaded area of the splash pad. It was great to bring our lunch & snacks all while enjoying some free water fun! I wish every city had one of these! SO COOL!

He took us to the Ghirardi Family Watersmart Park. I was impressed by the cisterns they had and everything that was going on in this location. The playground was the perfect size for my girl and she loved running around it. There are benches and picnic tables throughout. There is a nice small pavilion and bathroom for park guests as well. The trees here are magnificent! If you are looking for a park that isn't crowded in the League City area I would absolutely recommend this one! I hope to go back when we are in the area.

There's a new playground set for the kids. I would beware the monkey bars, though. I saw a little boy break his arm. It's my favorite place to be during sunset. I had my son's Pokémon birthday party there under the covered pavilion and that was a great party! We searched for Pokémon in the area. The bathroom is always tidy. There was that one time though that a velociraptor chased after my kids, but we managed to escape its clutches. Otherwise it's a really great park to visit.
