This place was so fun and a great workout! I like that it wasn't just a jumping place. They have separate area for little ones. We were there to celebrate a 10th bday & everyone had a blast. Horrible service from the second you step foot in the door..... check in was such a mess, the line was all the way outside with 2 people checking in everyone plus the people coming in for TIMED parties! And had to wait for an inconsiderable amount of time especially when they have someone trying to type with 3 inch nails. The rudeness of LEON the manager was so bad and embarrassing the way he address issue and just walked away. My daughter just booked a party for for my granddaughter there and we are cancelling seeing the way the family got treated yesterday 2/24/2024 at a party we attended was so rude and disrespectful we won't have our guest deal with this type of service! Great place for the kids to release some energy. I have only gone in the wee hours when there aren't many children so I haven't noticed a crowd. The play area is large enough to accommodate adults with small children who may need guidance or help. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean. Horrible service. We had scheduled a birthday party for Sunday and paid for the ALL inclusive. BUT on the day of the party, they called my brother at 12PM saying since we did not answer our phone calls throughout the week, they could not give us the food and drinks. Please note the party was at 2PM that day. - Upon arrival with our own food they stated they could ONLY give us $60 dollars back because of the error. -Upon leaving they said, they could not give us anything back because we had too many adults join our party. -I did not argue did not fight BUT what did upset me is that they walked to our table and took the 4 helium ballons back because they needed to use them for other events. - WHATTTTTTT!!!! lack of communication and a scam! - I do not recommend the party all-inclusive at ALL, the mascot did not even pay attention to my nephew the birthday boy. - POOR SERVICE. & Waste of money for the "package" of all inclusive. read more

I never leave reviews but after the experience I had today at Kids Empire I would like to forewarn others before booking or even visiting this place at all (& we been here before). Their manager Leon has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. For it being a child's play place I don't even know how a business would allow someone with his attitude & demeanor to last 3+ years there. I would never recommend someone have their child's party there & after my experience I will never come back here at all because of how that business is ran. For context the host of our party personally went to Kids Empire to discuss the party package prior to booking because they "can't" give you the information over the phone & she spoke with Leon & another employee (blonde female). She asked if guests who didn't RSVP or brought additional people could pay the general admission fees if they decided to attend the day of the party since she was only accounting for invited guests who RSVP'd with her. She was assured that any additional guests could pay the general admission fees. So to start off check-in is pure CHAOS. There is a literal line all the way out the door so if you come for a party I'd advise you get there at least 45 min prior to the event because parties are timed events & birthday party guest do not get any type of priority check-in, EVEN if you sign the waiver beforehand (all our guests signed beforehand & still waited 30+ min to get inside). You might also want to note that anyone can walk-in and say they are there for your party & get added onto your "guest list" without the hosts' consent and you are now responsible for their entry fees. There were people who were not invited or came as plus one or twos but because they said your child's name you are now financially responsible for them. The birthday party "host" Briana thought right as we were lighting the candle on the cake to sing to the birthday girl was the perfect time to come & ask for final payment for the party. Mind you that is the ONLY time she ever came to our table even though we're paying for a host and Kids Empire has cameras so that can be validated (with/without sound). It was completely unprofessional & made everyone uncomfortable. We asked to speak to a manager because Briana stated because people said your child's name while checking in & got "birthday privileges" which meant they got to "sit at your table and enjoy cake" (cake still not even cut) you now have to pay additional birthday guest fees for all of them (whether you invited them or even know them or not). We informed Leon on the situation & told him even though there were people added that were not invited or names of kids & adults that we didn't even know that we would still pay for them but at the general admission price since birthday fees include food and the host had already provided food at her expense. The birthday party host agreed to do that even after having bought her own additional food for the party (only 3 pizzas included in package for 10 children/10 adults). We thought there would be no problem because everyone is still being paid for & we weren't asking for anything for free. He was flat out rude & said "no we don't do that here". The party host advised him she personally came in & was assured that was possible because she wouldn't have booked it if it wasn't. He asked who she had spoke to and she informed him that it was himself & another employee & stated there are cameras if he wanted confirmation on who she spoke to. He said "well there's no audio so we can't prove what was even said anyway". So then why ask the question? He was so disrespectful & had the nastiest attitude. He did not like that the party host was questioning the additional charges & said he wasn't going to listen to this anymore & stormed off & waited at the cash register for payment. Keep in mind this conversation is happening in front of the WHOLE party who is still waiting around the birthday girl to sing happy birthday to her. Everyone was appalled & were even offering to individually pay for themselves & their children. They all said they would never go back after the treatment & poor customer service they all witnessed. The initial cost of the party was $431.92 but she had to pay an additional $507.91 & $100 for the food she ordered. The only pro I can think of about booking a party here is the unlimited gummy bears they provide. So if you're willing to pay a whopping $1,039.83 for unlimited gummy bears then I'd recommend. Save yourself time, money, stress & embarrassment & book at Urban Air or Jumping World or literally ANYWHERE else. We had a few parents who have current reservations for future birthdays at our party & seen how we were treated & said they would be cancelling and booking somewhere else, even if they don't get their deposit back so that should tell you enough. My husband and I really loved this place. Was clean and I really like how they have two separate sections based on age. I also liked how they offer beverages/food and that no shoes allowed inside. The only downfall that I disliked was that there is a sign that literally says on the toddler/baby side " this section is for toddlers and baby's in diapers only" and there was literally other bigger kids that came to play in that area & their parents didn't say anything. Like can't they read the sign I really hated that. There was also bigger kids on the toddler side with bikes on the platform for babies. No staff member said anything at all. I think it should be told before they enter that this side is only for baby's/toddlers in DIAPERS! I also recommend that the socks that they offer have gripies on the bottom to avoid falling especially for toddlers. I hope this place stays clean and that more rules are implied before entering for the toddlers & babies safety. Please PEOPLE FOLLOW THE RULES & keep it clean just how it is !
