The owner and coaches are amazing. We've attended for 2 years now and my daughter absolutely loves it!

Unfortunately, we did not receive what was promised. From the moment I booked, communication was almost nonexistent. I never received a confirmation email, receipt, or follow-up about the party. A week before the event, I had to call myself just to ask what colors I had selected because there was no way to review my booking details. I was told to email photos, colors, and the "vibe" I wanted for the theme ("Harrison & Co."), which I immediately did. I received no response. Two days before the party, I called again to confirm the owner had received the email, and I was told yes. The day before the party, my mom called because I was nervous about the lack of communication, especially with a unique theme. Gabrielle told us she usually does confirmation calls 72 hours in advance (which we never received) and assured us everything was understood and we could "just show up and enjoy the party." I also dropped off additional decorations the day before, including a banner and photo table pieces of my son. When I originally booked months earlier, I specifically asked what decorations would be included because I wanted to know what I needed to provide myself. I was told the package would include things like a banner, balloon arch, backdrop, table toppers, number balloon, tablecloths, plates, and more within a $140 decoration budget. When we arrived, the room was extremely underwhelming and honestly disappointing. The only banner displayed was the one I brought myself. The only table decorations used were the photos I provided. There was one small basic balloon arch, a number balloon, tablecloths, and plates still sitting in the Family Dollar wrapper instead of set out on the tables. The room looked bare. What made this more disappointing is that the "Just Show Up" parties shown on their social media look nothing like what we received. I had also recently attended my niece's party there and saw firsthand how much more effort, decoration, and detail went into her event compared to ours. There was also no party host throughout the event. My friend passed out pizza, my sister cut and served cake, and my family cleaned the room ourselves. Right as we were almost finished cleaning, Gabrielle walked in and told us we didn't need to clean because she would do it. I chose not to address the decoration issues during the party because I wanted to focus on enjoying my son's first birthday instead of dealing with conflict during the event. At the end of the party, my mom respectfully explained to Gabrielle that while we would still pay in full, we did not receive the services we paid for. There were no frozen treats provided, no host, and the decorations were nowhere near what had been advertised or described to us when booking. Gabrielle repeatedly responded by saying she had a $140 budget and "didn't know what direction she was allowed to go in" because it wasn't a basic Disney theme... despite having three months to contact us for clarification. She also kept reducing our concerns down to "so you wanted more balloons," which completely missed the point. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability afterward. There was no genuine apology, no offer to make it right, no discount, no complimentary pass, nothing.. despite the fact that several advertised services were not provided. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after paying a premium price for an stress-free "Just Show Up" experience, this was incredibly disappointing. Even more disappointing considering I was a regular customer frequenting at least once a week.. I will never be going back.

4 Stars? Let me tell you why…read more If you're looking for a place where your kids can burn off all that endless energy, this spot absolutely delivers. From toddlers to tweens, there's something here for every age group. It's bright, upbeat, and genuinely fun--basically a kids' paradise. With tons of open space and multiple food and drink options, it makes for an easy family outing. Pros: Ample space: Plenty of room for kids to run, climb, and explore without feeling overcrowded. Creative play structure: The design is thoughtful and engaging--lots of unique elements that keep kids entertained longer than your standard playground. Unique attractions: Not your cookie-cutter indoor play place; there are features here you won't find elsewhere. Convenient location: Right off 45, making it super accessible for anyone in the area. Cons: Pricing: Be prepared--this place is built to nickel and dime you at every turn. Admission, add-ons, snacks... it adds up quickly. Cleanliness: The café area was well maintained, but the play zone had quite a bit of food debris scattered around. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable. Staffing: A few more employees on the floor would go a long way. With so many kids and so much happening, oversight felt a little sparse. All in all, it's a solid spot for families and totally worth visiting--just go in knowing you may be spending more than expected. Kids will absolutely love it, and parents will appreciate the space and variety. A few tweaks, and this could easily be a 5-star destination.

But as a guest my kiddos have tons of fun! As a parent I liked that there is a specific time frame then it's go home! No lingering and they can't go back to the other rooms to play. Also after we had our first experience here, I quickly realize that if you get an invitation and this is the venue then do not be late! I say that because there are 2 play rooms with different inflatable fun for the kids. Each room is timed...not sure the specific time but if I had to roughly guesstimate then I would say it is 30 minutes in the first room. Then they let you know it's time to move to the next room, filled with different inflatable fun, so they have the kids line up then they open the doors. Kids run in and go have more fun..now I believe this room is also 30 minutes. I'm not 100% certain but since the bday parties usually last 2 hours then I safely assume. Then once the time is up in the second room they line up the kids and take them to the party room. There is a throne where the bday kid gets to sit while we sing happy birthday and they blow out their candles. Oh also before they enter the party room for food and bday cake/cupcake they have everyone sanitize their hands. Now if you are late like we were to our first party here then they didn't get a lot of time to play. We had arrive where my kid got maybe 5-10 minutes to play in the first room then moved to the second room. Once the party was over and it was time to leave my kid wanted to go back to.the Inflatable rooms to play. I told her it wasn't that kind of party and plus another bday party was occupying the rooms. If you are late or going to be late then sign the waiver online ahead of time. Because if you do it there then It takes away more time for your kid to play. If you arrive early then there is a safety video that everyone watches before going into the rooms. If you forget to bring a water bottle then there is a water fountains that the kiddos can quench.their thirst with and go back to playing. I know there are add on items because we have been to come of the parties there where they have a balloon drop and bubbles. It is located in a shared shopping center but since we always attend parties on the weekend then there are no issues with parking. As a guest it is fun, seems organized, and we can leave right when the party ends. Haha If you decided to have a birthday party here then be sure to invite us! Haha JK jk.

They lost a star for closing over Spring Break, which is exactly when my daughter needed her class to get out of the house. Also, they do birthday parties, but they don't have enough slots for demand. Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.
